Today I got my bfp at 9DPO. are there anymore mommies to be's on here who are due august 2021 ❤️

@mommyofone2019 yeah good! Symptoms are starting to ease although when I say that I start feeling sick / being sick shortly after 😂
Nearly 12 weeks now have my scan on Tuesday 😬
Very anxious but also excited 😍

Hi all so late to the party it seems, due 3rd august first baby. 14 wk 5 days. It’s going so fast! Hope your upcoming scans go well 💞 we’ll all be very hot and fed up come summer

Have any of you have the screening tests done? I’m low risk but my Down syndrome seems a bit high to me wondered what others were? Xxx

@SAHX I had my screening test done 2 days ago awaiting for results how long did you wait for your results if you don’t mind me asking I’m 14 weeks 1 day xx

@Username2021 test was Tuesday and results were back yesterday xxx

Hi @CountryGirl84 I’m due 24th august so similar dates. 15 weeks tomorrow and defo starting to feel like something happening in there if that makes sense. My belly is already popping out in the evening 😂
We had a harmony test to check babies dna as our nhs screening results concerned us a bit even though low risk the numbers just seemed a bit low to me! But dna came back completely normal and we found out we were having a little girl!

I'm doing okay. Just really tired. Defo got a bump of some sort. It also feels weird when I start to bend down, like I've got a we grapefruit in my belly or something that gets in the way, hahaha.

We got some news that I had low Papp A levels a few days ago, I have my first appointment with a consultant on Wednesday though, so looking forward to getting some more information on it. They told me not to google it, but I did... hahah.

@SAHX We're due date buddies!! I'm due 24th too :D

@SAHX congrats on having a little girl! That's exciting knowing the sex. I had the NIPT test as well but my hubby and I opted not to find out the sex as wanted to keep guessing until the 20 week scan. Wish we had now though. The test came back low risk as well so that was a relief!

@SpaaaaceGurl yes I have the same feeling of something weird down there but there are other times when I don't feel much at all and I forget I'm pregnant. It's quite unnerving. Just seeing the little bump is comforting though. But I might book in for a 16 week scan just so I can make sure little bean is still okay. The 20 week scan seems so far away!

Hey! I’m also due 24th August! First baby so I have no clue on what’s happening haha - I know I’m meant to have a 16 week midwife appointment however I don’t have one booked until 15th April, which is after my 20 week scan on 12th April - is this normal or should I still be having one at 16 weeks ???? - also, anyone else not feeling very pregnant at the moment?

@MM1993 yeah it’s my first aswell,
I would say the 16 week appointment needs to be earlier than that? Maybe call midwife and rearrange,
I don’t feel very pregnant anymore other than a bit sicky sometimes and my belly just feeling fuller. Iv been told that’s the second trimester and enjoy it ❤️

@SAHX I know what you mean, i'm so tempted to book a private scan but we had two private scans already in the early weeks for reassurance. 5 weeks seems so far away though. My 20 week scan is the 8th April.

@MM1993 Yay! Congrats. Nice to be able to compare with other people who are at the same stage. On the slip of paper I got from my first midwife appointment it says that I will get a phone call for my 16 week appointment, but my midwife is off just now due to bereavement and I thought I would have had something organised by now. So I'm a little worried that I'm being forgotten about a bit too. I did get to speak to the consultant yesterday but it was more of a registration thing for his service and not really about how I was feeling.

I definitely still feel pregnant. Still feeling nauseous and getting dizzy quite often. We go on a walk in the morning and after our last meetings of the day (we both work from home) and I've found that my joints are getting quite weak now. Feel like the last 10 mins of my walk I'm waddling which I didn't think would happen until I was in 3rd trimester at least!

Does anyone happen to know if this is the main due August 2021 thread? I can see recent threads for July and September.

Hey ladies! Bit of a weird one as I’m sure I shouldn’t be worried but Iv been speaking to people I know that are a few weeks ahead of me and they have gained like 1-2 stone. I have literally only gained 6lbs worried she’s not growing enough. I did have her heart checked couple days ago as I was in an accident and they said she was fine xxx

@SAHX I had hardly put anything on at all to begin with. I’m 25 weeks now and I’ve gained 1 stone 2 pounds so far but it has been all of a sudden (and I’ve been having two breakfasts daily 🤣) so I really wouldn’t worry, you will probably just gain more towards the end. My friend only gained 1 stone by 40 weeks

@sarah13xx okay thank you! I guess everyone is just different! Haha I’m sure it will pile on more soon 😂 Iv had so much going on but by the end of may everything will just be calm baby mode and I’ll probs eat loads 😂

@SAHX I’m trying not to weigh myself again now, I don’t want to know 🙈 I’ll weigh myself right at the end so I can see how much I’ve lost when I come back from the hospital 😂
