Hi ladies, I’m due on the 20th but think I will be early. How is everyone doing?

Actually managed to have my sweep done today (ouch!) - cervix had shortened a lot so was now 'favourable'.
I'm praying it works! But If it doesn't I'm booked in for an induction on Monday.

Fingers crossed for lots of babies being born this weekend 🤞🤞🤞

Hi Ladies, I had my little baby boy Noah this morning. 7lb 2oz. Born at home unexpectedly swiftly having woken up contracting strongly.

@OldFirstTimeMum awh congrats, what a way to have him im sure it was scary but so glad it was quick for you and he's here safe and sound.

@cem90 i also had a sweep done today about an hour ago and omg was it sore, i had 2 with last baby and dont remember it being so sore. I was 2 to 3 cm dilated and thin but not to confident she'll make an appearance any time soon lol. Hope your LO arrives over the weekend for you.

I’m having a lot of mild cramps and pulling down below and my mucus plug has started to come away. (Sorry tmi)
Baby dropped yesterday and today I have been scrubbing the house! It’s so weird! I’ve been exhausted for weeks and now I’ve had a sudden burst of energy and a manic need to clean - which really is not like me! Husband is the clean freak and I usually leave him pretty much to it!

I'm not due until 29th, but my waters have been going all day. Just waiting for contractions to start! VERY excited. Hoping something will happen before infection risk makes me get induced tomorrow!

@LittleTiger007 oh you’re so lucky to have so many labour signs!! I’m still plodding along at 39 weeks 1 day and feeling the exact same as the whole pregnancy, I’m not even cramping in the slightest and no sign of my plug!

I'm still having the odd irregular braxton hicks the past few days, quite painful at times so secretly hoping it means something soon! 3 days left until my due date

My braxton hicks are painful thus evening too @lucymagoo. My belly and back really hurt, I feel sick at the moment too.

Please could I join? I’m due May 27th - no idea what I’m having ☺️.

Apart from the odd braxton hicks, I have no signs. I feel weirdly good. Not pregnant except for my obvious bump & wriggly baby!! Xx

I've still had no contractions! My waters went with my daughter after I needed to push, so this is a completely new experience for me. They've said if nothing by morning they'll book me in for the drip in the afternoon because of infection risk. I'm VERY much hoping something happens soon.

So baby no.3 made their appearance. 11.57pm 14th May (3 mins before my 29th birthday today, so absolutely the best present). A lovely little boy; Benjamin Arthur, weighing 9lb 5oz. Despite having an induction he was born in just under an hour and I'm completely shell shocked he arrived so quickly.
