@WhoUsedMyName they told me to wait until I start getting 3 contractions in 10 mins or if my waters break So just a waiting game to see if they progress xx

Onekidnoclue · 29/12/2020 15:49

I’m weirdly over excited about the state of the cervix’s of women I’ve never met!
I think mine is wedged happily and will only come out when he’s kicked out.

Wow. Lots of action today from you ladies! I was hoping things were gearing up with 3 days of mucus discharge but it all seems to have settled today.

WhoUsedMyName · 30/12/2020 00:54

He was born at 10.10pm weighing 7lb 6oz all that worth for nothing

Well that made no sense! I meant worry for nothing was sooo worth it. But growth scans can clearly be very wrong ladies

oliveroses · 30/12/2020 02:07

Grumpy19 · 30/12/2020 08:21

Oh god, really not looking forward to after pains this time round! Don't they get worse with each labour.

Congratulations again. Hopefully you are home now, cuddled up in bed with good pain killers!

Tink20058 · 30/12/2020 08:56

@WhoUsedMyName congratulations 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉 he is beautiful xxx

pigletpie2177 · 30/12/2020 10:10

Ahh @WhoUsedMyName he is gorgeous congratulations!

So exciting that lots of people are feeling progress now. I will be 37 weeks on Friday which feels like such an achievement given the events of the last month 🙈

DH bought some dates last night but couldn't find raspberry leaf tea so that's on my shopping list for next time I venture out. I also have a ball to sit on but i don't want to encourage things too much despite the heartburn and constant desire to take off my bra 😂 week 39+ would be perfect.

ttcchapter1 · 30/12/2020 10:26

@pigletpie2177 i ordered some raspberry leaf tea from amazon, it actually tastes quite nice! And looks like we're on the same dates, I'll be 37 weeks on Friday too 🙈😬

Onekidnoclue · 30/12/2020 10:31

@WhoUsedMyName gorgeous! Well done you! How you get home quickly and safely. X

Thanks everyone we are all home and doing well midwife came this morning too so they are on the ball! X

PollyOaks · 30/12/2020 14:38

Congratulations @WhoUsedMyName he is gorgeous xx

I am 37+6, saw midwife yesterday and measured a bit of a jump and now on 90th centile so being referred for a scan. Major freaked out as she started talking about it maybe being excess water so I did the stupid thing and googled 🙈 he's always measured lovely so I'm stressed about this sudden jump I had a random diabetes test few weeks back so don't think it's that.
He is also back to back which I am hoping he will turn 😬

LiG123 · 30/12/2020 15:03

@PollyOaks fundal height is rarely accurate! Don't let it worry you!!!!
