Thanks everyone. @jadey1991 no we don't fall asleep with her on our chest. But I can see how some people might. Just when we are burping her she loves to snuggle in.

It’s been my little boys birthday today which has been lovely but I’m so emotional now thibking next time I see him I’ll have the baby (he’ll be asleep when we leave in the morning). I feel like I’m turning his whole little world upside down and he hasn’t a clue

@2020mission I had bsck labour with my first and it was on and off pains in my back which just got worse

That's why I'm getting no sleep at night, he wants to sleep on me, but I can't let myself fall asleep like that. So the past couple of nights I've resorted to letting him sleep next to me on his own section of the bed, but I still worry that he's not safe so can't settle properly myself. It's so hard to know what to do short of literally staying awake all night long!

@burtle4 yes hun I fully understand. I've noticed that my son settles more in his bouncer. He can sleep in there all day and of course on my bed too but hubby don't like it coz hubby fidgets a lot

Mine's taken to sleeping on the sofa downstairs 😂 at least if he gets some sleep he can function during the day when I can't!

Good morning,my beautiful daughter keelie-rose was born yesterday at 4.14 8lb 1oz.... didnt plan to breast feed but she has latched so well so reconsidering xxx

@jadey1991 @JW2021 oh yes I'm still plodding on. No more scans etc for me. Just my sweep this week. Still awaiting my induction date too.
Getting very irritated now 😂😂

@jadey1991 I'm still waiting too. The back cramping all yesterday has gone so it was as tease 😅 I'm hopefully having a sweep tomorrow afternoon if they can. No word on the induction though despite the last woman telling me she'd book it for the 23rd! There was nothing on file about it when I called to ask yesterday

Loads of cramping etc on 14/12 then my waters broke on 15/12.. that's when I had my son. It's was actually weird the way my waters broke tho. I can kinda see the funny side to it now

Did your waters break at home @jadey1991? I've been told if mines breaks when at home I need to get into a downward dog position (ass in air) and call an ambulance! Because of the excess fluid and risk of cord prolapse. My fluid is mild though and his head is in the pelvis so I don't think there's much of a risk of the cord getting out! Seems over the top. Hoping it won't break until im already in hospital 🤞
