My nausea came back, I'm almost happy! Very mild thankfully, some of ye have it very rough so far. Hope ye get some relief soon!
Got a GP appt on Tuesday, hopefully they'll be able to refer me early so I can figure out dates etc🤞

Harlequin1088 · 14/08/2021 17:38
@Harlequin1088 Congratulations! It's my first pregnancy as well. So exciting Smile
Thank you so much! We sadly had an ectopic pregnancy earlier this year and I lost a Fallopian tube in the process so to discover we're actually pregnant now (4 weeks pregnant already!) is something I'd convinced myself likely wouldn't happen. We've got an early reassurance scan at the hospital in 3 weeks so I'm just focusing on getting to that point so I can just see the baby is actually where they're supposed to be ☺️

@rosiej95

Hey all

Been feeling a bit nauseous today & had a bit of cramping today too
I keep telling myself I'm bound to have a bit of cramping because I'll be 6 weeks on Monday & it's obvs growing & getting comfy 🤞🏻 😂

Can finally ring the doctors on Monday & get booked in with the midwife
Feel like I've made it to a little milestone 😂

How common is the cramping and how long does it last do you know?
polkadotpixie · 14/08/2021 18:29

I think it's looking likely to be a chemical for me unfortunately Sad

Anyone who's gone through this...I'm meant to be going to the seaside tomorrow with DH and DS but I'm scared in case I start bleeding...will it just be like a normal period at 4w? I've never had a chemical before

Due April 2022
Laurenxx94 · 14/08/2021 18:35

@polkadotpixie I'm sorry your going through this I've been quiet recently but just suffered this myself a few months ago. I didn't start bleeding to maybe 5 days after my lines got faint but they never got dark enough to really see either 😞❤️ sending big hugs it's a horrible feeling! Still holding out some hope for u because my lines were never as dark as yours were but just wanted to send hugs and give you my experience , maybe wear a sanitary towel just incase ? Xx

Bebazpba · 14/08/2021 18:50

@Harlequin1088 I'm so sorry to hear about horrible time you had. Fingers crossed 🤞 3 weeks will fly by for you. Smile

Thank you, that's very kind. I hope everything goes well with your pregnancy too ☺️

Nickynoo88 · 14/08/2021 20:34

@polkadotpixie so sorry to hear this. I recently had a chemical on the 17th July and ended up bleeding very heavily. (Soaking through clothes) but it lasted only a couple of days. I have just found out I am pregnant again today. We only dtd one on the 1st Aug and I never tracked my fertility so assuming I'm very early days. Just wanted to let you know that there is always hope afterwards if it doesn't work out this time xx

Pregclo · 15/08/2021 08:31

Hello Everyone 👋

I've been reading through this morning and thought I'd say hi! I'm currently 5 weeks pregnant and due mid April! After 2 misscarriages really hoping this one stays 🤞

Congratulations to you all! ❤

FinnsMammy · 15/08/2021 08:38

@polkadotpixie sorry you are going through this. I had a chemical before my mc at about 4.5 weeks for me it was really just like a heavy period. Good luck and hopefully you will get your sticky bean soon. Xx

FinnsMammy · 15/08/2021 08:41

Hi @Pregclo welcome a lot of us are in the same boat so a pretty anxious crew here lol. I had a chemical in March and an mc at 11 weeks in June. Currently 5.5 weeks now due mid April and hoping this is third time lucky for baby #2. 🙏💞

Pregclo · 15/08/2021 08:55

@FinnsMammy it's bloody terrifying, just trying to relax and not question too much! Congratulations to you! Hope all goes well🌈❤

Boredinthehouse12 · 15/08/2021 09:37

I’ve woken up with really bad cramps which made me clamy and slightly nauseas. They lasted about 20 mins and felt awful.

My boobs are less sensitive this morning too so I’m dreading the worst. I really thought it would be 3rd time lucky but my gut is telling me something isn’t right. Given that I was right about my previous 2 MMC I’m not holding out much hope. I’m 5+4 today.

