@Mumofboys17 @Fredthespider lol we are all eagerly waiting for you to give birth!! 😁 Are your cats acting different towards you? Apparently they lay on you when labour is near? I wonder how true that is. Hope you're both well ❤️ I'm bloody knackered all the time lol and this acid reflux is kicking me 😳 pick up some omeprazole tomorrow that'll sort me right out!

@Missgoldilocks erm they sort of are! Mostly at nighttime they follow me everywhere and both insist on sleeping on the bed now, normally they don’t even sleep in the same room as each other so that in itself is odd 😂 omg my heartburn has been horrific this time around!! Definitely won’t miss that once he comes out 🤢
I’ve got so much pressure in my bum today, literally feel like I need to poo all the time 😂😂 gut feeling is nothing exciting happening yet though, baby is probably just laying low 😬
I remember just knowing with DS1 that I was definitely having contractions, don’t know why I’m second guessing it so much this time!! Hopefully I’ll just be like ‘yep, this is the real deal now’

I must be the unluckiest person in the world...my blood sample has gone missing and I had to have blood re-drawn and re-sent yesterday, so won’t have results for yet another week! 🤬🤬

@Mumofboys17 this bit is the worst! I thought every little thing meant labour but it didn’t 🤪 fingers crossed he’s making way soon

Well ladies - turns out I was in labour! DS2 arrived a week early yesterday morning, so fast in fact that we didn't even make it to the hospital and DH delivered him on our living room floor!!! 😱
Think we're both still on a come down from all the adrenaline and madness. It was like something out of a soap opera. I'm feeling very sore all over now 😣
Thankfully, despite the batshit crazy delivery, everything was fine, DS2 is perfect and just the most chilled and beautiful boy 🥰 we're all absolutely besotted with him 💙💙💙

Awww @Mumofboys17 congratulations 🎉 so so please for you and your family x glad your little boy is well x must have been quite and experience for your husband to deliver his own baby!! OMG I can even imagine 😱 x let us have some photos once you’re up for it x once again, congratulations and well done🎉🍾

@Fredthespider hahaha no we have hard floor downstairs throughout - thank god! Although in the midst of all the madness I did make DH roll up my lovely living room rug first before I got on the floor 😅😂 would have been devastated to chuck that away!! There was a lot of mess though 😖 some family friends bought us some lovely new towels and pillows to replace what we lost 😅 xx

@Quiffy thank you! Still can't believe it even happened like that 🙈 DS2 is just beautiful though, text book baby. Feeds regularly/when he feels like it, rarely cries and sleeps so well. DS1 was a nightmare of a baby so feels like we've really been spoilt this time 😂

Hope everyone else is keeping OK? I'm in a total newborn bubble right now I've forgotten all about the outside world 😂😂

All good here ladies x thank you for asking x got the call last night and we’ve got the lowest possible risk for all 3 disorders 🥰 16 weeks now, still no bump or weight gain so not feeling pregnant x we’re going to find out team blue or team pink in couple of weeks 🥰🥰

@Katie1109 that's fantastic news!! So relieved for you xx gosh 16 weeks already, I'm guessing team blue (but I'm obviously biased 😉)
You'll be one of those mums who just doesn't gain 'baby weight' I bet! All of a sudden your bump will pop around 20 weeks x just wait til he/she starts wriggling around! 😍

@Katie1109 WOOHHOOO fabulous news! I bet that's a huge relief :) I always find the 12-20 weeks the hardest in terms of reassurance as you feel better with sickness and tiredness, but you don't really have a bump and you can't always feel baby moving yet. Not long until 20 week scan :D x

@Mumofboys17 thank you x I am so relieved and shocked how quickly this time has gone! For whatever reason we both are convinced it’s team blue, so I bet you it will turn out to be team pink! 🤣 how are you getting on with your little one? x
@Fredthespider I’m used to the feeling of no reassurance, I haven’t felt pregnant yet! 🙈 I had next to no symptoms, so far 🤞 yeah I’ve got my 20 week scan in just over 4 weeks, but will have a private one in between to check up on how everything is developing and to find out the sex 🥰 x

@Katie1109 haha there's definitely something to be said for mother's intuition! I just knew from day one that DS2 was another boy 😉
I touch wood every time I say this 😅 but he really is a dream.. DS1 had a milk intolerance, reflux, and was such a difficult baby that it's a bit of a shock to have a baby now that actually sleeps and doesn't scream 24/7!!
It's early days, he's only a week old today so I'm counting my blessings and making the most of it in case he turns on me soon 😂 just struggling with on off engorgement with breastfeeding 😣 this boy is so chilled, if I didn't wake him for feeds I reckon my boobs would have exploded by now!! X

@Missgoldilocks haha thank you! It was so crazy.. super scary but also really empowering in a weird way 😂 it all happened so quick that we just had no choice and had to get on with it. Don't get me wrong I screamed murder the entire time 😂😂 but, I was in control. I just went with what my body told me to do, even though it hurt like a bitch 😖😂 definitely no more babies for me though haha I'm DONE!!

@Missgoldilocks Oh yes I'm SOOO done baby making 😂 DH actually agrees with me which surprised me as he always wanted about 3/4! I'm actually half enjoying the newborn stage this time, it's hard work with DS1 being here as well though I can't imagine how people cope with more than 2! 😂
Wow good for you exercising! I need to get my bum in gear pre summer as I've definitely gained weight with this pregnancy 😬 none of my pre pregnancy jeans fit now 🤪

Did you get period cramps in third trimester? I get them on and off, today has been quite uncomfortable with them, are they Braxton Hicks? X

Are you getting close to your date now @Missgoldilocks? I had some on off cramps and kept thinking it was him coming early but he didn't. Hope you're coping, I felt like a beaches whale that needed to pee constantly 🤣
