Hi everyone.

I got my BFP yesterday at 10dpo, confirmed this morning with a darker line on the frer. I'll be due around 6th March with my rainbow baby after losing twins last year. The dates pretty much exactly match those of our twins. Feels like it is heaven sent xx

bubblybon20 · 25/06/2020 13:36

@Ejb86 I've followed a couple of threads you've been on, so lovely to see you have a BFP.
Really wishing you the best of luck x

peonyrose87 · 25/06/2020 14:10

Congratulations @Ejb86 🥳

NiennaP · 25/06/2020 14:36

Hi ladies, I got BFP on Wednesday following MC of twins at Easter. Due date of 6th March 2021 and it will be my first.

Bit reluctant to post as it's still quite a faint line at the minute but not due AF until Sunday so fingers crossed. Feeling quite paranoid and nervous this time round and trying not to get too excited too early.

SK2970 · 25/06/2020 14:46

Congratulations on the BFPs!

It's so good to know we all in this together! Having quite a lot of twinges this afternoon, some are so sharp that takes my breath away - hope it's normal!

Sakura54 · 25/06/2020 15:12

Hi all! I’ve just got my BFP this morning, due 1st March. Didn’t expect it to happen straightaway as I had a MMC recently at 13 weeks (baby stopped at 7), so tentatively joining you all. I have a DS and really want to give him a sibling, then I’ll be done!

Tecalina · 25/06/2020 15:14

@MyGossip Congrats on the bowel movement 😂🙊 It's never TMI, I'm of the opinion that whatever happens to the human body is natural and, often, unavoidable!

@peonyrose87 It's so good you've got a solid support network, but I truly hope it all works out for you this time 🙂

@BookishEm I know what you mean about t at niggly feeling! I have it too. I did a pregnancy work out (20min lower body movements) and the cramps I felt for an hour afterwards were so worrying!! Thankfully they went away, but I had to message my best mate and ask her what was wrong 🙈 Apparently it was my body's way of telling me not to do any exercise just yet, so I'm going to lay off until after my early scan!

Tecalina · 25/06/2020 15:16

@SK2970 I had a lot of painful, sharp cramps too, due to exercising. Had you done anything v even remotely strenuous? Apparently sharp pains are usually ligament based.

BookishEm · 25/06/2020 15:27

@Tecalina that would have been stressful. I’m going to have to start thinking about pregnancy exercise since I’m not an exercise person in general so want to make sure I’m super healthy for baby 💪🏼

SK2970 · 25/06/2020 15:33

@Tecalina
No,

Eek technical issues!!
No not done anything strenuous! But interesting about ligament based though! It's both sides! It's all change for the body I guess! Smile

MyGossip · 25/06/2020 15:46

@bubblybon20 I know what you mean. It's almost like you'd like some symptoms just to confirm it! I took another one yesterday and it was positive even though I knew it would be. My best friend had all the symptoms and told me to enjoy the fact I don't as having horrible symptoms and not

MyGossip · 25/06/2020 15:52

** sorry my garden pillow almost face planted me hence the half reply!

Is the difference between enjoying your pregnancy and not. You'll be fine ❤️

@KaptenKrusty oh great! 🙈 tbh I don't eat bread or cereals, mainly a protein and fruit and veg diet so I'm going to add in more fibre. Ate a brown beard sandwich for lunch and can't remember the last time I had that. Least we can experience it together!!

@Ejb86 Congratulations!! And so sorry for your losses. But definitely a sign I think!!

@NiennaP congratulations and also sorry for your losses. Keep testing and I'm sure you'll get a kick darker line which will give you the reassurance you need!

@SK2970 I had a few sharp twinges and looked ok the NHS website and they seem normal. Does yours feel like somethings trying to bury into your skin? Weird but that's how mine feel!

