Hi everyone!

There doesn’t seem to be a thread yet for July 2021, probably because most of you haven’t got your BFP yet! I got mine yesterday at 9DPO which was super early but had a pretty clear line on a FRER with afternoon urine, so confirmed with a digital. My due date is 4th July 2021 and I can’t wait for more of you to join me!! Feeling excited but a bit overwhelmed / not everything has sunk in yet. Also it’s still super early so I’m crossing my fingers (and legs!) that this little one sticks. It’s my first baby so I have no experience of any of this!

Hopefully see more of you in the next few days!!

Xx

Wow, busy thread!! Lively to see so many new ones joining!
Been a busy few days for me, kids, work etc. Just found time to have a read through!
6wk4 today I think. My boobs are rather sore but other than that, nothing else. The cramping was never really very much and seems to have subsided the last day or so. I have occasional nausea, but more like when you're really hungry, and it passes once I've eaten thankfully. I didn't have proper sickness with any of my others so hoping I'll be lucky again this time!
Did notice I feel a bit giddy at times, not light headed, just dizzy....not sure if thats pregnancy or not so will just go with it.
I have my midwife booking in appt tomorrow and a private scan booked for Monday.....I haven't really allowed myself to think about this pregnancy yet until I see a successful scan. Have almost ignored it, but I have no reason to be worried at the moment, no indications anything is amiss so until I know otherwise, I won't worry about it.
But I am really hoping to be able to update with a positive outcome. Xx
**@Luckyelephant1* I think @NotMorePeppa* is right the one with the link above is the second group floating about I’m not part of that one. The OP group I couldn’t find when I searched I had to add a lady for her to invite me into it, I got my OH to search for it too and he couldn’t see it x
Ah right thanks! Maybe those that joined the second group with the link might want to think about changing the settings or leaving and joining the other one... Like I said I've seen 3 names now 😱 so just a little warning if you're keen on secrecy for now!

Pepper0610 · 17/11/2020 17:13

@Luckyelephant1 yes I totally agree! I think I know which one you mean it has hundreds of members aswell this group only has 54 members.

I’m also apart of a july group from netmums forum there’s only 27 of us on there.

I’d be mortified if someone found out from there haha!

AliceinBunniland · 17/11/2020 17:17

I have NC but have commented on this thread before. I am 6+6 with DC2. DC1 was stillborn at 40 weeks so with that and covid and just being in the early stages I am quite anxious!

@Candyflosscrochet I have been similar to you I think. Sickness mostly when hungry but not massively and I have been quite lightheaded especially if I get up too quickly or if I'm doing housework. I have low blood pressure anyway but I don't think I usually feel lightheaded as often as I have.

MrsH2019 · 17/11/2020 18:01

Hey all hope you are all well. I can see a few of you talking about the Facebook group. Yes there are two floating about, I am in the one which the OP set up. You can only join by invite only. If you fancy joining just drop me PM and I’ll give you my username for you to add me and I can add you. Xx

Char899 · 17/11/2020 18:14

Hi everyone! Can I join please :) 11 dpo today. Got my bfp on Sunday. Still a little anxious as it’s so early. Due date somewhere between 26-30th July (I ovulated late this cycle so I’m unsure) I have a nearly 20 month old ds who runs rings around me so fx pregnancy is kind to me this time around 😂 Amazing to see so many bfps in the July group 💕

Figarosbow · 17/11/2020 18:31

@julybaby2021 glad your scan went well :) I've been having some spotting on and off. What was yours like if you don't mind me asking?

hippohippohippo · 17/11/2020 19:06

So sorry to hear about your DC1 @AliceinBunniland . Everything crossed for you (and all of us!). We all deserve it after such a crappy year.

Think I'm about 6 + 3 and nausea probably hitting today for the first time... although it's equivalent to how I generally feel whenever I haven't had enough sleep, and I really haven't been sleeping well, so worried that I'm willing these to be pregnancy symptoms when they're not!

sittingwaitingwishing · 17/11/2020 19:30

Is anyone else around 5 weeks and still not many symptoms? It’s making me anxious even though I had strong BFPs which kept increasing in darkness up to 18DPO (I’ve stopped taking pregnancy tests now as I thought I’d drive myself mad!). I’m 5+1 now and other than the same cramping/stretching feelings and slightly sore nipples, I have been feeling pretty much myself!

flic88 · 17/11/2020 19:42

Hi @sittingwaitingwishing I am 5+1 today and got my bfp on Saturday. Not had many symptoms either, pretty much the same as you although I am a bit more headachy than usual.

