Hi everyone!

There doesn’t seem to be a thread yet for July 2021, probably because most of you haven’t got your BFP yet! I got mine yesterday at 9DPO which was super early but had a pretty clear line on a FRER with afternoon urine, so confirmed with a digital. My due date is 4th July 2021 and I can’t wait for more of you to join me!! Feeling excited but a bit overwhelmed / not everything has sunk in yet. Also it’s still super early so I’m crossing my fingers (and legs!) that this little one sticks. It’s my first baby so I have no experience of any of this!

Hopefully see more of you in the next few days!!

Xx

Tested positive tonight. But unexpected. Only finished breastfeeding my 10 month old 4 weeks ago!! Roughly end of June/early July DD

4th pregnancy but if this sticks it'll be my second baby (loss, loss, baby).

Hope everything goes well for you.

mums2boys · 22/10/2020 08:58

Hi iv just gotten my first bfp on a cheap test. Im in shock.. Will go out later and get some clearblue to confirm. My due date is also 4th July .. so exciting.

stellarfox · 22/10/2020 09:47

Hello! I was looking yesterday and couldn’t see a thread yet either. I’ve got a 16 month old, had a chemical 2 cycles ago and really hoping this one sticks. My app says 11th July estimated due date but I have tested on a FRER and my periods not due to Saturday so it’s really early still.

How’s everyone feeling? I’m quite crampy and feeling mildly sick

Lollipop87 · 22/10/2020 10:01

Hi and welcome! So lovely to have people to talk to about this crazy journey when you can’t really talk to anyone else yet! Congrats to you all 😊

@3rdtimelucky2019 so sorry to hear about your losses, I really hope everything goes well for you with this pregnancy.

@mums2boys it is so exciting isn’t it but I kind of can’t believe it!

@stellarfox crossing my fingers for you! My tummy just feels really heavy and occasionally crampy. I’ve mainly been working from home but had to go into work yesterday for a meeting and felt a bit nauseous on the drive there, could just be because I haven’t really driven further than a few miles recently though. I was paranoid though so stopped to get some ritz crackers just in case!

For those of you who were actively trying, how many cycles were you trying for? It was my 1st cycle, but I’d been preparing my body since May/June. Still in shock though, I’d always said to DH that it might take a while because I’m 33 and he was like no way that’s not old, and now he’s like “I told you so” 😂

@Lollipop87 We hadnt been actively trying just not preventing. This month though we dtd a good bit round ovulation so i was hoping it would happen. I still dont believe it yet as it was only the wee one step cheap strips but gona get different tests soon. Im 29 and have 2 boys .. This will also be my 3rd c section Shock

Wishing you all healthy pregnancies Smile

stellarfox · 22/10/2020 10:20

@Lollipop87 It took us a year with our first, and then it was month 2 of trying we had a chemical and this one is month 4 of trying (2 months since the chemical). Great that it was so quick for you. It is not fun when it takes such a long time.

I have made some really good friends from my June group with my first so definitely wanted to come back here. To be honest we all moved to a Facebook group though quite quickly

stellarfox · 22/10/2020 10:22

@3rdtimelucky2019 Really hope this is a viable pregnancy for you. I’m trying not to think about it but I am worried! Especially as I tested early (why?!!)

3rdtimelucky2019 · 22/10/2020 10:34

Honestly don't worry yourself silly

My first pregnancy was a blighted ovum, I was just unlucky. Second was a missed miscarriage at 9 weeks and once again, I was just unlucky.

It's already been on my mind but having been through it twice, I know I'm strong and if it happens, me worrying now won't change what happens. The anxiety never truly leaves though!

mums2boys · 22/10/2020 11:04

Faint line. Deff more clearer in real though.. im shaking

Hey all, congrats everyone! I really hope all the pregnancies will go amazing for you. I'm 36 and we've been trying for our 2nd child for over 15 months. Total shocker as with our son it happened first time round. I'm due this Sunday, and no symptoms, apart from feeling bloated and slightly pissed off, so I guess its a no again. But there is always a tiny bit of hope, isn't there. Good luck ladies! Wishing you all the best Xx

doingitforthefrill · 22/10/2020 11:25

Hi everyone! Firstly congratulations Flowers

I got a positive yesterday with a due date of beginning of July. This will be 6th pregnancy, but 3rd baby.

Excited but oh so nervous!

