@Cruz86 I just knew it wouldn't be easy but I wasn't expecting this at all! Scared my fluid is going to run out 😣. He's breech aswell and they said he probably won't turn as there's no fluid for him to do it 🤦 the thought of a c section also scares me. Just so much unknown ATM. We have put a deposit on a pram but need to pay it asap. We have so much to get organized and buy I'm just so overwhelmed. Haha stress?! I have too crazy boys at home for 6 weeks 😱 I'm going crazy already!! X

@Skl2021 I know c section sounds scary but I promise you it's a really calm experience and extremely quick. You get to meet you baby within about 15 mins and honestly after that you won't care! You don't feel or see a thing and the teams doing it are amazing. I had my husband and a midwife holding my hand thought out both were excellent. You'll be fine xx

@flowergarden16 thanks ♥️ if that's the safest way then so be it! Just the unknown and the pain and recovery afterwards doesn't seem easy 🙈 might be a bit calmer once we have an idea what's going to happen 🤞 x

I think it's different for everyone @Skl2021 but honestly I found recovery totally fine and was really surprised by how quickly I felt normal xx

@flowergarden16 thanks that's reassuring! I should really read more positive stories and not focus on the pain! It's not certain yet though so I just need to keep positive 🤞🙌 how are you doing? X

I'm ok. A bit up and down just have no idea where on the spectrum I'll end up from a planned c section to a disastrous emergency where both our lives are at risk which is pretty hard mentally. Just trying to do one day at a time x

@flowergarden16 I feel you. I think the unknown is the worse bit as your head goes into overdrive with every possible outcome. You worry over things you might not need to worry over. Like you say a day at a time we will get there ♥️ when's your next check? X

Exactly @Skl2021 it's so hard trying to deal with endless possibilities and having to think about it all and then scare yourself senseless.

Hope you're ok too. Just one day at a time.

Have a scan at 32 weeks (so in 7 weeks) but literally anything could happen between now and then!

@flowergarden16 you will get there think positive 🙌 I know it's so hard! Try and keep occupied so you don't drive your self mad! We have got this 🙌💞 x

Feeling nervous today, I'm having another scan because the sonographer found something 'unusual' when she was checking the brain. It wasn't unusual enough to keep me in, but she got a second opinion and they suggested I come back (today) and see if they can get a better look at it.

I've been told to eat lots of sugar before the scan to get the wee guy moving about.

I can feel movements so I am holding some hope that everything is ok but also worried at the same time!

@Skl2021 @Annny27 @Tulip1112 thanks ladies. The scan was okay, it seemed the last sonographer was worried about seeing what they thought was fluid in the brain. But this week, they confirmed that it was something normal that their old scans rarely get to see. The sonographer was quite excited about getting to see it "live" rather than in a textbook.

Bought a wee babygrow to celebrate getting to this stage.

@Skl2021 it went a lot better than expected, thank you. I had prepared myself for no growth & an emergency c section today if I’m honest 🙈 Growth has slowed down since our last scan but baby is above the 10th centile so they aren’t too concerned at the moment, that seems to be their cut off point for them being in/out in my case. They’re just going to keep monitoring it with scans and see where we end up. Baby is also breech at the moment but we’re having an elective c section anyway so that doesn’t really change much for us. Hope you’re doing ok xxx
