You can at certain hairdressers which offer the stuff relatively poison-free, otherwise not, so I've heard.

you can bleach if you just doing foil highlights (or whatever the modern equivalent of such a thing is called)

Re hair dye, I stopped dyeing for the whole pg as I was concerned

What happened was that it took months to grow out out so I wore ponytails, put it up etc so it was less noticeable

and then when it finally was all grown out my hair was actually in such good condition from the lack of dye, pg hormones etc that I didn't care it was mousy

I wen tback to my "normal" colour soon after though
