Anyone just found out they're pregnant?

Just found out in 4 weeks pregnant with my 2nd rainbow baby. Was pregnant with 1st in August and unfortunately miscarried. Finding it hard to believe I am again and finding it hard to be positive! :(

I have been checking the conception thread so often thinking about you!l @Delilah7 I'm so happy for you! I knew those Sainsbury's tests couldn't be wrong!

Totally get that you're worried this time around, but there are so many women who've had miscarriages and gone on to have healthy babies. Try to enjoy this as much as possible and we're all here for you ❤️

Hi, I've just found out I'm pregnant too. About the same weeks as you I think - finding it very hard to believe it's real!

Congratulations to you, I totally understand your worries, I'm worried enough as it is without that experience. I'm just trying to remember that worrying won't change anything, so I might as well try and enjoy this time as much as I can.

Congratulations @Delilah7, I'm so happy for you! I've pen keeping an eye on the conception thread too, but it all got so big that I got overwhelmed with it.

Don't panic about the lemsip. People take far worse before they know. Just chat to your GP if you need some reassurance. Good luck my dear. Xx

@ChaosMoon oh my god hi lovely how're you?!? Thank you so much. You knew what happened last time so it's just abit nerve wracking but I won't lie. I feel more symptoms this time. Felt sick a few times including now!!! Xx

I'm not surprised, I've felt like that and I haven't been through what you have.
I'm really good though. 17 and 4, had my midwife appointment today and got to hear the heartbeat! You'll get to do that before you know it. I hope the sickness doesn't get too bad.

@Deedeezee hehehehe I'm the same! Two days before my birthday! I'm ok! Defo feeling sick though.

I'm not feeling sick yet but I am definitely over tired and getting a bit emotional. I am desperate to tell someone, it seems like it isn't real yet but also not sure I want to let everyone else in on our secret yet either. I'm so distracted this week someone will probably guess soon anyway.

Me, I have just found out today!

Head is spinning. It's happy news but didn't ever think it would be so quick, only "stopped trying not to" start of August.

Congratulations! I was a bit surprised too. Have to keep one of the positive tests around to remind myself it's real!

Can anyone help me I've just found out I'm pregnant I'm about 5 weeks and I'm bleeding but no pain or not losing any clots is this the start of a miss carriage

@Vicki12389 keep an eye on the bleeding but as long as there's no pain and clots you should be ok. I'd advise speak to your doctor though.

Thank u there is no pain or clots just blood I've rang early pregnancy unit up and I've a early scan next Friday fingers crossed
