I have just had my 3rd sweep, midwife said there has been no change in my cervix at all, induction booked for 9am on the 8th

@EithneBlue thank you for your comment, I never thought of it that way but it makes a lot of sense. I am trying just to go with my instincts as a mum and feed him when I think it's right. He seems to be settling down with the feeding every hour, a friend of mine suggested using Infocol as her son was doing similar and it turned out he was never actually full, just needed burping and then was hungry again straight away after and that seems to be helping a lot as he is burping easily.

My little one actually only got up for his feeds last night which was the first time in nearly 3 days so I actually managed some decent sleep and feel so much better for it today!

@MrsSmith2020 I've had really itchy feet and hands and it can be a sign of cholestasis, I would flag to the midwife as they may want to take a blood test to check your liver. I've had about 3 blood tests now and my levels are a little high although not dangerously so.

Ladies for those of you who have had sweeps presume a decent walk afterwards is ok - I'm planning on walking to appt on Thursday and wanted to check it's not too unreasonable to do a half hour walk home after? Am sooo ready for this baby to appear now.

Thank you everyone I’m so in love 💖 she doesn’t want to stop feeding I’m lucky she’s latching so quick though, hope she lets me sleep a bit tonight feel like I need a weeks sleep to catch up 😅 ladies who haven’t had the baby sleep as much as you can you don’t realise how much you took it for granted 🤣 x

I nearly ended up having a c section but they only wanted to do it as last resort. Would have been a lot less stressful than what I went through. Not long to go for you now! 💙 @Kj1010

@Babyhope98 nope tbh I cant wait as it's very uncomfortable where he is his head right under my ribs/boob lol just want him here and safe and seriously looking forward to no heart burn 😆 also have signed the sterilization form and its mad as we are done but apart of me is thinking what if but at the ground old age of 42 3 beautiful kids already etc I think I'm doing the right thing and I was told if I change my mind before op starts they wont do it

@Babyhope98 congratulations! I just popped on to see if there had been any more babies! Wonderful news! My little girl also wants to feed all night but the last 2 nights she’s given me a 4 hour stretch each night to sleep and I’ve never felt so grateful for a 4 hour sleep! Ha ha!

@Babyhope98 congratulations!! ❤️ I have c section booked for Friday, really emotional today as my two girls are with their dad tomorrow and Thursday night so next time I see them they'll be big sisters!! Getting very nervous/emotional/and everything else the closer it gets xx

@Babyhope98 congratulations....wonderful news that your baby has arrived! 💗. Totally agree with what you say about sleep, stock up now, you're going to need it! The first few days are tough but you'll get into a wee routine when you get home xx

Thanks @jalu47 I went in at 6am on the monitors and had bloods taken. Was home for 9am and will hopefully hear from midwife tomorrow.

The itching was unmanageable!
