@Littlebee1990 I'm so sorry to hear you are going through this Sad thinking of you!

MyGossip · 30/06/2020 15:37

@Littlebee1990 sending you lots of love and positivity ❤️ there could be an explanation so don't rule anything out fully yet. Let us know when the EPU come back to you.

peonyrose87 · 30/06/2020 15:44

@Littlebee1990 I'm heartbroken for you 💔 I'm so sorry love, sending big hugs xx

RoEP2018 · 30/06/2020 15:45

Oh gosh. I've just caught up. So sorry you're going through this @Littlebee1990 ☹️

Tecalina · 30/06/2020 16:17

@Littlebee1990 Sending you lots of hugs, I'm so sorry this is happening 😔 xxx

Tecalina · 30/06/2020 16:19

@bubblybon20 I'm taking "Pregnacare Plus Omega 3" as it has iron, vitamin D, all the B vitamins, vitamin C, folic acid, etc. I figured an 'all in one' covers all bases 😂

Tecalina · 30/06/2020 16:21

@AuntieR456 I've been retesting most days, just to make sure! I used another CB digital one, to check the weeks had changed to "3+" (before it was "2-3 weeks"). I know I shouldn't, but I can't help myself 🙈

SK2970 · 30/06/2020 16:28

@Tecalina I'm seriously considering doing another one today as symptoms have really died down!!

MrsBlue1986 · 30/06/2020 16:39

Hello ladies! Congrats to all of you/us!

Am I OK to join!?

I am 12DPO, and had a BFP since 10DPO.

I am a little nervous, as I had a chemical pregnancy in April (at 4.5 weeks), so really hoping it doesn't happen again.

Im 34, live in Cheshire - and look forward to hearing from anyone else also whose had a similar experience!!

What are all our symptoms!? I have nausea/sore bbs and headaches...oh, and really grumpy!!! 🤣

Xx

MrsBlue1986 · 30/06/2020 16:44

@Ejb86 Hello! I noticed you're a teacher also (like me) have you told your Head yet!? Im not sure what to do, as im scheduled to go in school this week one day to cover the key worker children, but im not sure if this is OK to do so!? I think its still too soon to tell school just in case i get another early miscarriage/chemical again!! 🤔 xx

MrsBlue1986 · 30/06/2020 16:47

@Littlebee1990 Hello! Very sorry to hear your news. This exact same thing happened to me in April. It was devastating for us.. Im here if you want to talk or want any advice. Big hugs xx

Tecalina · 30/06/2020 16:53

@SK2970 I had to, just to ease my mind! It's all I can think about right now, I think I'm going crazy 😂😂

Tecalina · 30/06/2020 16:55

Welcome @MrsBlue1986 and congrats on the bpf! I'm 5+4 today and have very few symptoms, just sore boobs and bloating! so sorry to hear about your chemical in April, fingers crossed this one sticks 🙂

Indigo89 · 30/06/2020 17:04

@Littlebee1990 I'm so sorry you're going through this. Sending positive thoughts.

@BookishEm and other teachers, I'm a secondary teacher and hadn't even thought about this. I'm working from home until September but thought it was teacher's discretion whether to continue working if pregnant. I hadn't planned to tell work until after the 12wk scan. Things may well have changed again by September anyway.

MrsBlue1986 · 30/06/2020 17:10

@indigo89 and @bookishem - Im a secondary teacher also. Do you not have to go in to school on a rota basis? Im in school on Thursday, looking after approx 9 key worker students. Im not sure what the rules are... do i pretend i have a cough!? I dont want to let them know yet im pregnant! X

Hopesandrainbows · 30/06/2020 17:14

@Littlebee1990 I'm so sorry 😞 xxxx

With regards to the vitamins, I'm just taking the seven seas "trying for a baby" ones still as it says on the pack to take them until 12 weeks. I was taking omega 3 this cycle but doctor told me to stop taking them now as the seven seas will provide everything I need and sometimes you can give yourself too much vitamin she said 🤷🏻‍♀️ not sure how true but thought I'd take my doctors advice as she is very good!

Littlebee1990 · 30/06/2020 17:35

Just spoke to EPU, It’s too early to scan or do anything so there really is nothing they can do. She said it’s likely a chemical pregnancy where it failed to implant so I tested positive because I was pregnant but I’m now having my period because implantation failed or very rarely people have a breakthrough bleed which can be heavy and all can be ok, I’ve basically got to wait and test again when the bleeding has stopped.. for now I’m going to sign out and assume the worst but wishing you all lots of luck and love ❤️ xx

knickknack30 · 30/06/2020 17:44

So sorry @Littlebee1990 take good care of yourself xox

Indigo89 · 30/06/2020 17:53

@MrsBlue1986 I haven't had to go in because my husband works rolling shifts early, late, nights so I couldn't be allocated a set day on the rota. There's been plenty to do from home though.

Hopesandrainbows · 30/06/2020 17:55

I'm shattered and so bloated today! I am going to have a movie day tomorrow haha!

bluemints · 30/06/2020 18:02

Hi everyone! I got my bfp yesterday, due 14th march! Only 3 weeks and 2 days pregnant, so I must have ovulated extremely early! This is baby no 2 for me x

Hopesandrainbows · 30/06/2020 18:05

Congratulations @bluemints! How exciting! 🥰

Random question... but is garlic safe in early pregnancy? I have two garlic Kievs for dinner and just came to my mind 🙈🤪

Carmelova85 · 30/06/2020 18:17

Can I join? I got my BFP on Friday. I was 15 years on and off on birth control due to irregular cycles and it was my 2nd cycle of trying for a baby, first with ovulation tests and it worked! I'm 35 and it will be my first baby. Still can't believe it! I was having small crumps in the lower stomach all weekend, but nothing today, so I did another test and yep, I conceived 2-3 weeks ago (date of my last period is 29.05).

Fredthefrog · 30/06/2020 18:36

Hi all. So sorry @Littlebee1990 . Thinking of you.
Teacher here too and the guidance is unclear as there seems to be no issues for pregnant people but...that just means they dont really know. The school will have to write a risk assessment for you as soon as you tell them (this is my second so had one last time) . What is the current risk assessment at your school @MrsBlue1986? Is there enough social distancing etc? Will they be supportive if you tell them?

Carmelova85 · 30/06/2020 18:44

@Littlebee1990 so sorry to hear that :( Please look after yourself
@Solid10 I'm from Surrey too!
