Hey,
Anyone else out there due April 2022.
I got my BFP at 10DPO yesterday. I already have a 6 month old daughter and it's my 4th pregnancy 🌈❤️

I had my scan, measuring 7+1 and a heart beat! I have a retroverted uterus which I didn't know but apart from that all looking normal!

Im off for my first scan on Sunday.. so nervous but so exited! I was meant to be in for the Monday but we're off to the in laws for Sunday dinner and thought it would be the best time to tell them, so brought it forward a day. I'll be 6+6 🥰

Morning all sorry to jump on. I've got a private scan today from last period date im 6 weeks 5 days today, I've lost 2 Ive Lost in last 18 months so very worried also I've had no signs of pregs if I didn't do a test couple weeks back I wouldn't have known! Anyone had no signs and been ok? X

I woke up to some brown spotting, I'm only 4 weeks. Feel so worried but trying to stay calm.

I feel for you that happened to the last 2 pregnancy I had, lost 2 in last 18 months had to wait till 6 weeks pregs for scan to see a heart beat went back week later still heart beat there but not grown like it should have to then Go back a week later to no heart beat. I hope all ok try stay positive I no it's easier said then done.

But May I had that can be also normal for spotting beginning of pregs. X

I'm sorry for your loses, that sounds really hard 😢 I feel the worst bit is not being able to check as it's too early. I hope yours goes well tonight x

@pocketfullofstorms it's awful isn't it, I've had light spotting on and off right the way through, it terrifies me. I really hope I make it to the 12 week date when apparently the placenta takes over and the spotting stops (hopefully)

@pocketfullofstorms spotting can be normal so try not to worry too much especially at4 to 5 weeks. Some people just spot and go on to have perfectly healthy babies this is what I was told when I went in for my scan due to spotting . I spotted all through my last pregnancy on and off and ended up miscarrying at 11 weeks even after I saw the heartbeat at 8 weeks but I read so many forums on spotting during this time and in most cases from what I read the outcome was good! Keep an eye on it but there’s no harm asking your doctor to check your HCG levels to give you some reassurance. It’s frightening to see and even now I’m 6+2 with this baby I’m afraid to wipe every time I go to the toilet I case I see blood. Hopefully in your case it’s just once off left over implantation blood. Good luck and Keep us posted xx

@FinnsMammy hey!
I seen my baby and heartbeat but they then had to get my in for emergency laprascopy as they thought I also had a ectopic so had an operation. All was ok though and just had a look said they didn't touch uterus.
Now they're not scanning me for a week and won't know if baby is ok till then! Bloody awful xx

@Laurenxx94 what made them think you were having an ectopic? Are you still in pain/spotting. Great news that baby is ok and they are taking things seriously and doing everything right for you!
@pocketfullofstorms and @FinnsMammy I also think there are varying degrees of spotting, mine has been so light but I'm a natural pessimist, when I talk about my spotting some might think I'm having a light period like bleed but actually I study my toilet roll every time and the slightest off colour I wail omg I'm spotting! However some people aare naturally optimistic and may not even notice if they had my level. I know of people who have full on bleeds that go on to have healthy babies... no telling what will happen I suppose

@Laurenxx94 glad your baby is ok but it’s horrible that you have to go through this hopefully by next week all will be ok and you can start to enjoy your pregnancy xx

@Carolinesyear definitely I’m an optimistic but there was no missing my spotting! It was super light and never red but it was there on and off pretty much the whole way through . X

@FinnsMammy that's rather worrying as that's exactly what mine is like. Definitely not normal is it. Did you have a missed miscarriage?
I knew my reassurance from my scan wouldn't last long :(

@Carolinesyear everyone in different and it could just be normal for you but I never spotted with my son so for me it wasn’t normal. It started off around 12DPO after I got my BFP pink /Brown for about 8 days then stopped until I was almost 8weeks had a tiny bit then nothing went in for a scan all looked good on the scan but then after the scan it started again pretty much every day until 10 weeks when I got one drop of red fresh blood spotting so I went in again and had a scan but the baby had died a few days earlier. I miscarried a week later naturally at 11 weeks. It’s 50/50 when you spot abd I hope you have a better outcome then me but I know how it feels it’s just awful so I can understand how it’s hard to accept the pregnancy until you get to 12 weeks. I have booked myself a reassurance scan for 8 weeks! I really hope this is good news this time but we just never know until we have our baby in our arms . Good luck xx

@Carolinesyear I just wanted to add to trust your instincts when I had my scan at 10 weeks And my baby had died the doctor said to me after that she could see it on my face when I arrived that I knew the outcome. I had a dream 3 nights before that I miscarried and this would of lined up with the dates that the baby had passed I think deep down we know our bodies best and I think from early on I hadnt accepted that pregnancy as maybe I was protecting myself. Good luck and I really hope we both get our April 2022 babies xx

Hello I was put on folic acid 5mg long term I just can’t wait for my scan I have a early one next Wednesday I’m currently on antibiotics now for urine infection and today been getting back ache and belly ache feel achey all over also. I feel so anxious about everything meant to be the time you enjoy it all where I don’t feel like that cause I just don’t want to miscarry again! So the progesterone is good for the baby and pregnancy? X

Hi everyone, a worrier here! Tested yesterday after period was late and I just felt like it wasn’t coming…the test said I’m 2-3 weeks pregnant, which makes sense when I think of the only time it could have happened I’m scared because I haven’t been taking any vitamins (we weren’t “trying” but I had coil removed in anticipation of it later in the year) and my diet has been pretty low on fruit/veg recently, maybe only 1 or 2 portions a day… I’ve started taking them now but I’m really worried. Does it matter as much as the internet seems to suggest it does?! :-(
