Awwwh, yeah. I'm feeling a little anxious as I only got my bfp today and had a chemical recently. I've got all my fingers and toes crossed for a sticky bean. I hope yours sticks too!! ❤️

I also got my bfp this morning! Baby #2 for us shocked as I'm only 11dpo. I'd convinced myself I wasn't pregnant this month as I took a test yesterday and it was negative. Congratulations! I will be due around the beginning of May xx

@palmerita snap! 11dpo and got a BFP this morning after a BFN yesterday. Baby #2 for us too.

Wow all these baby’s due. My other kids are 16, 12 and 11 so it’s been a long time since I was last pregnant plus I’m 40 and overweight instead of 20 and skinny 😬. There’s a huge amount of stress at home at the moment as well so I really hope bump sticks. Maybe that’s why I’m anxious it’s life stress + hormones

@palmerita My DS is 2, he’ll be almost 3 when this one is born if it works out!!

@Whattodooo90 i think my due date will be end of April too, I’ve worked it out as 29th April although NHS calculator says earlier.

Hi everyone! Has anyone had their first doctors/midwife appointment or anything yet?

This will be #1 for me so I'm clueless hahaha

@Flowersflowers121 you usually self refer to the midwife in most areas, ask your go if unsure. First appt is usually at around eight weeks which is called your booking in appointment.

My gp gave me the phone number for the maternity unit. They took my details and sent to the local midwife. My notes are on an app on my phone. As I’m ‘red carded’ or high risk in English I’m getting my booking appointment tomorrow, it’s a 45 minute phone call sometime in the afternoon. It’s all changed since I have the others a decade ago

Thanks both! Thats super helpful :) I have severe asthma and allergic rhinitis and can't take any of medications if pregnant so I think I need to call and speak tomorrow if possible

I hope you don't mind me joining! I got my first ever BFP yesterday after trying for 2.5 years. I feel incredibly anxious which I know is normal!

How are you all feeling?

@Flowersflowers121 pharmacist can definitely help with that as well if the Gp refuses to help this early on.

@Gem202290 congratulations!! anxiety has well and truly sunk in now. Last two times I’ve had a BFP I’ve started bleeding two days later.

Hey can I please join I just got my BFP today on a digital at 8dpo so im now starting to think it could be twins 🙈 (there is lots and lots in both our families) anyway this will be baby no2 my little boy is just about 18months and according to my app I’m due 4th may all going well il obviously need to nick name baby Yoda with that due date 👽🤪

Has anyone been through their AF dates successfully yet?! My AF due tomorrow and thankfully we're going away so won't be symptom spotting (as much).

Also is anyone still POS after BFP to check on progression? I'm steaming through these tests 🫠
