Embarrassing. Tmi. Please help

extremely embarrassing but desperate..

I'm 18 weeks pregnant. Been constipated for about 2 weeks nothing too major or difficult and always managed to get everything out

(This is where I get graphic)

However today went to the toilet and got a few tiny tiny balls of poo out and can feel there's a massive part stuck up there , I can not get this piece out its soooo uncomfortable! I tried having my feet placed up higher to try and help but nothing! I can't get past "turtle head" (oh god so embarrassed) it's stuck up there and I had to give up , when I "wiped" there was blood I assume from me pushing so hard. I can't physically get fingers up as its RIGHT THERE..

I am truly mortified posting this but i really hope someone can advise me on what to do I'm terrified

Brutus I watched a Youtube video of a guy showing you how to make an attachment for what you're talking about, easier for kids to do without though I'm sure but for the less agile, could be useful.

Get all your learning in before the postpartum shit. That was my darkest point in nearly 12 years of motherhood. First baby, episiotomy. Trying to shit in a shared house with baby crying in a bouncy chair fixing accusatory eyes on me.

I am happy to report that about 20 minutes ago I finally had a 💩 after a second trip to out of hours and ANOTHER enema and them keeping me in until I went I delivered the BEAST

This BEAST was literally the size and shape of a child's head I'm not joking when I say I was literally screaming like an animal in the toilets trying to pass it! I think there might be more up there but I'm unsure wether my poor arsehole has just morphed to the shape of it and I can expect to feel like this from now on currently sitting in a car park waiting for OH to come out with a massive list of all the foods ect everyone has suggested to ensure this does NOT happen again!!

In the meantime if you could all pray for the quick recovery of my poor bum as it's had more fingers and shit stuck up there that even a pornstar would cringe!

Having experienced fecal impaction in pregnancy I can confirm that it is definitely not dissimilar to childbirth and gas and air would be useful.

I had the urge then to be like "aww congratulations! How much did it weigh"

I told OH I nearly did wrap it all up and present to him his son 😂 I think this whole pregnancy has been a lie so far and it's actually been that up there not a baby this whole time haha!

Thank goodness for that, you poor thing.

I can promise you that by the end of your pregnancy and birth you will be able to talk about this stuff without even registering that it might be embarrassing.

I found Laxido to be very helpful. Lactulose did nowt for me.
