BFP through IVF. Thread to calm the nerves!

Hi!
I very recently got my positive result after a FET. (This is my second child. First one conceived through a fresh cycle). Just wondered anyone in a similar position wanted to join, and help keep us calm until scan day!

I am only 4+2 weeks. Still so, so early. Can’t wait for my 7 week scan!

@ValidUser good to have strong hormones I guess! Hope you find something that helps you feel better. Are you being sick?
My belly feels a bit yucky but it could really just be nerves for tomorrow... x

@BeHereNowx32 no actual vomit, but not far off it. Major food aversions and loss of interest in even my favourites.

I'm nervous, but normally chomp my way through the nerves, so this is different!

Thanks everyone, all went well today 😊 My hospital don't change the due date for IVF pregnancies so my EDD remains 11th Feb, but I was measuring near enough dead on 12+5 anyway. Got to hear the heartbeat 💓 at 165 and NT measurement 1.3mm which is within "normal" ranges too. Saw brain, stomach and all 4 limbs moving about. So lovely and very reassuring to see everything again.

@ValidUser hope you're feeling a bit better. I found that constantly eating helped my horrendous nausea

Excellent news!!! Hopefully that means you can relax a bit more now and start to enjoy this pregnancy and start planning for your new little arrival x

Good luck to those with scans today, how are the scanxiety levels?! I can feel my anxiety ramping up for my scan on Saturday already 😬

Just the one! I'm measuring at 6+4 and I'm 6+2. Very happy!

Congrats @ValidUser good news

Not good news for me. There’s no heartbeat or fetal pole and I’m measuring a week behind. They will do another scan in a week, but it’s not likely to develop any further. I’m so sad about it x
