Hi all, I thought my scan was really late, I'll be 13 weeks or so this Wednesday, but kind of relieved loads of you are just having yours now.

Enjoying the mischief of sharing the (hopefully) good news with friends on April 1st, it's not something I would ever joke about of course, but the humour of really telling people on April Fools does tickle me.

Finally figured out how to post a picture from my scan last week at 13w good luck to all the scans coming up

@Spark27 I feel exactly the same. Was on Skype with MIL but had to say I needed to go to bed - totally shattered. Ready for the increase in energy we are supposed to get during the second trimester!

@treacle81 thank you for starting another thread! Was wondering when we might need another. Good luck with your scan, and everyone else having scans tomorrow. Let us know how you get on ♥️♥️

@elliegolightly how exciting! So fun to get to tell people. We shared our news on Saturday and got so many messages of support (kind words and people offering to do supermarket shops for us etc) I could cry. It's really lovely ♥️

@EllieGolightly I was 13 +1 when I had my scan and feel like I could see baby a lot better than my 12 week scan last time round which was dead on 12 weeks. Got a lovely scan pic so worth the extra wait.

My consultant rang me after my scan and said they'd book me in for another at 17 weeks as I had issues last time round. Had an appointment letter through today though and I'll be 20 weeks. Not sure whether to ring them and query it or wait and see if I get another letter.