Jilly1988 · 17/11/2020 19:56

@sittingwaitingwishing I am 6+1 and no symptoms. I feel absolutely fine. A bit tired in the evening and falling asleep by 9 and some wind but that is it. I do not feel pregnant at all. I've had a worry too as this is my first but trying not to worry too much and hoping I'm just lucky.

popcorndiva · 17/11/2020 20:00

Can I join? 13dpo today got my bfp yesterday. Due Date around 27/28th July. We are not telling our parents and family until Christmas and I am finding it hard not to spill

Also worrying about miscarriage even though my lines are strong. Worry never stops

Pepper0610 · 17/11/2020 20:12

Congratulations to all you new BFP!

@AliceinBunniland I’m really sorry to hear about your DC1, hopefully they’ll be looking over their little brother or sibling looking after them.

@sittingwaitingwishing I’m the same I have no symptoms yet. A little bit of back ache and cramping on off. But don’t feel pregnant at all!
This is my 3rd, I only had my 2nd 14 months ago but I can’t remember at all. I think sickness might of hit around 6 weeks!

strawberrycherryblossom · 17/11/2020 20:12

I had my booking appointment today. Hooray! I also got my prescription exemption form. I can't remember from last time, what do I put in due date? I obviously don't know my due date yet?

Beckie93 · 17/11/2020 20:16

Hi, I found out I'm 4 weeks pregnant today, I'm over the moon. We are both so happy. due 26th July 2021 x

stickytoffeepud1991 · 17/11/2020 22:59

Hi everyone congratulations on your pregnancies!!
I’m currently 8+2 and had a lovely little scan yesterday was so nice! Also had my booking app today aswell - only 25 mins though felt like I answered nothing!
Hope everyone is okay and if anyone wants to join thr FB group pm me or @MrsH2019 💓💓
Lots of lovely July babies I’m so excited. Xxx

Julybaby2021 · 17/11/2020 23:28

@PurBal thanks☺️ we're over the moon. Altho im still abit worried incase something happens in the next 6 weeks🙈 so its still hard to get overly excited. Is your scan next week?

mariebaby3 · 17/11/2020 23:37

Ahh congratulations to all the new BFPs SmileFlowers

I’m 5 weeks today and my symptoms have pretty much completely died down so I took my last digi which now shows 3+ so I’m feeling a bit better as I was worrying! also I’m glad to have it out of my cupboard so I’m not tempted to test again! Hope everyone is doing well!!

TiredAlreadyOhDear · 17/11/2020 23:39

Hey first timer here! I’m due 17th July if my calculations are correct! Sorry to be nosey but what types of things are discussed at the booking in appointment - mine is on the 24th Nov and not sure what to expect xx

mariebaby3 · 17/11/2020 23:44

It’s been a long time for me since my last one but I remember them going through some health questions for you and family and general stuff relating to home life, work etc. Went through the screenings and gave information on supplements, diet etc and just had a general chat about feelings towards labour and which hospital etc.

sittingwaitingwishing · 18/11/2020 06:39

Thanks for the reassurance @flic88 @Jilly1988 @Pepper0610 - I had a spell in the night when I woke up and felt incredibly queasy so think I jinxed myself with the symptoms! Feeling better this morning. It does make you worry when you don’t feel much different but I guess it’s still very early days! I have an early pregnancy unit scan in two weeks so hoping that will make me feel a little better (conceived on Clomid so they want to make sure there isn’t more than one baby in there!)

TiredAlreadyOhDear · 18/11/2020 07:31

Thanks @mariebaby3 - hope you’re feeling well with your pregnancy! When are you due? X

luxxlisbon · 18/11/2020 08:04

Guys I think the sickness is here! I woke up twice in the night and felt really nauseous so I struggled to get back to sleep. Lots of dry heaving this morning and reading other people’s morning sickness “cures” are making me gag more 🤢

CC81 · 18/11/2020 08:07

Hi all, I'm roughly 7 weeks (I think). Super-anxious as I'm 39 and can't help expecting things to go wrong!

I had my first child three years ago, which was a straightforward pregnancy.

Got an 8-week scan booked next week and also plan to do NIPT at 10 weeks, if we get that far.

The results would be at 11 weeks, just a few days before Christmas... so the timings are definitely not helping my anxiety! I'm secretly hoping lockdown is extended so I can keep avoiding people Shock

Currently feeling a bit sick on-and-off, and generally weary. I'm never sure if it's the pregnancy, or the worries and night-time wees!

AliceinBunniland · 18/11/2020 08:24

Thank you @hippohippohippo @Pepper0610

@Candyflosscrochet I've noticed I feel a bit lightheaded quite often over the past couple of weeks

I am 7 weeks today and the nausea isn't too bad but I'm really feeling the tiredness. I don't know how I managed to get up and go to work the first time around. It should be slightly easier working from home but then I think being outside can wake you up a bit.
