@HallieHufflepuff there was never a link, there was one person who was adding people one by one. If you want to DM me your name I can try and add you as a friend and then invite you in?

@Cocolatte24 Thank you, someone has already sent me the link ❤

@Akmc

I can say my belly button is hurting and I am also on my third pregnancy. You should get that checked out by your GP.
I have bad bloating definitely showing and bad constipation.

Cocolatte24 · 06/09/2022 20:43

Second pregnancy and my belly button is huge, fortunately no pain so far but I remember it well from my first pregnancy so I think it will be a matter of time before I get there 😩

Akmc · 06/09/2022 22:32

@Scorpio8 thanks. We’ve spoken about your constipation before and I’m sorry to see it’s back again, I had it with my second pregnancy (and it episodically continued right up until this pregnancy), and I don’t know if it’s because my vits have a probiotic or something, but that chronic problem has gone away currently, though I do have a job lot of fybogel upstairs for when it returns, so you have my sympathy if you’re still going through that! I hope the midwives and docs have helped with that.

I’ll mention the belly button at the 20 week scan as there’s a midwife to talk to there hopefully. @Cocolatte24 thanks and welcome to the club, crap though it is! It’s so weird, this thing yesterday was like an appendage 🤮. I’ve had a cold with a terrible hacking cough and think I may have popped something out as my abdominal wall separated with my second child and you could literally fall down the gap for months and months afterwards. I’d been to a PT and the gym but clearly haven’t done enough so I think I’m just really weak there. Weirdly it’s gone down a bit today. I assume you had pain also? Our bodies are really amazing to put up with all this. Stretch Armstrong has nothing on us! 🤣🤣

Scorpio8 · 07/09/2022 06:01

@Akmc

I had to go my GP surgery and the lady doctor prescribed me fybogel. So hopefully that will help me.

Cocolatte24 · 07/09/2022 20:02

@Akmc yep I had really bad pain and it was so sensitive! The stretch marks around my belly button are the worst. I dread to think what I’ll be like near the end this time given the size of my bump at the moment.
I was clear of stretch marks up to 38-39 weeks last time and feeling so proud of myself and my religious bio oil treatments and then bang, skin was basically just ripping 😭😭

Akmc · 08/09/2022 22:01

Rather selfishly, I’m glad to hear there are others with bumps. I looked at “19 weeks pregnant” images on Google and was instantly depressed. Finally found one that looked representative… and it was of a QUINTUPLETS bump! 🫠🫠 Though as I’ve not felt anything yet I’m convinced this child is in some weird alignment right now. Oh and on the last minute stretching, totally the same story here, it must be so common as the babies are just SO BIG, and I’m sure you remember how quickly your babe managed to grow out of their first onesie. It was less than 2 weeks for us!

Akmc · 08/09/2022 22:02

@Cocolatte24 whoops, sorry.

Anyone feeling baby move yet? I haven't and it's my first. Anxious to feel her soon!

Daisychainsx · 17/09/2022 18:01

I was feeling something from about 14-17 weeks... whether it was baby or not I have no idea. 18 weeks now and I haven't felt much for the past few days at all... except for maybe 2 or 3 definite pops. I'm thinking what I was feeling before may not have been baby but something else, it's so hard to know when it's your first time! I'm just reassuring myself with the fact my midwife said if I'm lucky I'll start to feel at 18 weeks and trying not to worry too much about it! My baby has definitely moved further back in the past few days thanks to me no longer being quite so backed up (tmi), as I used to be able to feel it just by pressing lightly on the bump. Now I can't feel it, and I'm sure it hasn't disappeared... hopefully😅

blibbyblobb · 17/09/2022 18:20

I feel occasional "pops" especially if i try getting up too quick.. 18 weeks.. Second pregnancy... Im hoping by 20 weeks will feel more

Bella9992 · 17/09/2022 20:58

I've been feeling a lot of movement but found out I have a posterior placenta. With my first I had an anterior and definitely felt it much later and took a while to feel noticable movement. Try not too worry, I'm not sure how far you are, but it can vary and hopefully it'll be soon.

Holeymoleymacaroni · 17/09/2022 22:10

I had an anterior placenta last time too and didn't feel anything until quite late....hadn't even felt baby myself at this point last time and today my husband felt this baby for the first time! Posterior placenta makes a massive difference.

BritInNZ · 18/09/2022 00:43

@FlyOnTheWall89 I started feeling the baby this week but like others said, I have a posterior placenta so was expecting to feel earlier. Do you know where your placenta is? Saying that, I only feel the baby if I am sat still or laying in bed - feels like a little goldfish in there 😂

FlyOnTheWall89 · 18/09/2022 06:52

Thanks all. I'm 18 weeks on Tuesday. At my midwife app last week, they did listen to the babies heartbeat which I didn't know you could ask them to do so I'm just having one of those panicky is everything okay pre-20 week scan episodes. I feel great now and full of energy and except feeling rounder, it's hard to imagine a little person is wiggling around in there. No idea where the placenta is and I checked my maternity notes and it isn't mentioned anywhere annoyingly. @BritInNZ glad you're feeling something - so excited for us after our long journeys xx

Peonies94 · 18/09/2022 07:12

@FlyOnTheWall89 i felt movements for the first time last week, I was alnost 20 weeks, it was like a little tap inside! A few days after I’d felt them the first time I went on to feel them loads! It’s normal to feel them anytime between 16-24 weeks! It does make you panic though!
