Ok guys this is massively TMI but I am freaking out! When I wiped today I had vaginal mucus but this time it had a very slight peachy colour, almost orange?! I am terrified it’s the start of a you-know-what. Had anyone else had this??

niclw · 06/02/2018 18:19

@PinkyPromise77 I had my booking in on Sunday. I had to do a urine sample there and then, she took a four vials of blood, checked my blood pressure, went through medical history, whether I wanted blood screening for downs etc, and the procedures for everything from now on. She also confirmed that I could have the baby where I wanted and assuming everything continues without complications a water birth. But that was more her suggesting it and me saying that's what I want. They won't confirm it tho. They had run out of packs so my notes currently consist of a piece of paper with her phone number on.

@Marriageoftrueminds no sorry mine is white with a yellow tinge, how far along are you? Sorry to ask did you have sex last night? Any other symptoms?

AnnaLuna · 06/02/2018 18:28

Hi guys
I am 10 weeks and due in September too :)

Scoobysue10 · 06/02/2018 18:29

Was having a good day today although been on sofa all day as so tired, until a couple of hrs ago began to feel sick again. Brought up lots so gathering everything I ate today which wasn't much.
Just feeling so fed up now. Actually tearful, just want the sickness to stop.

Marriageoftrueminds · 06/02/2018 18:29

@helen290 thanks for replying. I’m 6+5. No sex, been too afraid with my history of issues (ectopic, infertility etc). Just praying it’ll be ok!

Helen290 · 06/02/2018 18:30

I feel bloody awful nausea plus bad cold and lack of sleep not a good mix, and I'm out tonight for a friends birthday meal could really do with staying at home 🙈😫

Helen290 · 06/02/2018 18:32

@Marriageoftrueminds I would try not to worry if it becomes heavier ring the doctor in the morning or just call if your concerned if anything they might make you feel better 🙂, sorry I'm not more helpful.

Ktn35 · 06/02/2018 18:48

@marriageoftrueminds I think it's quite common to have pinkish discharge. It's only a problem if it becomes heavy bleeding. Maybe call the docs in the morning for peace of mind. I'm sure it will be fine :) xxxx

Thanks ladies. Feel so lucky to be part of this group! I’ll keep you updated. Hope you are all doing well x

Hardheadedwoman39 · 06/02/2018 19:27

@Ktn35 I've found that a berroca fizzy drink first thing really helps and then a selection of dry crackers - the marmite thins are good and then I've found some pumpkin seed and emmental ones - both are bland but with a bit of flavour....

Hardheadedwoman39 · 06/02/2018 19:32

@Marriageoftrueminds I had a shock the other day when I wiped as it was orange - then I realised it was from drinking berroca - it turns your wee a funny colour - so it could be the two got mixed when going to the loo (sorry I know this sounds gross!)

Marriageoftrueminds · 06/02/2018 19:52

Yes my pregnancy vits turn my wee bright yellow! But sadly it wasn’t that, it was definitely nucus and more orange or peach. Also yesterday was the only day in ages that I DIDN’T take them (I just took one of the tiny Boots folic acid ones) because I had a sick big and couldn’t face the pregnacare!

Marriageoftrueminds · 06/02/2018 19:52

Sick bug I mean!

CrabbyPatty · 06/02/2018 19:54

Sorry to continue with discharge, but just came here to share that mine is quite smelly today :/ not fishy and I can't really describe the smell. Yesterday I noticed quite a bit and it was milky. Today its more off-white - maybe yellowish but I can't tell. Any thoughts/similar experiences?

snowy1982 · 06/02/2018 21:06

@crabbypatty, I have noticed on and off since getting BFP that discharge has sometimes had a stronger odour than before, like you it hasn’t been fishy and it has never been overly strong, but just different and stronger than before.

I have my own discharge issue today (it must be discharge day). So this morning I went to toilet around half 10, and noticed a bit of a staining. It’s hard to describe, I would say it looked like i’d had watery discharge that had some discolouration. It wasn’t red, or pink, more very light brown or even a pale yellowish colour. It definitely wasn’t something I would describe as spotting which is why i am saying it was staining. There has been none since so not overly concerned, but when I add it to the pressure/tenderness i’ve been feeling over last 2 days I am slightly concerned.

Guess I really just need to keep an eye on it to see if it increases or if I get any pains with it

Marriageoftrueminds · 06/02/2018 21:06

The colour sounds fine, I think I’m pregnancy it can be more ‘pungent’ shall we say! Mine certainly is. So long as smell not unpleasant I think you’re fine x

Hardheadedwoman39 · 06/02/2018 22:14

I had a scan today - as we're going g abroad on Saturday and I wanted to check all was ok. They've dated me 4 days further along which puts my EDD as 1st September - almost have to leave the thread 🙄

Hello I'm hoping someone could help me work out how far along I am (definitely due September!) I had my last 'proper' period on 4th December-9th December, then had another bleed 14th December-17th December, so would I go by the 4th or the 14th?
I also haven't had sickness, just sore boobs and fatigue- I'm glad other people are the same as I was getting worried something was wrong to not have symptoms!
Thanks ladies, glad to have somewhere I can go for support! :)

pessoa · 06/02/2018 22:27

Apart from sore boobs I felt nothing. ..no sickness at all.

Ktn35 · 06/02/2018 23:07

@laurennann I would say go with the second bleed as 3 full days seems like too long for implantation bleeding? How heavy was the second bleed? X

Helen290 · 07/02/2018 05:41

@Hardheadedwoman39 same date as me 1st September

Helen290 · 07/02/2018 05:49

I'm really worrying again seems to be a weekly thing, I have this awful cold and it's got worse feeling awful this morning my temp is ok 37.5 which was my biggest worry, anyway I seem to of woken up this morning and I don't have much nausea yes I had it yesterday and probably being insane but I'm worried now as this seems to be changing since I have been ill, does illness mask in a way pregnancy symptoms as I don't seem to notice them as much now I just feel awful from this cold so I don't know which is which kinda worries me. I'm actually terrified of my 12 week scan next week as I'm so worried something will be wrong.

samanthajonespr · 07/02/2018 06:53

@Helen290 I don't have much nausea either, it's only a very brief spell each day. It might come later?
