@Missgoldilocks oh wow that's great news! Will they probably still induce you (nearer the time obvs) because of the big baby history? Well done you for being so healthy! Says me currently stuffing my face with crisps and haribo 😬😂😂
I've got 4 weeks and 6 days til my due date... so yes not long at all now 🙈 the girls at my work are doing a sweepstake on baby's due date, weight etc and so far they've all guessed I'll go early!! Which fills me with confidence 😅 notttt! Xx

@Mumofboys17 oh don't be silly, I've been eating my fair share of choc and cake too!! Lol no they haven't said that, they said I can try vbac and for him to come naturally but basically to leave my options open because they will keep doing scans to see how big he gets. She said it's a good thing you have big ones because they're healthy and because I'm not a small girl my pelvis will fit the baby through, I think it's only if theyre abnormally big they will say its best to have a c section. Let's see what happens I'm just going to keep it in my head that anything can happen.

@Katie1109 I loved the Snuz, got the espresso one so it really fitted in with my dark bedroom furniture. I had the 3 and it could be rocked but I had the anti reflux on it so it was angled. Highly recommend it

Love the boy names yous have mentioned. Really really cute. I never really thought about names as I already had one in mind regardless of sex. Will be interesting name looking if we do have a second

@Quiffy thank hun x I really like the look of Snuz pod and their nursery furniture...:) I have been quietly looking at things...I don't know what I'm going to do if my 12 week scan next week doesn't go to plan! I haven't bought a single thing yet, which I am amazed by! We still haven't told anyone, but I think we might if all is well next week. I don't think I allowed myself to be properly excited yet, not sure if I ever will, so I am a bit apprehensive to tell others, because I am not sure if I can deal with their excitement...does it make any sense? Have any of you felt this way?x
How is everyone feeling? I love all the boys names you have mentioned! They're really cute! I haven't allowed myself to even think of names yet, every time we talk about the baby, it's referred to as either "it" or "baby" - horrible I know but I think it's just self-preservation kicking in after 2 losses :( I'm 11 +4 today and feeling quite normal apart from occasional constipation and some lower back ache here and there x no spotting or bleeding, so fingers crossed things are progressing well x
I just realised how long this post is, sorry!!

@Quiffy I'm almost packed and ready, just a couple of bits I want to add like snacks, drinks, maybe some nee PJ's and a towel 😊 all baby's clothes, nappies etc are all done so worst case if he comes stupid early I'm not totally unprepared! 😅
Had my 36 week check up yesterday and I was telling the midwife about all this pain and pressure I've been having. She said no wonder as he's dropped and well engaged, she even said she wouldn't be surprised if he does come early!! 😬 but of course none of us can know for sure, baby's come whenever they feel like it don't they 😂 I've also got another scan on Monday to check growth because he's jumped up the growth chart, I've gone from 'a bit small' to 'a bit big' in the last 2 weeks! So I'm really looking forward to that 🥰 xx

@Katie1109 even without your history I don't think there's anything wrong with waiting to spread the news at all! As long as you're feeling OK and well supported that's all that matters 😊 I'm sure the next scan will also be fine! Xx

My 12 weeks scan is tomorrow, I should be around 12+3, I’m terrified 😱x

All good here ladies x had my 12 week scan, measuring 12 + 2 and all seems to be ok. NT measured 1.5 so as long as my bloods come back ok I should be in the low risk 🥰 New crazy gang addition is saying hello 🥰🥰

unfortunately it’s not all good news, I had a phone call from the hospital, my Down’s syndrome risk is 1/93, the other two syndromes are low. I’ve got low PAPP- A of 0.41 and higher beta hcg I think she said 3.34 😭 my NT was 1.5mm so that was ok. I’m going in for NIPT on Monday. Based on that we are not telling anyone e just yet 😩 what were your reading ladies?

@Katie1109 oh sweetheart! This is the last thing you need, huge hugs. Just remember that 1/93 means that 92 babies won’t have it so try to think positive. How long does the NIPT take to come back? X

@Fredthespider she said 5 working days, which taking into account its Easter and there’s 2 bank holidays, results will come back Tuesday 5th of April the earliest.

@Katie1109 oh my gosh! Just popped on as realised I've been a bit MIA lately and knew you were due your 12 week scan... you poor thing, you've really been through it 🙁 I'm so sorry you're dealing with all this right now. Just wish I could say or do something to help other than offer you massive virtual hugs and a handhold ❤️ really hope you get a positive outcome lovely. How are you feeling? xxx

@Mumofboys17 thank you hun x I’m trying to stay positive and think that I’m just another one of thousands of women whose bloods are just a bit out of whack x odds are still in my favour, NIPT booked for Monday so we shall see x

We’re alright thanks @Missgoldilocks. Officially back at work although using leave. Got a half day in the virtual office this week to get a head start before full days next week. Still very bitter and pissed off that I feel my maternity has been ruined. I haven’t been able to do anything and literally the week after I go back to work the baby groups are open again. Ugh. At least we’re ok. Must remember the positives!!

@Fredthespider oh that is really annoying!! Sorry to hear that, covid has royally messed it up for so many people it's so shit! 🥺 Glad that you're okay though and that you have your health xx

I'm good, I've been going mental in my house and feel much better for it. It's all painted and I put new flooring in the kitchen and bathroom, new furniture in the bedrooms and now I just need to get some nice furniture and fake grass for my balcony. I'm going to buy some rocking chairs so I can sit out there with the bubba, it's all very exciting now ❤️😍

Thanks for they support ladies x I had my blood drawn this morning, now the wait begins x 🤞unfortunately I will have to wait for the results until after Easter 😩

@Missgoldilocks 15th April is my due date! Officially 38 weeks on Thursday 😱 baby clothes all washed and put away, hospital bag all packed, we're ready to rock and roll 🥰 I'm just excited for him to arrive now! Funny you say about the house renovations haha we've done the same!! New carpets, painting and redecorating and a massive clear out of the house and even the attic 😅 it's kept me sane and distracted for the most part though!
I'm bugging DH to get me a hanging egg chair for the garden so I can sit out there with baby and let DS run wild in the garden when we're stuck home alone 😂😂 xxx

Can’t believe my boy was 6 months old the other day. Time goes so fast!

@Quiffy God I know, I always thought it was such a cliche when people say about how quick it goes but it's so true!!
No baby yet, been VERY uncomfortable since yesterday, half hoping that means something productive 😣 so much pressure in my pelvis and lots of cramps and stitch-like muscle pain. Constantly feel like I need to poo as well 😅 No actual contractions yet though so think it's just boring old aches and pains.
I keep trying to remember how I felt with DS1 but I'm going with the 'I'll know when it's happening' theory as I definitely did when DS1 was on his way! X

Still no baby yet! I'm booked in for a sweep next week Weds when I'll be 39+6 if he hasn't arrived by then. I'm planning on just getting on with things as normal this week but if we get to next weekend and no progress I'll be eating all those labour inducing foods and bouncing on my gym ball like there's no tomorrow 😅 still feeling anxious about actually giving birth but SO ready to get him out!! X
