May babies - anyone else due soon?

Hi ladies, I’m due on the 20th but think I will be early. How is everyone doing?

I'm due on the 5th - first baby was 40+2 but I was hoping this one would be a few days early! I feel like a whale.
She's so low now that I'm starting to get fed up and everything is a bit uncomfortable - I'm definitely looking into every little twinge etc hoping it's a sign.
DH's birthday is on the 8th and I really hope she doesn't come on his birthday as would hate for them to share the date.

@cem90 the 5th is not a long wait! Not long now, hopefully... I feel you on the whale front! 🤪
I hope your little ones don’t share a birthday. Someone I know in the USA had her third baby on April 6, the same date as her daughter 2 years ago AND her first son 4 years ago! All 3 share the same birthdate two years apart! The likelihood of that is very rare! (Clearly 4th of July parties leads to a big day for baby making in that household! 😂)

@cem90 sorry not little ones but baby and husband. I misread. Hoping for a safe delivery, at least it will be a lovely birthday gift for your husband!

@LittleTiger007 I’ve had a few issues with cord blood flow so I may have to be induced. I’ve got a growth scan tomorrow to check on this and they said they’ll then like to induce me at 37 weeks if it has tailed off. Quite scary considering I’m 36+4!

Due on the 24th but think it will be early!

Also due 24th! Getting braxton hicks now and wondering how you can tell from these to real contractions!

@mouldygrapes I'm due 23rd, also having another scan on the 12th due to her being small. They said she might have to come out early - caesarian wasn't mentioned, but I'm suspecting it might end up that way. Trying not to stress... Hope yours goes ok!

Due on 17th, my family have started a sweepstake and are all betting he's going to come late except my husband who has put his money on one day early, glad someone has faith in us!

I've had my mucous plug coming away the past 24 hours which is promising! Also he was 2/5 engaged at last appointment 2 weeks ago, hoping he's even more engaged at the 38 week appointment tomorrow! I have faith the little man will be on time

@LittleTiger007 my other 3 are age 5.. 3 and 15 months, the older 2 have autism and can't talk very well so not sure how they are feeling, my daughter 5 knows there's a baby in my tummy so she is prepared for that but if she's happy about it or not I dont know haha!..

There were concerns at my last growth scan about baby not growing as expected on the chart they use, I've got another growth scan on Thursday. They said that if there's no improvement on growth then they will induce me but if there is improvement they will leave me till 39 weeks.

I'm due on 31st but I'm really hoping he comes early I'm so done with being pregnant. I have a midwife appointment today hoping he's turned as he was breach last time I went 🤞🏼

I’m due on the 18th and I really want to meet the little one already. At midwife appointment today I hope to find out if head is engaged. Really can’t wait now

I’m due on the 30th just want him to hurry up now so we can meet home and I’m feeling very uncomfortable x

Hello all and welcome to everyone! I’m hoping this thread will be a place we can share what we are going through and encourage each other and also share the ups and downs of labour as it starts? Maybe? Especially if it’s dragging and we need a hand hold. Also to share the news of happy arrivals!
If I put all our due dates on a list/calendar then people can add info as we go. Does that sound ok? Do you want more info added such as if it’s your first or if you know whether you are expecting a boy or a girl or don’t know?