Blughbablugh · 22/10/2020 11:45

Hi all. I'm tentatively dipling my toe in to this group. I have 1 dd aged 3.5 and sadly had an early miscarriage at 6 weeks beginning of September. I got my BFP this morning at 10dpo so v early but I have been having very similar symptoms to the last two pregnancies, cramping, back ache, slight boob tingling. Due date at the moment 5th July. Hope this one sticks! Just waiting for the tiredness to hit as with both my pregnancies it has been awful!

mummy2bear · 22/10/2020 12:01

Hey ! Il be due end of June start of July so more then likely be a July baby ! I found out really early my cycle is messed up and I'm a lot earlier then I originally thought ! Early scan showed nothing but the test are getting darker it's all very confusing ! 🤦🏼‍♀️

Beaglemum93 · 22/10/2020 12:14

Congratulations everyone!

I got my bfp yesterday at 9dpo and a darker one today. Due 6th July all being well. I had two miscarriages before having my son (MMC at 12 weeks and a chemical at 4.5 weeks) but I'm choosing to be optimistic this time because I'll be devastated if I lose it regardless.
I have a 10 month old DS.

Fingers crossed we all have a healthy 9 months!

Lollipop87 · 22/10/2020 13:58

Hi and welcome, and congrats everyone who’s had their BFP!

@mums2boys that feeling when you see the line is like no other isn’t it!

@stellarfox I’m definitely up for a Facebook group at some point, does everyone just share what their Facebook name is or is there an easier way to add people to a group (sorry I’ve not set up a Facebook group in years!)

@Hola84 you’re not out until fat AF sings! Crossing my fingers for you.

@Blughbablugh when does tiredness tend to hit? I’m already feeling more tired than usual and can hardly concentrate on work!

Hoping everyone has a happy and healthy pregnancy 😊

@Lollipop87 thank you lovely! Fingers crossed!
All the best for you all x

doingitforthefrill · 22/10/2020 14:10

@Lollipop87 with all my pregnancy’s I’ve had tiredness kick in from day one! I feel absolutely exhausted today and could quite happily go to bed already if I could!

Nam095 · 22/10/2020 14:21

Hi ladies can I join 🥰 I wanted to start a July 2021 thread a few days ago but like you say still very early! I’m 11dpo today and got my BFP at 9dpo. First FRER at 9dpo, digital at 10dpo and then the bottom 2 today ☺️

According to my app I’m due 4th July 2021 ❤️

stellarfox · 22/10/2020 14:52

@3rdtimelucky2019 You’re right. It’s either meant to be or not, and there’s nothing you can do about it so going to try not to worry. I’m not telling people until a bit later this time though!!
@Lollipop87 I didn’t actually set that one up. I think it’s good to get a good number of people in this group before moving over to Facebook anyway. There’s 60 people in that group Smile

Congrats everyone joining!! Now I put my dates into a calculator it’s actually saying 6th July but my app says 11th hmm. Won’t really know until the scan anyway. I know the day I ovulated though so should it be 9 months from then or is that wrong?

Blughbablugh · 22/10/2020 15:14

@Lollipop87 the tiredness for me hit at about 4 weeks last time. With my dd it went on until I was 14 weeks. I have definitely started finding it more difficult to get up on the morning. Not a great combo with a very active 3.5 year old!

Lollipop87 · 22/10/2020 16:03

@Nam095 welcome! Same as me, FRER 9DPO and due 4th July 2021!

@stellarfox I get so confused with all the different ways of working out due dates! The NHS due date calculator bases it on LMP and cycle length and gave me the date of 4th July but the Pregnancy+ app gave me 4th July based on ovulation and 5th July based on LMP?! I know it doesn’t really matter as babies come when they come! I’m thinking in my head it’ll probably come any time from 1st-18th July. It’s already a big birthday month in my family, DH is 7th and our niece was born on 6th, mine is 26th and even our cat was born in July 😂

@Blughbablugh I think mine is hitting already, I got out of bed at 2 minutes to 9 this morning! Thank god for WFH as I could just log on in my pjs 😂 I guess maybe it’ll make it easier to disguise nausea etc. too and no one should notice if we have a cheeky lunchtime nap!

Are you ladies going out to work still or WFH?

OP posts:
3rdtimelucky2019 · 22/10/2020 16:24

WFH! I returned from a short mat leave (17 weeks) at the start of lockdown and have been at home ever since. Going into the office once a week with a very small number every day.

What a strange old time ☺️

Blughbablugh · 22/10/2020 16:27

I'm wfh as well which is a complete change to being pregnant with my dd and having a long commute every day! Cheeky nap is definitely needed!

Nam095 · 22/10/2020 16:31

I’m also wfh ☺️ Feel very lucky to be as I’ve been pregnant before (unfortunately ended in miscarriage) and I was really sick with HG from about 5 weeks, so at least I’ll be in the comfort of my own home if I end up getting HG again 😂

Beaglemum93 · 22/10/2020 16:32

I'm still on maternity leave but not much chance for a nap with a 10 month old!
