@Mrs173 yes same as @Annny27 , I had a MMC in December and conceived again in March. Had bleeding at 4/5 weeks and took progesterone until week 16. I'm now 29 weeks. Good luck - the results are good x

Prayingformyrainbow93 · 07/09/2022 16:03

Hi @Raindrops2015 just jumping in on your comment there - I measured on the 99th percentile (fundal height) when I saw the midwife at 28 weeks. I will see her again on Tuesday so will probably get more of an idea then, but was you sent for a growth scan because of the fundal height? And why are they talking about induction at 39 weeks? They didn’t mention a growth scan to me when she measured me on the 99th percentile! So I’m just curious how you got there? Xx

arianasky · 07/09/2022 16:38

@Raindrops2015 yes that's what I've felt like past two days lots of cramping and tightening it's scary 😬 hopefully it's just braxton Hicks for us both 💕

Hi. Did anyone get a Doppler? Not sure if it's a good idea or not lol

Mrs173 · 07/09/2022 22:14

@Hopingforarainbow27 I did before my daughter was born but I only used it a couple of times on days when I knew movement was normal etc I certainly don’t think it should ever be used as a reassurance because it might prevent you from going to get help you need if that makes sense!

Raindrops2015 · 08/09/2022 06:41

@Prayingformyrainbow93 my pregnancy is classed as high risk due to my age (40) and medical history but mainly age. they won't recommend going past 39 weeks when you're older due to increased risk of placenta deterioration at that point. I automatically got growth scans and I am consultant led. I imagine they will send you for growth scans and possibly a glucose test. The growth scans are great as they check amniotic fluid, placenta and the size of the baby. The fundal height measurements can be way off. Mine were with my daughter.

They didn't recommend a glucose test but only because my daughter was measuring big and there was no Gd in that pregnancy. They nearly did.

@arianasky my sister says its normal and it's just going to be more of this til delivery. However, my daughter came at 38 weeks, a big healthy lump as well, 7lb 8. This baby is following 5jwt

Raindrops2015 · 08/09/2022 06:43

Lol

... Following that trajectory so I'll be ready this time!

sunnyd67 · 08/09/2022 19:59

Hiccups.. anyone else? Baby is hiccuping about three times a day, my whole belly moves!

barneymcgroo · 08/09/2022 20:32

@sunnyd67 Yep, though not as much as with DS1. Like you, several times per day. And the same when he arrived...

Shefliesonherownwings · 08/09/2022 21:31

Hi all, may I tentatively join you? I have just had a BFP and if all went well with this pregnancy, this would be our second rainbow baby.

Our first baby, my DD was stillborn almost three years ago. We had DS our first rainbow almost two years ago. I'm feeling anxious and nervous already because of our previous loss, even though we have also had a successful pregnancy. Anyone else very early on??

Electricstar · 08/09/2022 21:37

@Shefliesonherownwings I’m 5 weeks tomorrow

Sorry for your loss of you daughter ❤️

I had a MMC at 9 weeks in April, have been panicking the last couple of days as my symptoms have disappeared. Wondering if this means another mmc

Bridgey8 · 09/09/2022 11:04

Hi guys.... hope everyone is doing ok. So yesterday... 3 weeks and 1 day early... this gorgeous man entered my life.

Introducing you to Rafe. Who is a bit battleworn from the old salad tongs but a trooper.

Rafe means wise wolf of "god has healed" and that is what he has done for me.

My darling rainbow 🌈
