Morning, everyone
@ToCaden disappearing symptoms are the worst but I have read that cramps are normal as long as not very strong. I think it's the uterus growing and making space for baby. Mine at 7 weeks is apparently the size of a lemon so that would explain all the twinges.
@Chrischross thanks for the link. I do love a study and reassuring statistics. And what do you know? Nausea came back yesterday with a vengeance, worst day ever. I think I just need to take each day as it comes and remember that each day takes me closer to safer weeks.
@TeaAndCrumpets1 sorry to read you had such a scare last week but great news seeing the heartbeat. It's such an amazing experience, isn't it? Don't worry about the measurements so early on, my sonographer said they can't be that precise when they are so tiny. In my case she said they didn't have measurements for 6+2 only for 6+3 which is what she wrote on my file although I was definitely 6+2.
@Christmascakecakecheese I'm sorry about your loss. It's totally understandable it is playing with your mind but try to remember it's a different pregnancy and all will hopefully go well this time around.
Welcome @Northandsouth85 I am sorry about your previous losses but great news about your scan. I think it is impossible not to be anxious about everything. I used to think the hard part was going through ivf/fet and all the anxiety surrounding it and all the waiting. I had no idea... but it's always going to be like this from now on, isn't it? We'll never stop worrying...
@MrsLA88 good luck with your pcr, hopefully just a bad lateral flow, but it's good news that you are feeling well (apart from the nausea but that is equally good for its own reasons).
It's going to be a busy week on this thread with scans next week. Wishing you all the best and a Happy Christmas xx
