Anyone else due March 2022?

I've done about 10 tests over the past few days and can now confidently say I'm pregnant! Due 1 March according to the NHS calculator.

Feeling ok so far, just tired and a bit queasy. It's my second pregnancy so a bit less of a novelty than last time! And my toddler is keeping me too busy to think much about it Grin

Anyone else in the same boat? Care to join me for a discussion of our slowly bloating ankles, rising heartburn, fluttering bumps over the next few months? Smile

This is such a nerve wracking stage isn't it. Every twinge makes me panic that something is going wrong. Even when I feel completely normal I worry that that means I'm no longer pregnant!

My symptoms so far are definitely less full on than they were in my first pregnancy. Maybe it's just because it is such early days though.

Keeping my fingers and toes crossed for all on this thread x

Mine are the opposite. I had next to no symptoms with my son, but I have a lot cramps with this one, plus I've still got diarrhoea... 🤨

Awww this is ace! All our babies are going to be born together!

Is anyone waking up in the night feeling sick? I don't remember waking up in the early hours feeling nauseous. Also I'm finding I'm more out of breath

extrababydust123 · 02/07/2021 09:52

I don’t wake up feeling sick but I have started waking around 3/4 times a night busting for a wee! And I can imagine it’s only going to get worse with time 😴

MsWho · 02/07/2021 10:27

@Vixlou89 I am relief to read that there is someone else that also feels a bit out of breath. I thought it was my imagination Confused
I get queasy mainly first thing in the morning or by dinner time.

Vixlou89 · 02/07/2021 11:44

@mswho oh thank god its not just me haha I've been finding going up the stairs I'm real hot and out of breath I'm normally quite fit so didn't understand it

MsWho · 02/07/2021 11:50

@Vixlou89 Yeah, same here. I actually consider myself quite fit (kind of) otherwise. I also get hot/cold easily for some reason🤷‍♀️

Vixlou89 · 02/07/2021 12:44

@mswho oooo yeah I keep getting really hot! It's crazy isn't it also major headaches all the bloody time! I'm drinking so much water to help but then need to pee loads haha

Ttcbn2 · 02/07/2021 12:47

Hi ladies! My Edd is 28thfeb/1st March. I have been sick a few times, other than that I am totally exhausted all of the time! X

loafcake · 02/07/2021 16:03

Hi all! I'm due beginning of March 😊 this is my second baby, when did you all ring the doctors? I've been putting it off for some reason 🤦🏽‍♀️

Vixlou89 · 02/07/2021 16:36

@loafcake I rang the next day I didn't really want to delay it knowing appointments will be difficult with covid. The receptionist gave me a number to call to self refer I dont know if that's just where I live though

toadstool32 · 02/07/2021 17:53

Hi all, I'm 4+1. Got my first dye stealer at 15dpo and a stronger one today at 18dpo so I'm officially stopping testing! Only symptom is insane exhaustion.

Anyone else due March 2022?
Vixlou89 · 02/07/2021 21:07

@toadstool32 yayyyyy you finally got your strong line!!!! Awww I'm so pleased congratulations!!!

Romanticrights · 02/07/2021 21:27

Hi everyone! Hope I'm ok to join. I'm currently 4+4, absolutely terrified as had two miscarriages at 6 weeks in the last 9 months. Feel like I'm just waiting for the inevitable?? Got a scan booked for week on Wednesday! I'm feeling slightly nauseous but so out of breath and bloated!

MomoTheLemur · 02/07/2021 22:02

@Vixlou89 and@MsWho alos out of breath!!! I had put it down to Asthma flare up but now that you mention it I'm thinking it's probably pregnancy instead!!!

Anyone do any fancy announcement to their other half? Poor second baby only got a "I've peed on a stick... And ehm... I'm pregnant!" 😂 After TTC for 10 months I was definitely in shock.

MsWho · 02/07/2021 22:13

@Romanticrights fingers crossed for you and your scan date 💪
@MomoTheLemur I thought the breathlessness was all on my mind, glad to hear I am not alone.
No exciting announcement neither! 🤣
@toadstool32 and @Vixlou89 I spoke to my GP just today and apparently I have to self refer myself too. I guess that's how it works now, it wasn't like that with my first one.

WhenShallIShare · 02/07/2021 22:19

Hi ladies, congratulations to you all on your pregnancies.
I’m due 8th March, totally didn’t expect to fall pregnant so quickly this time round. It took a long time with DD (she’s now 3.5) so I figured it would be the same this time after getting coil out only 2 months ago.
I’m 4+3 and already got nausea like crazy and am so irritable! It’s gonna be a long 9 months!

hellointhere · 02/07/2021 23:50

Hello,
I am still in shock but I took a test today and I'm pregnant! I'm 31, this is my first. I am very emotional and I really want to tell my family! Congratulations all.

@MomoTheLemur so I've known about my pregnancy for the past 3 days, but my partner doesn't know. The reason for this is were going on holiday on Monday to our fave place in Cornwall.
My plan is to go for a little walk on the cliff at sunset (it's like a film haha) take a photo of him from behind (I'm a photographer) but actually I'm recording him and I tell him then.
It's his first child and we've been ttc for a few months.
My other two children are 13 and 11 yrs old I plan to tell them after the scan as I'm nervous about getting them excited that goes for other family members too

@Romanticrights Awww sending sticky bean vibes xx
bongbigboobingbongbing · 03/07/2021 18:06

@Vixlou89 that sounds so lovely! Hope it goes well!

Both times round we've been TTC so I've just showed my partner the test stick and said "do you think there's a line there?" Then we've ummed and ahhed over it together. Not super romantic I must admitGrin

Love the idea of capturing the moment like that @Vixlou89!

@bongbigboobingbongbing same same on not really a romantic announcement. This time it was a bit of a die stealer, so no umms and ahhhs though. 😊

@hellointhere (not sure that tag is working...) I was so excited and nervous with our first. We waited some time to tell, but in hindsight, this time we are telling ppl faster, (at least the ones we'd also share a loss with). I'm not big into keeping secrets so it was stressing me no end. 😂 There is no right or wrong, you do you!

Hope everyone is feeling ok?

MomoTheLemur · 03/07/2021 23:07

Oh also anyone use ovia fertility... It seems to not register I'm now in pregnancy mood and is saying I'm now on my period. 😤

CorpusCallosum · 04/07/2021 06:41

Hi everyone 👋

I just found out this morning at 5am that I'm pregnant for the 2nd time. I'm so conflicted 😢 DH was very keen for a second now whereas I'd have preferred to wait just a few more months. We had given up contraception about a month ago and were just 'seeing what happened' and it turns out 'what's happens' is a baby 🤦‍♀️

I was just so excited the first time, we'd been properly TTC and I was all in on the baby project. This time I feel like burying my head in the sand and pretending it's not happening.