And thank you for all the well wishes on my bowel movements. I can confirm I was on the toilet not once, not twice but five separate times in the space of about 10 minutes. Feel like I weigh a stone less now 🙈🙈😂😂

Anlyska · 25/06/2020 15:55

Congratulations! Im due at the end on February :)

AuntieR456 · 25/06/2020 16:27

Just got my BFP and nhs clauclator says 4th of March!! I haven’t really felt much different, so feels a little surreal :) @knickknack30 I’m doing the exact same thing googling everything and making notes on nhs website 😅

Feeling guilty about a couple drinks I had at the weekend...but trying not to stress too much! 😬

bubblybon20 · 25/06/2020 17:07

@AuntieR456 how many dpi are you? That's a lovely dark line! Congratulations x

bubblybon20 · 25/06/2020 17:07

DPO* 🙄🤣

Sunshineeeee · 25/06/2020 17:08

I got mine a few days ago and am due March 2nd

Sunshineeeee · 25/06/2020 17:16

@knickknack30 I felt like this with my pregnancy, then I had scares of PROM, then I was worried about delivery... haha well trust me the worry isn't even half of what you feel daily once LO arrives 😂😂! It's all prep for a lifetime of worry (and lots of joy) to follow

Vik81 · 25/06/2020 17:39

I'm due 36th Feb, nervous because I've had two miscarriages this year, but soo excited just have to get passed week 12! Smile

Hopesandrainbows · 25/06/2020 18:01

I got my BFP yesterday and will be due on 9th March if everything goes to plan! I miscarried my first in December at 5 1/2 weeks so I'm praying this one sticks. Although I already have positive (faint as only 11dpo today) I did have a tiny streak of brown blood in my knickers. Presumably this is blood from when it implantated a few days ago? Im hoping that's the case anyway! Please can someone reassure me?! So excited but so anxious at the same time xx

AuntieR456 · 25/06/2020 18:03

@bubblybon20 Thanks - I’ve never seen a positive before so wasn’t sure what to expect! :) I think possibly 16 dpo, didn’t test for ovulation though so could be wrong! When did you get your BFP? I’m wondering when it sinks in a little more... I’m still tempted to go get another rest that will hopefully say ‘pregnant’ on as well 🙂😍

knickknack30 · 25/06/2020 18:10

@Tecalina we told both sets of parents on sunday because we were having them up for fathers day. That's it so far. Debating whether to tell siblings at 7.5 week scan if all goes well. I debated telling parents but then guessed that we would want support if something does go wrong anyway.

@AuntieR456 I think we all go through that. I'm trying to relax a bit more and just enjoy it all. It's hard though when you start to overthink every wee twinge.

@Sunshineeeee so true. That's what my mum said. She said you're 30 and I still worry about you so this is all just the start of it 😆. What's PROM sorry? Getting my head around all these acronyms...its a whole new world🤣 sorry if you mentioned already but what age is your LO?

@Vik81 so sorry for your previous losses. Fingers crossed that this is a textbook pregnancy for you!

Is anyone else super tired? I had to lie down this afternoon which is not like me at all. Also is it just me or do days drag when you're PG? I'm like how am I still only 5+1, it feels like I've been 5+1 for about 3 weeks 🤣

SunflowerOwl · 25/06/2020 18:16

Hi all, hope its okay for me to hop on the thread Smile I got my positive two days ago and my app puts my due date as the 4th March. I've not really had any symptoms yet, I'm just tired and walking around in a permanent state of shock 🙈

@Hopesandrainbows I am anxious too, you are not alone! Think my poor DH is thinking it's going to be a long 9 months as I keep welling up and needing to be stuck to his side like a limpet Blush So sorry for your loss as well, hope you have a sticky one this time Flowers

Congratulations to everyone here, here's to a happy and healthy 9 months for us all Smile

SunflowerOwl · 25/06/2020 18:27

@peonyrose87 yes to the night sweats! I woke up at 4am this morning absolutely drenched. Been eyeing up those posh Dyson fans but suppose I should be saving money 🤣
