Anyone due in October?

I think I am due around October 8th. I’m very nervous due to previous miscarriages and hypermesis in my last pregnancy. I’m already feeling pretty sick and only around 5 weeks but I’m definitely pleased. Just hope the baby sticks.

Im feeling nervous too after mcs, its a scary time! Is this your first??

Hi everyone.. Just recently got my BFP and according to calculations (and if everything goes smoothly) I would be due on Oct too..

I still can't believe this is happening!

Congratulations!! I feel exactly the same way, it hasnt hit me yet! Im trying my best to enjoy it despite the nerves. Hope it goes well for you

@SLR1906- Congrats to you... I can't help feel very nervous.. Firstly this situation was a surprise for me and secondly I've been reading loads of experiences of mcs etc..

I totally understand, my last mc was almost 2 years ago and im very very worried. My dad told me that what will be will be and worrying will not change the outcome! I found that very helpful. Is this your first??

@SLR1906- Yes it's my first... I'm about 5w5d... I slept so badly last night due to light left sided cramping and mild headaches I've been experiencing..
I've booked a midwives appointment for 2 weeks time..

Congratulations @riaviolet I worry about miscarriage as well after having two previously but I try to reassure myself that statistically a pregnancy is more likely to result in a baby than a miscarriage.

@justgotmypositive- Congrats on your BFP.. I will try to stay positive.. I'm on annual leave due to moving house, so by the time I'm at work tomorrow I'm sure these niggly thoughts will be pushed back at the back of my mind..

Hi. Found out yesterday I'm pregnant with my 5th. 4 previous c/s. my husband wants an abortion
I don't.
Not sure how to deal with it.

Financial mostly. He doesn't want to add more stress to our lives.
I understand his concerns. I can't get my head around an abortion though.

I am. Got a BFP this week!!! Originally thought I'd tell DH on Valentines Day but not sure I can keep it in for that long so I'm now just trying to wait it out until Friday night... Not sure I can manage it!

@MrsMalone1 thats really difficult, dont be hard on yourself which ever decision you make, trust yourself to do the right thing and take your time.

This is unrelated but when i was pregnant two years ago (ended in MC) i was really scared amd didnt know what to do so my local hospital recommended seeing a family counsellor. I felt that helped me put my head straight on what i actually wanted and what was the best thing to do. Maybe you should find someone to talk to

@riaviolet similar to me, think im 5w 2d or something... ive been sleeping like a zombie always bloody tired and had back ache like never before!! Its the sleep i couldnt deal without at the mo, hope you get some. Wishing you all the best Smile

@slr1906- Most of the cramping has gone now.. Just feeling of bloatedness.. I have the midwives appointment in 2 weeks.. I'm approaching 6 weeks now.. I wish you all the best too 🙂
