@LemonSwan - not now, but when I got pregnant the first time with my son, I thought it would take at least a few months and I could use the time to quit smoking. Instead I got a BFP 4 weeks after coming off the pill.
For me, none of the 'resources' helped, so I cut out 1 more cigarette each day and by 6 weeks I wasn't smoking anymore. I gained a lot of weight, I ate constantly, and chewed relentlessly on pen lids. I continually gave myself a stern talking to that I had to quit no matter what.
It wasn't easy and I cried all the time for those first few weeks over the shame of smoking while pregnant, but as long as I was going in the right direction I was doing good. I also forced my husband to quit, I couldn't do it alone.
Sorry I don't have any magic weapon to make it easier, but I'm here if you want to chat, and take if easy on yourself, you're taking all the right steps and quitting doesn't have to be immediate xx
