Thought I'd start a new thread for us expecting March 2022!

Congratulations!!

I'm 4+2 with my first, conceived via IVF. I have endo & adeno so pretty nervous. Have told hubby & my sis so far but it's hard keeping the excitement in! It's been a long TTC journey over the last 5 years...

@KayL1988 I’m the same! I had a blighted ovum last year though so I’m crying due to anxiety more than anything- just hopes it all works out this time! Xx

I think my last crying outburst was triggered due to my favourite crisps being out of stock.

@MissL85 I’m only 4 weeks but yes I’ve noticed this! My right boob aches far more too which is strange.

@MissL85 my boobs are the same! They feel so firm and heavy first thing. I'm kind of fascinated by how quickly my body appears to be changing. I'm thinking about photographing my body everyday.

Spotting again which is making me worried but then on the flip side I just attempted to eat a burger which usually I love and I managed Les Ethan half before I went off it and now feel meh..

This first few weeks is a nightmare!

Anyone else spotting?

Im 5 weeks and so bloated i dont fit in my jeggings. Ive been to 4 shops today looking for jeans but all dont fit or didnt have my size in stock. Any ideas of comfy clothes i can wear? Im literally wearing dungaree shorts at the moment everyday as its the only comfortable thing i have.

I’m feeling a bit more positive today as I’m 5+6 and have never got this far without some signs of bleeding and none currently.
Also did a CB digital and got 3+ weeks which I also never got before.
However I don’t want to get carried away as it could easily all still go wrong.
If still no sign of bleeding tomorrow I will book a early scan for next weekend.

@Cuwins all sounds positive. I can't wait to book an early scan!

Does anyone know when you can book a scan from? Is it 6 weeks as in from day 1 of period or what you'd guess to be 6 weeks from conception?

I had one at 6 weeks from the start of my last period but I was referred to the EPAC by my doctors.

The company I am going to book with say 2 weeks from your first positive test I believe

Hi All,

I got my BFP last week at 8dpo (13dpo today).

This will be my second DC, DS is 13 months.

I've been exhausted the last few days, had to have a nap earlier this afternoon. My nausea kicked in at 6+3 last time and I'm DREADING it starting again 🙈 it was bad enough when I only had myself to worry about but now I have a toddler to look after too and I don't know how I'm going to cope 😩 anyone else in the same boat? X

@MissL85 yeah I had an early NHS scan with ds due to some bleeding but couldn't remember exactly how far along I was when I had it.

I'll phone up on Monday or Tuesday and see if they've got anything for the week after when ds is at nursery.

I’m another one feeling exhausted. I fell asleep in front of the tele last night! I’m also feeling a bit queezy and needing to eat.

Bizarrely, I saw my friend this morning and she blurted out, ‘are you pregnant’? She knows I had a miscarriage, but hasn’t my even asked if we were thinking of trying again! When I asked why she was asking, she just said that she suddenly felt I was while she was driving over! So weird!

The private scan I had with my son and what I'll have with this one, will only scan you from 7 weeks.

@Equimum this happened to me too. My friend was over and I kept going for a wee a lot and she asked me "are you pregnant?", I kinda laughed and said I haven't had my transfer yet (I was getting ready for a frozen transfer, but fell naturally), she said "I don't know maybe something happened and you fell pregnant naturally" just brushed it off and changed the subject quickly 😃😃

That’s so funny Sunny56. But how fantastic that you fell naturally when you were expecting to have to have embryo transfer. Congratulations!

Oh gosh I feel shocking. Struggling to force anything down my throat and when I do I get awful gas and nausea. Didn't have any symptoms with my first apart from a missed period! It's catching up to me now. I want to crawl in a hole

Yes I think so. I actually had a EPAU scan earlier with my son and they found a heartbeat, but was already booked in a week later at 7 weeks for a private one. It will probably be around 7-8 weeks when I arrange a other private scan x
