This is a second thread of March 2021 babies. I’ll add people as I go xx

@Sussexbysea funny how you never hear about this before pregnancy! How are things with you?

Been sick today think it's from food I had out last night as my boyfriends not feeling great either! I'm glad I only had two bites of the burger but I hope the baby is okay

My cravings for carbs is really bad! Just eating hash browns and fried toast and crumpets etc 🙈 really need some healthy food for this baby!

@BabySweet85 I haven't stopped with the carbs 😩 it's so difficult

@DSP21 I’m the same, keep spotting on and off since week 6 and I’m 9 weeks tomorrow. When I phoned the EPU last week they told me to just wait til my 9 week scan unless it’s enough to cover a pad. Surely having a baby can’t be more worrying than this stage 🙈

Ah I'm not feeling the carbs at the moment! Avoiding them if I can.

@krj2608 I wish I could but the thought of eating anything that isn't a carb is making me ill! Sickness started yesterday and seems to last from first thing till about 5pm, unless I'm eating something carb-y and then I feel fine

I'm not sure who asked about cramping but yes very much getting cramping on and off and also sharp stinging sensations randomly in what feels like my cervix.

I've got a booking in appointment on the phone won't see a midwife for many many weeks yet which is worrying me.

@MsK2be89 ahh how do they expect you to wait till week 9?! How are you feeling now, are you cramping at all? I can already sense if I want another scan i'll have to pay for it

@DSP21 only had cramping twice, but the spotting is making me mega anxious. I’m feeling ok in myself though thank you xx I was happy to pay for a private scan but the EPU offered to get me back in at 9 weeks. These next 4 day’s are going to drag though!!

@MsK2be89 that's so good, I'm going to speak to them on Monday and hope i can get checked!

@Clara9 feeling great, so hungry and hot. How you doing?

@MsK2be89 I know everyone is different and these things are difficult to know, but my sister in law had a lot of spotting, but her little boy is 6 months now.

@Sussexbysea I’m good thanks. Morning sickness means I’m only able to eat very beige food, but nothing too bad! Going away next week and really looking forward to the change of scenery!

Hey All congratulations on your good news and journey so far, i'm approximately 9weeks tomorrow.

@DSP21 and @MsK2be89 i had a scare too at 6 weeks, i had alot of bleeding twice, it was extremely traumatic, i called 111, went to A and E and still wasn't seen, they told me i didn't meet their emergency criteria and told me to wait 2 weeks and take a pregnancy test. Thankfully my sisters a midwife and she explained that i needed to literally forced the EPAU to get me a scan, which is what eventually happened in the end after i got whole host of shouting and grumbling. I got a scan and all was well, they found a tear which is what caused the bleeding and clots. Apologies for the TMI and I really hope your seen to soon and the bleeding stops.

My little bean at 7 and a half weeks early scan yesterday which was internal but everything's okay and saw it little heart beat

@chloxhunt wow it’s so clear at only 7.5 weeks!

@MimiKhan I will be 9 weeks tomorrow too 😃 thanks for your message, and I’m sorry it was so hard for you to get seen!! It’s crazy how different it is, depending on where you live in the Country

@MsK2be89 yeah I know! It was internal as it was early on so that's probably why!

@Clara9 thank you! Aw it really is I still don't quite believe it tbh! I've got my first midwife appointment on Wednesday!

@MimiKhan oh wow, that's insane. I can't believe you had to force yourself to be seen. What did you have to say in order to eventually get a scan?

@chloxhunt I was in shock... just sat there watching the heartbeat!

@Clara9 I was half expecting them to say you're not pregnant you weirdo 😂

@chloxhunt same here! I went to Window to the Womb and they were so nice... obviously used to people being nervous!

@DSP21 To be honest they had zero compassion and i just kept repeating the fact that i needed a scan to understand if i was pregnant or otherwise. I think they just got sick of me and took me in for one, but if they hadn't I would have spoken to the manager. I was definitely not going to wait 2 weeks to take a pregnancy test! I would have gone insane worrying.
