@2020mission what a lovely box. Was it given to you by someone or did you do it yourself? I have something similar like a drawer ive organised with all my baby bits in and a caddy bag type thing with bits in.

@Curlymam88 I'm only 5'2 so feeling the same! I'm still jealous you've kept your piercing in my button is a full outie now I'd have no chance if I tried 😂 I just hope it doesn't heal up.

@Curlymam88 no the baby box is a government thing in Scotland. All mums get one. They started it up a couple of years ago www.parentclub.scot/baby-box it's a shame they don't do the same in England!

@Curlymam88 aww your bump still looks lovely and round. Wow everyone bump does. Mine looks like it's dropped and come out like a peanut

@2020mission with my last pregnancies hun I was humongous. I was much bigger then I am now. If I can find a pic I'll post it.

@2020mission its starting to dig in and feel a bit sore now even though its a maternity bar. Ah ok I see, im in Wales I think our equivalent is the bounty packs we get. We don't get alot in them though maybe a tiny tub of cream or a nappy or two. Nowhere near as good as the box you've got.
@jadey1991 I can see your shape has changed. Im excited to hear everyone's stories over the next couple of weeks.

@Curlymam88 thanks hun, yes same here. I have a MW appointment on Friday and next week I have my last growth scan so let's see what is said. X

@Curlymam88 yes that's exactly the same over her in england(London) we just get bounty packs. Although I haven't been able to get any because the coupons are working my end. They don't send to my email

Hello again yes all good here - so a ‘birth plan’ confused? My BP was 132/77 I was told that’s normal for a 35 week MTB? Also got a ‘delightful’ internal exam to check for any infections - I’m going for an epidural lesson Monday next week - have OB apts every week now - I’ve pre registered my place at the Birthing center & have a pediatrician appointed I’m asumming it’s the same thing ‘ish’ you guys you just call it a plan right? 🤷🏼 So now we all just play the waiting game!

We get bounty packs too in Scotland... well one in pregnancy and then one after the birth I think. Lovely scan photos @JW2021! I'm glad I'm not the only one who missed this thread haha

Does anyone else find that some movements from the baby make them feel sick?

I’ve noticed in the last week I’ve been feeling sick again in the evenings. But I think the sick feelings is just from being uncomfortable when he’s thrashing around in there.

God I sound crazy but I don’t know how to explain it 😩

@LouLou0505 I cannot say I feel sick but the heartburn I've been experiencing is making me feel sick.
Believe me you don't sound crazy.

@jadey1991 - ooooh I feel for you! I get indigestion when I eat certain things but I’ve only actually had heartburn once but I still have my gaviscon by my bed just in case!!

Heartburn often must be awful.

I find that he takes my breath away a lot now. I’m out of breath if I have a long conversation and you should have just seen me shuffling round Tesco with my other half 😂 he moans at how slow I am but I was getting braxton hicks and my back was really hurting I literally thought oh here we go water are going to go in the middle of Tesco 😂

How’s everyone doing?

I got my c section date today, 21st of December. Day after my little boys 2nd birthday. I’m okay with that because I should hopefully be home for Christmas!

Sent to my via email that went to my junk mail so almost missed it!

Not felt sick @lovebeingmum9 but I'm definitely getting a full feeling and have a drop in my appetite in the evenings. They must be pushing on our stomachs! I've felt quite full today since lunch and that was just having a sandwich and banana.

@Curlymam88 fingers crossed! Let me know if you get it then

@xTinkerbell thats good timing for your c section date. I have an appointment next Tuesday so I'm hoping I'll find out a date then.

@Curlymam88 it’s the date I was hoping for! Means they get their own birthdays but I should be home in time for Christmas!

@LouLou0505 yes! Everything baby does has me feeling a bit sick/restless. My sickness is still here-on nearly a week of it now 😞 just like in early pregnancy.
I'm getting very impatient and just want the little one here!

My dog has also been very off with me this week. They've been super clingy since I've become pregnant. Now, whenever they go near the bump they sniff frantically, tilt their head, then run off frantically as if terrified. I think she can tell something is in there!

Hi all glad to hear your all doing well and bumps are looking beautiful as always! I'm 36+3 today....had my last growth scan on Saturday and baby is 6lb 3oz and on 50th line on growth scan so according to them, should weigh estimated 7lb or so at birth but I reckon he's bigger lol I'm gutted.....for some reason I can't access the normal mumsnet site it freezes and won't allow me to post,even this way is difficult (added the talk app) and wont allow me to post pics which is rubbish as want to join in with bump snaps and baby scan/pics etc 🙄 final countdown now ladies until newborn snuggles at Christmas! I too still get odd sickness....normally if I overdo it and havnt eaten enough or well,my hands and feet are slightly swollen too and I'm now getting used to hearing the chant of people asking 'you havnt popped yet then' lol

Wow, missed a day and missed so much! Lovely bump pics everyone and good to hear how everyone is doing! I had a growth scan yesterday and baby is now over 97th percentile and weighing around 7lbs 15oz!! I'm only 36+3! Have got my consultants appointment next Tuesday where I'm guessing we'll book in a date for my induction, hoping it will be when I'm around 38 weeks as don't want him getting too massive in there because I'm not big myself!
