@roarfeckingroar I can't wait until I can have a big glass of nice wine either! I am planning to breastfeed, and if that happens I will need to wait until I finish breastfeeding, otherwise I will be churning out Baileys from tatas... In the meantime I am sniffing my husband's wine and enviously looking at our regular delivery case.

@1990shopefulftm I am definitely mentally much slower since becoming pregnant. The exhaustion fog has lifted a bit, so I no longer feel like roadkill generally, but nowhere near to where I was before BFP. I am hoping things will go back to normality with time.

@Mc3209 yeah my exhaustion isn't getting that much better. Hopefully it ll be better in time after the baby.

Hi guys, just wanted to update for anyone who wanted to know.
12 week scan didn't go so well. Baba stopped growing at 6/7 weeks and there was no heartbeat. Devastated isnt the word but it is what it is and wasn't meant to be unfortunately.

Good luck to all the ladies getting scans today and tomorrow!!

roarfeckingroar · 20/04/2020 18:48

@Mc3209 I'm planning to breastfeed too but you can still drink within limits and if possible pump some in advance for once I'm accidentally trolling on brandy. Ah well; the baby would certainly sleep well then Grin. We have a really decent case of red in and I allow myself a small glass once a week.

roarfeckingroar · 20/04/2020 18:48

So sorry to hear that @Csmore , take care of yourself xx

Jaffas22 · 20/04/2020 19:09

There’s been a few posts bringing sad news at 12 week scans. Very anxious for mine tomorrow. Good luck to everybody else having scans/appointments this week xxx

@Jaffas22 and @1990shopefulftm good luck for your scans tomorrow ladies, and anyone else who I may have missed.

@1990shopefulftm I seem to be forgetting things, and have a bit of mind fog. Don’t know if it’s baby brain, tiredness or just from being off. Hope you ok, and things get easier.

@Flora20 that’s my plan, form a list and go on a day out just test pushing!

UpsyDaisy1234 · 20/04/2020 21:28

@Csmore That's devastating, so sorry for you x

Flora20 · 21/04/2020 07:15

@Mc3209 You don't need to avoid anything when you're breastfeeding, including alcohol! I've been feeding my daughter for 2 years and counting and I can assure you I'm not teetotal...

@Jaffas22 good luck for today, I'm sure it will be fine!

Mc3209 · 21/04/2020 07:36

@Flora20 and @roarfeckingroar that's excellent news re breastfeeding!

@Jaffas22 best of luck for your scan today 😘

@roarfeckingroar No idea whatsoever, massive surprise for us all!

@Csmore So sorry to hear take care of yourself Flowers

EmmaA96 · 21/04/2020 09:28

RE prams I had the Bugaboo cameleon with my oldest and bought the Donkey when my youngest was born. So I just need to get another carrycot and will stick with that, I love the Bugaboo’s. Super easy to push, fold away etc! Would recommend, it’s a shame we can’t go out to all the shops. Me and my mum went to Mothercare after my girls 12 weeks scans, gutted we don’t have that anymore!!

1990shopefulftm · 21/04/2020 09:56

Baby is healthy, everything as expected. Looked like it was sleepy so had to move about a bit.

1990shopefulftm · 21/04/2020 10:04

And my due date is 4 days sooner so now the 26th of October.

Freddie1987 · 21/04/2020 10:17

@1990shopefulftm ahhh great news!! GrinDo you feel like you can relax a bit now?

eventhecathasapenis · 21/04/2020 10:19

@Csmore I'm so sorry for your loss

1990shopefulftm · 21/04/2020 10:26

@Freddie1987 yes definitely, ultrasound told me I could go to the bathroom and now antenatal want a urine sample and I didn't bring water with me, awkward.
