@bobloblawlawblog this is amazing! With all the anxiety i'm feeling these kind of posts are exactly what I love to see! Fills me with hope and positivity

No bleeding. Lots of cramping which has thankfully settled down now. Dizziness/tiredness/nausea has been bad. Still have pins and needles in right arm too. I spoke to a pharmacist who is a family friend last night and she said by blood results were really low, that the doctor must have read them in the old way (apparently it changed six years ago) as 28 is very low for first trimester and should ideally be 110. And that doctor should have picked up on the arm pins and needles as that's another anaemia based issue. Got booking in appt next week so will discuss it with midwife and am taking extra of my ferrous fumerate.

How are you feeling today Sussex?

For those that have had scans or previous pregnancies, my gestational sac measured at 13.8mm at 6+2, does this sound normal? There's a lot of info on Google and a lot of negative stories I want to refrain from reading. Yolk sac was present but no measurement

@bobloblawlawblog hopefully the bloods you get taken on or after your booking in appointment will show the midwifes something.

I’m good thank you, just counting down the weeks to my scan. I’ve got a meeting with obstetrics on Friday, it’ll be interesting to hear what they have to say

Which part is it where it says the size of sac? Am trying to figure it out on my results at moment

On mine it was M1 and also had a section called 'Value' that had the mm under it. Not too sure though

M1 says 11.0 at 7w 2days so is smaller than yours so that sounds promising for you?

I've caved and booked a private scan tomorrow, bit anxious but excited!

I've felt like I've had a cold now for almost 3 weeks, I didn't realise nasal congestion is a pregnancy symptom, so nausea has gone and in replace is nasal congestion and tiredness.

@bobloblawlawblog hopefully a good sign! Although don't want to compare and worry that mine was bigger and no embryo was detected

DSP you were six weeks though weren't you, which is super early so I think it's quite hit and miss on whether they can see anything or not?

@Sussexbysea definitely thinking about doing nct...almost all my nct group including us moved away in the following few months, so I’ve never really had any mum friends, and I want to meet people to have sleep deprived coffee with during mat leave! I sometimes worry if I’m just not friendly enough, or what, but I’ve not really met other nursery mums since moving...maybe also because I work full time it’s harder for play dates etc...

@bobloblawlawblog yeah that's correct, and that's what I'm clinging onto right now! I can't help but feel anxious all the time and just want to will the next week or 2 away so I can get another scan done :(

@bobloblawlawblog thats an awesome picture! So clear, congratulations! Im one day ahead of you and due on the 20th. Our scans look similar mine is just very dark.

I am a little confused though. Ive attached a pic of my scan because I can't tell which bit its the baby. Can you all help me? I'm not sure if I'm seeing a head or the sac!!

Phie if you mean to the right about 3 o clock I think that's the sack?

They look the same shape though/ did you get any measurements?

DSP definitely be an idea to wait a fortnight, I know that seems an eternity though!

This is one of mine with the sac clearer.

This was mine - sac on the left, although I initially thought that was the head! Measured 13.1mm and 7+4, internal scan

Wow they are very clear pictures. I thought the top was the sac but im not sure as she measured from top to bottom in the first pic. Second pic shows a shadow to the left could that be it?

I think where it's measured is the sac no?
