@Sassy144 that was my original due date!! How has pregnancy been treating you?

@Eeejjj exciting! I can't complain too much really, worst things have been the tiredness and food aversions, but starting to feel like I might be over the worst of it now 🤞 how about you?

@Sassy144 food was the hardest part for me! I felt like I couldn't eat anything! Even pasta would make me want to be sick & I had 0 energy but it all seems to be getting better now thankfully :)

Booking appt was all fine 👍🏻 My dating scan appt isn’t for another 3 weeks when I’ll be 13+5 which I’m a bit gutted about just due to the level of worry I’m experiencing 😩 I think we do get one with the NIPT too at 13+1 but that’s hardly much better time wise.

Thankyou for your lovely welcomes and well wishes for my upcoming scan So was Soo relieved to finally be having my 12wk hospital appointment and putting my anxieties at ease and being able to embrace being pregnant, only to get there and be told it was a consultant appointment not my 12 wks anomaly scan as I'd expected, but instead I was told that as an older mother who smoked (have given up now) and been pregnant before my score of having blood clots was high and I was put on blood thinners that I have to inject into my stomach every day till I give birth! Most definitely not the appointment I was expecting. When I enquired about my scan she said there is a back log as they are having to give extra scans to ladies who have had COVID. So I'm back in the pregnancy closet till further notice, obviously being older I would also like the nuchal fold results as soon as possible as well knowing all is well in there. 12wks 5days to be continued...

Got nhs scan next week but paid today coz anxiety getting better of me all good 12+2

Hey @brogan12 yes I'm very nervous - can't come soon enough. Hopefully I will see you back on here in a few hours and we will both have lovely pics to share and a few days of relief from worrying 🙈🤣

@brogan12 I just got a call from the hospital they are short staffed so have moved my scan til 4pm 😫😫😫😫😫

@hopingfor23 ahh never! Keep yourself busy today and hopefully it flies by! We're on the way to the hospital now and I can't tell where I feel sick from the nerves or the morning sickness haha!

@hopingfor23 ahhh all that stressing for no reason! I was measuring a week behind for my lmp but I expected that anyways as I have really long cycles. So baby bean is measuring 11+2 and my official due date is the 18th January 🎉

Now going to have to call the midwife to change my 16 week appointment to the week after haha! I hope your scan goes okay later and I want wait to see an update 💖

My dating scan is in 6 days and im terrified (ive had bad news at scans before). I have had pink spotting for a week and my local epu won’t see me as they saw me 3 weeks ago and all was fine. Im still crinone gel (ivf pregnancy) and the spotting is only in the residue of the crinone that comes out so im hoping its some kind of irritation.

awww @brogan12 congrats 🥰 due same date as me (had 7.5 week scan) just waiting for 12 week which is next weekend to confirm that’s still the case ❤️ You can relax now xx

We had our IONA test results back today, all low risk and found out the gender! It was a long 8 day wait!!

I had a scan last week with the test at 11 weeks and 12 week scan is next Wednesday when I should be 12+6. I can’t wait so I can finally relax a bit and tell people!

Has some brown bleeding over the weekend. Seems to be tailing off now and no pain but I'm still so worried. Got my 12 week scan on Wednesday morning and I'm convinced it's going to be bad news. So worried.

@CaffeineCamel hi there, I have been lurking on this thread but saw your message. I am 10.5 weeks. Had dark brown discharge yesterday and seems a bit lighter today. I wasnt going to call the epu but panicked and did so there. I was too late and they had gone home so they will phone tomorrow. However they just said to me there to call again if I saturate a pad every hour. Others have told me that brown blood means old blood so if you have dtd or had an internal scan recently that might have just irritated your cervix. call your out of hours if you are nervous. Hope this in some way helps but can tell you I know exactly how you are feeling. Hope your scan goes ok xx

Well I've just tested positive for Covid, which means I have to miss my doctor's appointment tomorrow. Was hoping to see the baba. :(

That sucks @babyjellyfish hope you don't feel too rough with it and it passes quickly so you can rearrange your appointment