FinnsMammy · 15/08/2021 10:06

@Boredinthehouse12 have you booked a reassurance scan? It could be nothing I think I cramping with blood is a bad sign but cramping on its own could all be normal! Xx

Boredinthehouse12 · 15/08/2021 10:48

@FinnsMammy I’m booked in for a scan on Thursday. Im not bleeding but I didn’t bleed with my previous miscarriages either. You’re right, it could be nothing but I think I know what to expect x

FinnsMammy · 15/08/2021 13:44

@Boredinthehouse12 Best of luck with your scan. Cramping is normal in early pregnancy and you have every right to feel anxious following your history. Its probably just your little bean letting you know he/she is getting comfortable. Best of luck xx

ANA95 · 15/08/2021 14:32

Hey everyone! Firstly congratulations to you all!

In shock to be honest!

My cycles have been all messed up (39-42 days) , my temps this cycle were all over the place and I thought it was annovulatory! Evidently not!!

I had some spotting around 4-6 days post ovulation then an implantation dip in temps on day 6 PO! Temp has been rising since and then I got my BFP yesterday morning Shock at 11dpo.

This is our first pregnancy, and as I'm sure we all are, I'm a bit anxious as I've had period-like cramping since Thursday/Friday, it's not crippling or constant but it's more than I'd normally get! My lower back is a bit achey too! All the unknowns are a bit new and scary right now so any reassurance is much appreciated!

VWGolfmk2 · 15/08/2021 16:50

Hello! So happy to be joining this thread Smile. Due date 26 April 2022.
This is my second pregnancy, had a mmc in January and am pretty anxious like many of you, but trying to be positive this one will stick.
I've had really strong symptoms this time which made me test about 5 days before my period was due, i did my first test 4 days ago and got a faint line, did another two and got stronger and stronger lines. So despite me almost not believing it, it's actually true!
Feeling pretty rotten with headaches and nausea already which I'm hoping is a good sign.
Glad to be following your stories and that I'm not the only one with anxieties etc. Im older, 41, and also I suspect I may have an autoimmune condition which I've been referred for tests for, but not expecting any movement any time soon. just wondered if it's worth speaking to the dr even through its very early days about my concerns over this? Not sure they will even do anything.

YorkshirePhoenix15 · 15/08/2021 17:14

Hi 👋🏻 I hope you don’t mind me joining. This is my first pregnancy and we’ve been trying for 6 years. I suffer from PCOS and got my BFP on the 11th. My last AF was 5th July but I didn’t ovulate while 28th July so I need a dating scan to confirm how far along I actually am. I haven’t told anyone yet as it is our anniversary tomorrow and I want to surprise DP. Congratulations to everyone on their BFPs.

mrsablunt · 15/08/2021 17:54

Hi all

I’m so glad I found this thread!
Found out yesterday that we are expecting and due 22nd April 2022 (my husbands 40th birthday) this is my second pregnancy, I had a MC back in 2016 so I am very nervous this time around! Have got really sore boobs and I am so so tired!

rosiej95 · 15/08/2021 21:15

Hey everyone

Been quite ill today woke up with the room spinning and feeling really sick & then being sick & then back to feeling sick most of the day today
I've had cramps this evening & keep having the feeling af has arrived 🙈
First trimester is definitely not how I imagined ha it's so nerve wracking!

Hows everyone getting on this evening? :)

ANA95 · 15/08/2021 21:34

@rosiej95 oh bless you! What a day you've had!
How many weeks are you? I hope things improve soon!

I'm around 4wks and have had cramping on and off for the past few days which is a bit unnerving, but I've read that it's normal! No bleeding luckily! Such an anxious time!

I hope it gets easier (lol)Grin

Clonskeemom · 15/08/2021 23:53

Hi all, hope its OK to join !

Had my bfp on Friday at 12dpo. This is our third baby and it feels so surreal. I used a free to test for pregnancy before but just had the premom Internet ones this time and I can't help but be worried the line isn't very dark. It's a clear line but very little progression Friday to today so fingers crossed.

I was also very ill on my previous two pregnancies n it doesn't seem real cos I don't feel pregnant!!

Congratulations to everyone on here and healthy pregnancies to everyone. Due 23 April and looking forward to chatting over the coming months!

chitter87 · 16/08/2021 06:50

Morning all, hopping hesitantly aboard after a BFP yesterday at 16dpo.

Super excited, but very anxious as it's so early on. I have previously had 2 miscarriages, and a chemical before having my daughter in 2019, so desperately hoping for a sticky bean.

How's everyone feeling?

chitter87 · 16/08/2021 10:08

Is anyone else really dizzy? 🤔

I didn't have this with my daughter, and that combined with the cramping feeling is sending my anxiety into overdrive!
