Anyone else find out there due in May 22 and want to share our journeys

Hi all, hope it's OK to join. I've just been through my second cycle of IVF and got a BFP. My first round ended in a chemical. My tests are much darker this time, so I'm cautiously optimistic but I know it's still early days. According to an online calculator I'll be due 17 May. Symptoms so far are a wee bit of cramping and I feel like I'm constantly hungry!

Here's my line progression below. I think I'm going to test until I get a dye stealer, then I'll use the clear blue week indicator from Sunday until I get a 3+ then I'll step away!

Congratulations @itsmschanandlerbong - how are you feeling? We did IVF too and it's hard, isn't it?

@SerendipitySunshine I'm feeling a bit anxious but just trying to enjoy this. IVF is just going from one wait to another 😅😅 how are you feeling?

@LetsDoTheTango you are welcome :) thank you :) that’s so exciting to have the scan booked and I bet you are so excited to tell your sister :) yess my symptoms sound exactly like yours which reassures me that hopefully it’s all normal :) bless you I feel for you with the nausea. I am in a similar position bmi wise. Since finding out Sunday I am just trying to go on a walk each day to keep active and eating healthy- however this evening I have been sick for the first time and I don’t think I ever want to see a chicken salad again. Hard isn’t it. Sounds like it was a nice first appointment :)

@Positive21 it all feels a life time away doesn’t it! So exciting about the scan though :)

@Balajake are those tests first response? I have found they don’t progress very quickly and the clear blue ones do better however I am going to try and kick the habit soon. I think they all look clear positives.

@babyboybluex congratulations! Amazing news to move up the digital it’s so reassuring isn’t it. Yess I am a crazy testing lady I can’t help it but do need to stop after 5 weeks if I can :) how exciting for the scan and what a lovely surprise for her :)

Morning all :)

starting to get used to early hours of the morning now. How’s everyone doing? :) 4+5 today and woken up with a sore throat, sore nipples and feeling relatively nauseous still after being sick last night.

I keep getting excitement about telling family and then I’m like calm down it’s so early. It’s hard not to be excited but the days are very slow :) I’m feeling cautiously optimistic and trying to stay positive and hope for the best :)

@Hope91 morning! I have also been awake since 4am!!!😴
I bought some of the "how many weeks pregnant" tests yesterday as thanks to this forum, I now understand that they show you how many weeks since conceiving, rather than the day of your 1st period. Mine is showing 2-3 weeks pregnant this morning which i was expecting 🙂 I'll save my last one for next week.

@Luawei it’s mad isn’t it! Im ready to sleep until 7 again :) that’s amazing that’s where mine is at :) hoping for 3+ next week :) have added another symptom of feeling hot all the time and I keep sweating. Not sure if it’s normal but it’s so grim lol x

My main thing is thirst! I drunk about 3.5 litres yesterday and my wee was still slightly yellow which is unusual for me. When the midwife calls I'll mention it to her. I normally drink 2l but yesterday was a bit of a joke. Needing the loo every hour!

Also quite tired too, feeling lazy so making myself continue walking and working out. I know it's safe but I've reduced my weights when I weight train. Feeling a bit protective I think. Yesterday my OH asked me how baby was doing which was adorable. Still super early but my goodness that made me melt 🥺🥰

I am so, so excited to tell family, I'm amazed I've not said anything so far. I tell my family EVERYTHING, like my dad is my best friend!

@itsmschanandlerbong it really is one wait after another! So nerve-wracking. I am counting down the days until the 7-week scan, which will hopefully bring some reassurance. Starting to feel a bit sick now, which I'm hoping is a good sign. How about you?

I'm with you ladies on nerves and excitement. I have my scan is 4 days so I'm so keen for that but also so nervous. You would think 2nd time around would be easier but I feel like it's the same almost.

My sickness is still awful.

The only thing fixing my nausea is buttered toast. How many slices a day is reasonable?

Oh my days the bloat is real!!! I feel huge and uncomfortable, have a work meal tonight and I have got no appetite at all. Only positive is that I have claimed I'm doing sober September so at least that gets me out of drinking!

@Positive21 I thought it was just me feeling the thirst. This is probably my main symptom. No matter how much I drink I'm just sooooo thirsty

Hi all, I've just found out that I'm 4 weeks pregnant - due 17th May! My main symptom so far is cramping which I had no idea was a symptom of pregnancy and has caused me some frantic googling sessions!! Can't wait to share my journey with everybody x

I typed out a whole post last night and it’s disappeared so going to introduce myself again!

I got my BFP yesterday. Very unexpected as I was due on around 26th August and had Snow White BFNs until about 1st Sept when I stopped bothering to test, accepted it wasn’t my month and began impatiently waiting for AF to finally show up. Assumed my cycle was still a bit erratic as I only had the mirena out in June.
Have had ridiculously itchy nipples for the last two days so on a whim I used a cheapie last night, expecting another BFN and was amazed to see those two lines! Sent DP out for a CB digi and it’s come up as 3+ weeks. Really rather bloody excited! Think my guesstimated due date is 13 May 22 but I can see that shifting as I’ve no idea when I ovulated and I got my BFP on CD41.

It’s #2 for me, already have DS6. First for DP.

My back and tummy are feeling achy again today, but I kinda like having some kind of symptom 😅 still waiting for a call back from the midwife after them calling at 2pm Tuesday and saying they would call back 🤦🏼‍♀️

@Luawei I'm feeling the exact same - was up at 5.30 this morning!

@SerendipitySunshine no symptoms yet really, apart from sore boobs. My clinic will scan me around the 8 week mark, just waiting on the letter coming through, such an anxious wait. Each wait seems harder than the previous 😅😅

Just received my 12 week scan through the post for 19th October. Wooo!!!

Was feeling panicky due to lack of symptoms. I brought my scan forward by a week to next Sunday 18th.

Hi all! Can I please join the group! I’m currently 5+1 weeks! Estimated due date is May 12th. Huge congrats to you all!! @Positive21 the thing about the yellow pee, I have exactly the same thing despite drinking so much water- I’m currently taking the pregnacare vitamins and apparently the B vitamins in them can make your pee very yellow- so it could be that! How are everyone’s symptoms? My sore boobs seem to come and go, does anyone else have similar?
