@jade0881 oh no what an emotional weekend for you. Hope you’re doing ok as can be, glad baby is making movements and hopefully giving you a little bit of hope. At least the scan is a positive for the next few days 💖

@LAR96 what a worry for you! Fingers crossed you don't get it and hopefully the first vaccine will give you some protection. Hope your step son isn't too ill with it x
@jade0881 that must have been really hard going to your brother in law's funeral, what a sad time for you all. It must be such a mix of emotions experiencing loss at the same time as looking forward to your new arrival. I bet you can't wait until Thursday to see your little boy again 💙 Hope you're doing ok x

Hi am so sick week not eating. Hate this road 5Th time and always sick.I miss my nice food.can't even do my daily activity

@tuxedocat and @burtle4 thanks for the support. Yes has been a really tough time. But like @burtle4 said mixed emotions as I'm happy that we have a new bundle of joy coming soon. I can't wait for my scan tomorrow.

Hello everyone! Sorry if this post is a little late in the day I’m 5 hours behind in the USA
Just wanted to say good luck everyone who’s getting their Anatomy scans this week - mines on Thursday managed to get the earliest apt at 8am - just couldn’t stand the suspense! Would love to see your cute baby pics - are any of you still waiting for a ‘flutter’? I am but was told anything from 18 - 22 weeks 🤷🏼 Plus I’m on the plus size!

Hey @JW2021 I'm feeling little kicks and have been since week 17-18 but I'm quite petite and possibly the placenta is just positioned in a way that means I can feel it sooner. It's definitely normal to feel it weeks later. My scan is also this Thursday morning so I won't have to wait all day 😅

@tuxedocat and everyone else. Scan went well thanks. Defo having a boy. He has some big balls lol.. 🤣🤦🏽‍♀️.. he was very stubborn today. He is very low down in my pelvis.

@Curlymam88 thank you hun. I have to go back for 3 more scans 28.32.36 weeks. Reason being because my eldest was apparently was a small baby. Although this is news to me. Never had any issues with her. Never had any other scans with my youngest daughters other then the normal 2. So me and OH are completely baffled but happy we get to see baby again x

@jade0881 same as me I got a scan every month until shes born to keep an eye on her growth. Strange how you never expected any issues with your DDs weight etc...but goodyouget to see your boy often

Glad it went well @jade0881 and while it's a surprise to have more scans, more chances to see baby has to be good! I hate to ask but what is your scan photo attached focusing on? I bet at my scan tomorrow they will be showing me things on screen and I will be unable to make it out and just saying "ohh" and playing along 😅 every 20 week scan photo I've seen from anyone doesn't look clear to me because it's always focused in on parts of baby. 12 weeks was clear as it was all side on full baby views for me.

@jade0881 congratulations on the scan and glad everything is well. Sounds like it must be a boy thing being stubborn as mine was being really awkward too! Actually quite glad for my extra scan in a couple of weeks even though we're supposed to be looking at placenta not baby!

Actually @jade0881 I think I can see it's the head on the right and a bit of body and arm? 😅 it's all the bones that throw me off

If your speaking the actual scan pic I think the sonographer was just trying to get the bear pic she could because my little boy was being so stubborn. He tucked down into my pelvis covering his face with his hands🤦🏽‍♀️ don't worry once you see baby on screen as a mother you will be able to see everything that your OH wouldn't be able to work lol like my OH he had me in stitches x

@2020mission to be honest also at 12 week scan you will be able to see everything but as baby is getting bigger it's hard to focus on on specific part of body x

@2020mission lol yes hun right side is head so u see eyes,nose and mouth. Yes his hand it in front of his face 🤦🏽‍♀️🤣

Ahh that makes sense thanks @jade0881.
I reckon mines is low down in my pelvis too it's the only place I'm ever feeling movements. Hopefully I'll be able to make out some of what's on screen tomorrow 😅 whatever happens it's just good to know all is well and see the heartbeat again!
