Anyone else due March 2022?

I've done about 10 tests over the past few days and can now confidently say I'm pregnant! Due 1 March according to the NHS calculator.

Feeling ok so far, just tired and a bit queasy. It's my second pregnancy so a bit less of a novelty than last time! And my toddler is keeping me too busy to think much about it Grin

Anyone else in the same boat? Care to join me for a discussion of our slowly bloating ankles, rising heartburn, fluttering bumps over the next few months? Smile

@Ttcbn2 It's just horrible, isn't it? Lunch time is generally the only time of the day that I can eat something. I am craving meat lately 🤷‍♀️ Apparently it could be due to lack of iron. But just the thought of other meals I used to eat make feel sick.
I remember feeling sick with my first baby, but ot was only during the morning.

CurlyNo2 · 11/07/2021 21:20

Oh my word, my boobs are like bricks and my nipped feel like they're on fire!

YYY85 · 11/07/2021 21:49

I'm just constant nausea, dizziness and the occasional headache. I don't remember all this from the first time.

Cluelost · 11/07/2021 23:41

Hiya everyone, congratulations on your positives! I found out 2 days ago I think I'm about 5 weeks along. Nothing too bad symptom wise, tired, sore back and occasionally a bit dizzy... I'm 29 on friday and this is my first, so dead nervous and no idea what to expect!! Need to ring the doctor on monday so I can get scan booked etc.

Cluelost · 11/07/2021 23:51

@corpusCallosum haha I did exactly the same, me and my partner decided to stop trying to prevent pregnancy and roll the dice about 6 weeks ago. So the little cross on the test was a huge shock. I'm obviously chuffed but also kinda mourning a childfree life haha! And pregnancy is terrifying. I keep thinking how we must be total idiots to not expect to get pregnant, so its made me feel a little less guilty reading your post!

wheresthehope · 12/07/2021 00:14

Hey congratulations everybody! I got my bfp yesterday. Think I’d be due around the 19th March. This will be my second as I have a 21month old ds! I am so tired already Shock

Ttcbn2 · 12/07/2021 06:12

@MsWho it’s awful, I feel constantly hungover, sick and dizzy :(

With my first I was so much worse than this.. I was vomiting constantly, I lost 1.5st by my 8 week booking app with the midwife! I was very very poorly.. so I’m praying I dont get that bad this time, I’m 7 weeks today I think, I feel sick/dizzy most of the day, I’m sooo tired, and I seem to be sick only every other day 😬 xx

hopesprings22 · 13/07/2021 08:20

Hi ladies and congratulations! I'm 5+3, EDD 12 March and have been checking back in here for a while but was too nervous of jinxing it to join...I got 3+ on my CB digital this morning so thought I'd break cover 😊 This will be baby 3 for me, we lost our second due to complications so feeling very nervous this time round and could do with the company. Main symptom is huge waves of fatigue, waiting for the nausea to hit! 😬 Hope your days have started well today x

CorpusCallosum · 13/07/2021 17:45

Afternoon all, welcome to the newbies. Symptoms have hit me hard the last 2 days mainly fatigue but I vomited this morning 😖 sickness lasted till 20 weeks last time 😰

I'm soooooo grateful to be working from home. The sickness gave me to motivation to get my self referral off to the midwives & am telling my mum tomorrow. No one else knows yet so poor DH is getting all my moans and groans.

pomegranatefudge · 14/07/2021 07:49

Hello! I got a BFP on Saturday which was a huge shock after years of fertility treatment with an ex-partner. I'm so happy but also pretty nervous, I've never been pregnant before and hadn't ever really allowed myself to think about what it'd be like!

No real symptoms yet except some mega bloating and a very gurgling tummy. Also dizzy quite a lot. According to my last period I'm 4+6 but I think I ovulated later so maybe not.

Is anyone having an early scan?

lauraslops · 14/07/2021 10:51

I've booked a private scan for 21st July, same day as my booking appointment. Mostly cause we don't have a clue how far along we are as very irregular periods that I don't track so would just really like to know where we are at. I figured the NHS scan wouldn't be for at least a few weeks after the booking appointment and I just cant wait that long. lol

bongbigboobingbongbing · 14/07/2021 12:40

7+1 today and the nausea is unreal. I keep gagging and retching. It's so grim. I just want to lie down and sleep but I've got loads of work on Sad

Hi everyone I’m due March 17th with number 2. First is 15 months. Literally dreading the nausea and fatigue I had last time and starting to feel very sick already. How do people cope with nausea and a toddler?!

Cluelost · 15/07/2021 08:53

Hi All, I should be 6 weeks in today, but I have almost no symptoms. Maybe some slight tiredness and a few light cramps here and there, is this normal?

I didnt have any symptoms with my son till around 10-11 weeks. He is now a 5 year old x
MsWho · 15/07/2021 09:50

@bongbigboobingbongbing I am getting all day long nausea too, it feels awful especially when commuting to work 🤢
My energy levels have dropped so much too

Due22 · 15/07/2021 11:45

Hi everyone,
I just found out I'm pregnant for the first time at 37! :-) Due 22nd March 2022. Congrats to everyone else here.
Not many symptoms yet, a little lower back ache, sore boobs & a little nausea now and again. Feeling apprehensive, still in shock and excited x

Vixlou89 · 15/07/2021 22:53

Hey ladies
How are we all?

I'm now 6+3 a the morning sickness as kicked off!
I keep vomming over smells in the fridge haha
We went to morrisons to look for food that won't make me gag.
The only thing that didn't was watermelon, bubble and squeak, raspberry ice lollies and parsnips?! Haha so weird!
My boobs feel like they're gunna explode (OH is happy 🙄)

I'm enjoying the pregnancy app seeing how our bean is developing!

Cluelost · 15/07/2021 23:53

Thanks @curlyNo2 thats reassuring! Hope everyone is well xx I've been doing a shit job of eating healthy the past few days, hopefully babies grow well on fudge :s

AureliaRose · 16/07/2021 20:55

Hi ladies, hope it's ok to join. Congratulations to you all! I'm 4 weeks today. First time pregnant at 40. Estimated due date 25th March. Had lots of cramping the last few days, and sore breasts for what seems like an eternity! Also weirdly don't have an appetite. Is that normal?

Vixlou89 · 16/07/2021 22:32

@AureliaRose congratulations!! All of that is all normal! The cramping is a sign that baby is doing a good job of sticking, the loss of appetite is very normal! Your morning sickness might be starting to kick in At the min I'm living on mints watermelon and ice lollies because it's the only thing I want to eat at the min. Just go with what your body is telling you as long as you're eating something x
AureliaRose · 17/07/2021 11:22

@Vixlou89 Thank you. Was starting to worry about the cramping. Good to know it's normal. I'm also continually tired, but can't sleep at night! Very excited to be on this journey though. Still can't believe it!! Grin

Hi ladies, congrats to u all, hope you don’t mind if I join in too, My EDD is March 7th, I’m 36, I have 4 kids already, age from 2 - 15 yrs I’m 7weeks & nausea has kicked in, mild back ache, no sore boobs at the mo. Always eating 😂 Have early scan next week, so hope all is well.

Cluelost · 19/07/2021 08:47

Hiya, some people have mentioned an early scan, what does this show? And why have one rather than wait for the 12 week one? Can they tell if there are problems on the early scan? I had never heard of it before so thought I'd just ask!
