How are we all? I've spent the weekend in hospital with Ds, he has metal pins in his arm and a cast and can't go nursery for a few weeks so we are going to bubble up with mum and dad after my scan on Wednesday: super nervous that all the stress could've hurt little bean :(

On no @Bellaphant how did he break his arm. Toddlers are pesky creatures. All good recovered from the 5 hours it took for me to get scan, bloods and consultant done. Less than a week till 2nd trimester wooo

Oh @Bellaphant poor little one! What happened? Good luck with the scan tomorrow! Hope you get some good piccies!

He fell of the bed! He's got to go back to the fracture clinic next Tuesday, and then to get the pins out in three weeks. He's watching a lot of cbeebies but night times are hard!

16+3 and i seem to have developed pregnancy insomnia, anyone have a miracle cure?

Bit late to the thread but I'm due my 2nd child middle of August this year. Feeling really dreadful with nausea and tiredness and guilty that I can't look after my son (2y 9m) with as much energy as enthusiasm as I did before! Been reassuring reading all your posts saying the same thing as it's pretty isolating, especially with lockdown. Funny how we all seem to feel worse than our first pregnancy?!

@Bellaphant aaaah what a nightmare! Glad you're all ok though

@THATbasicSNOWFLAKE no miracle cure but I feel your pain, I'm 19 weeks and started waking up at 4am which is killing me with working FT and then looking after a toddler too...I'm thankful nursery's are still open.

@Anonymum30 welcome! I've been feeling so much better since getting past week 15 but it's defo been harder than the last pregnancy.

20 week scan next week and I'm so excited to find out Gender....what's everyone else thinking about finding out?

Hi all late to the thread I'm due 22nd of aug with my second I have 20 month old who thinks he's a monkey and climbs everything lol. I'm currently 9+4 really nauseous and boobs are aching iv booked an early scan for nxt week as mc last aug at 10+2 so hoping this ones ok although my pregnancy symptoms are a lot stronger this time.

Oh yayy @Bellaphant . Lovely scan photo. I am now 13 + 4 and counting the days till Sunday when I am in the second trimester and hopefully this feeling like crap eases. Been productive today as DS is at nursery and sorted all my maternity clothes from before and gone through my drawers and wardrobe and vacuum packed anything I know I won't be in a while

How is everyone feeling today? Thought I was feeling a bit better today but dreadful this afternoon, think I might have overdone it this morning. It's so hard when you get window of feeling slightly better not to try to do everything all in one go, particularly with a little one to look after too...

@Noneyerbuisness11234 I could have wrote that reply myself! Due 22nd august and have a 20 month old little boy who NEVER sits down, like EVER!!

Ah great news @Bellaphant such a relief having that scan done!

Got my letter through yesterday with the results from my nuchal scan and all was well so that’s also a relief!

@Char899 when was your scan? Im still waiting on my letter from the blood test (too far gone for nuchal)

@Noneyerbuisness11234 @allieop same here! 22 month old... never chills.. doesn’t sit.... uses me as a climbing frame and is being particularly needy and naughty at the moment! Feel like I need to sleep for a week but every night I go to bed early and my nose stuffs up and I sleep like shit! Good times! 🙄

@THATbasicSNOWFLAKE my scan was on the 11th. I feel like it came really quickly though - much quicker than last time!

Ah no my youngest will be 22 months when this one arrives what have i done!

Someone on another thread recommended some nose breathing strips so i am going to try those i think

@Char899 mine was 14th so i will hopefully get it soon

@THATbasicSNOWFLAKE fx your 22 month old will be better behaved than mine! 🙈
Ohhh I’ll look into nose strips. It’s driving me crazy! It’s only when I want to go to sleep!! Oh and sometimes during dinner so I end up eating loudly with my mouth open to the point where I actually annoy myself let alone my poor dh!

It's nice to have the next scan booked and they said I was already booked to speak to obstetrics in may. They seem super quick at some things (my first set of bloods I had on the Thursday and they text me the results Sunday night)

Going to look at some houses tomorrow. Ds is really having trouble sleeping due to his arm hurting him: he's back for another x-ray on tues

Hope your ds nanaged to sleep @Bellaphant have you tried giving nurofen?

Nearly 17 weeks and getting a lot of upper back / neck pain at some times. I don't think its boob related, i'm not sure what it is but it makes me feel sick at times. Anyone else?

@THATbasicSNOWFLAKE do you think it could be from exhaustion and not having time to relax properly? Especially if sleep is disrupted too.

My letter arrived today about nuchal tests so took a week as had scan last Friday

All good I think even lower risk than my DS which has put my mind at ease.

I have my 20week scan and 32 week scan all booked which seems scary.

Due around 22nd August..DD just turned one this month..so tired..I get nausea when i firget to take the pills but all good. Craving salt and sour things mostly. All drinks taste so disgusting..i can't stand chicken or bacon anymore ...appetite ain't so good..had an early scan at 8weejs coz of my irregular cycles,all good.12 week scan in Feb..I'm convinced summer 2021 babies are coming in by force..nausea,sickness etc

I REALLY lost my appetite with thid pregnancy. I have been much better food wise since avout 13/14 weeks and even had a few days with energy!
17 weeks today, still waiting on quad test results but telling myself no news in good news
