@speake1 great news 🎉 I'm sure baby will keep going at there own pace! I'm not a fan only bump measurements they cause so much unnecessary stress. Glad your being monitored too! Haha another breech baby! Do u feel alot of pain under your ribs? I know mine still hasn't moved I can feel his head 🤣 don't have much hope on him turning either! X

@Skl2021 I’m not sure how likely they are to turn by themselves, you never know though 🤞🏼 Funnily enough I haven’t been feeling too much pain under my ribs until today, it’s like now I know I can feel it. Think this is the forum of the boys & the breech babies 🙈 xxx

28 weeks though so I am hoping they budge head down

@speake1 @annyyes you guys are a few weeks behind me so hopefully yours move! Mine might be harder as there's no fluid for him to turn. Don't think there too bothered until around 36 weeks tho 🤞 what are these babies doing to us 🤣🙈 nothing is easy! Xx

I haven't had a scan since 22 weeks, I'm 27 weeks now, and I'm leaning towards booking a private one, just to put my mind at ease, it's always something at the back of the mind.. 😫

Hi everyone, haven’t been on for a while due to covid and work, I hope you are all doing ok 😊 when did you start to feel movement? I keep feeling things below my belly button to the left and right (not in my groin) and I thought it felt more like pain it’s a bit like pulsing or jabbing feeling comes and goes but my midwife thinks it could be movement, I’m not convinced only because everything you read talks about feelings like flutters bubbles swishes etc, my stomach has also been tightening like cramps but without the pain of cramps, I’m 17+3 atm 🥰

@Sassy144 congrats on having a boy, we are doing a gender reveal and we think we are having a boy too 💙

@Tofu35 so pleased your scan was normal - it’s terrifying when they say something’s a bit unusual.

All the breech baby mums - my first was breech. So uncomfortable under my ribs - very firmly wedged, according to the surgeon. I tried ECV. Wasn’t painful, but didn’t work. Was terrified about having a section, but it was calm and quiet and totally fine. And there are a bazillion threads on here about what to take to hospital when having a section - v useful.

@flowergarden16 Glad they’ve got you under lots of monitoring - should mean they catch anything in time. It must be a scary feeling not knowing.

Fundal height - I was measuring below the 5th percentile at my last appointment. Had a scan the next day - baby just hiding well, measuring totally normal. So I’m going to say that fundal height measurement is only so good!

30 weeks here - can’t believe how time’s flying. Lots of movement, and needing a wee every 5 minutes…. That part I won’t miss!

@Lizm1990 my first movements felt like that, I wouldn't have described them as flutters more like pulses or just weird sensations. Now at 18 weeks they are full on kicks and jabs!

Anyone experience lightening crotch around 10 weeks? I have another scan tomorrow and I'm starting to panic again. No more nausea which happened the last time too!

@Sassy144 that makes a lot of sense now, do you remember when you first started to feel those feelings? I’m getting a lot of stomach tightening, I was also lying on my bed earlier and one side was quite hard felt like baby wash pushing themselves there, was such a weird feeling but good at the same time!

@Lizm1990 I think I felt the odd weird feeling quite early like 14 weeks but maybe only once and then not again for a week. I felt them more frequently around 16 weeks and then stronger around 17 weeks. I have also had the hard little lumps where baby is positioned, so strange!

I am 28 weeks and we havent bought anything yet so PLEASE send your pram and carseat recommendations so I can have something to go off as its minefield haha!!!

P.s any others with breech/ sometimes breech babies getting vagina kicks?? Literslly feels like a foot is going through at some point haha

@Hopingforarainbow27 I'm like that in every scan. I won't turn to face the screen until I hear them say "and there's the heartbeat". I'm 22 weeks now so no more scans, only midwife appts now unless I pay private/there's a concern about growth.

@Annny27 we're looking at the uppababy vista, our friend had it and said it was robust and could be extended when she had her second child (looked at her in horror, not planning that far ahead right now!?)

@Annny27 I second the vista! Lovely pram just bit more than I could afford but that was top of my list or the egg 2 but that was even dearer 🙈 I have gone for the venicci tinum 2.0. I hated the original venicci prams but this one is totally different and folds really small and had everything we wanted for a decent price. My advice would be to go round pram shops and try them as we went for something totally different to what I thought I wanted originally 🙈 x

Just a quick update from me. Had another Doppler scans today. Fluid has increased by 0.2 🙊 but they don't seem concerned and said it's still in normal range. After all the panic I have had all week 🤦 and baby has moved from breech to head down 🎉🎉 I could not believe it when the sonographer said. Growth scan next week just hope he keeps growing now and fluid stays stable 🤞🤞 here's to another week 🙌✨ xx

@Hopingforarainbow27 im so glad it went well! My next scan is tomorrow (17 weeks) and in the lead up to a scan I always get extra worried too.

Thank you girls 💞 I know I will prob be ok for a week and then the anxiety will resume! lol I'm waiting on my booking appointment to come through but hoping it's 2 weeks away and not 3! Although EPU said I can come back in 2 weeks with them but I really don't want another internal!
