Am currently feet up in bed, my nan passed away this week and have spent all day clearing her house and am very swollen!! Despite the MW telling me to take it easy earlier

This is the bag! I think it's fab as I've barely got to put anything in now just my stuff and his outfit!

Sorry to hear about your nan @lionqueen. The bag looks lovely, I really wanted to get one but I've somehow managed to buy most of the stuff already and DH won't let me do it just for another pretty bag. Spoilsport!

Ladies listen to your bodies. I felt terrible this morning. Was told by my hospital at 10am it was likely to be a virus. 7 hrs later after 4 not taking no for an answer I was being blue lighted to hospital 😔
31+6 With twins. Blood pressure through the roof. Now facing a long weekend.

@MSH2010 what?? Hope your all ok? Have they said what it is? Pre eclampsia? Xx

Yes got preeclampsia as well as needing other tests 😔

Hi! I'm 6 weeks +5 I found out about a week ago, it was a bit of a shock, my boyfriend and I weren't trying for a baby (although I've wanted to for a while). I haven't told him yet - have no idea how he'll react and I just have no idea what to say.
I have to tell him this weekend though, I'm skinny normally and I've developed a podge that doesn't go away! I'm just hoping he'll be ok about once he's over the shock.
Also my symptoms come and go, today I felt normal again and forgot for a while, then I remembered again and I wondered if I was still pregnant if I wasn't feeling shite! I hate that you have to wait so long for your first scan.

@eeegee82 hope all goes well this weekend, I had no symptoms apart from missed period and my boobs felt a bit heavy - I'm now 27 weeks tomorrow, I never felt pregnant till I felt movement

@ew1990 ah thanks! When did you first feel movement? I'm looking forward to getting my bump and showing it off! All my friends are going to be so excited, they all have kids already and can't wait for me to join the club!

I felt flutters at about 15/16 week I think then kicks not long after, she doesn't stop now constantly kicks!! Bump popped around 25 weeks, we posted some pics a bit further down thread

@lionqueen is there a blanket in with the bag? I think I'm definitely gonna go for one... Probably the same one to be honest!! The bag itself is a good size and I need a suitable bag anyways!
@msh glad you listened to your body!!! And I hope everything is OK?!?

Thanks all. Awake as just had my 2am obs done. Blood pressure has dropped right down so drugs working. Pain has definitely subsided and both "fidget and widget" heartbeats are fine. Fingers crossed xx

It's been an interesting day.... at 1pm I was facing being rushed in for a c section under a general. But thankfully the twin consultant was amount he said he wanted the twins to have their 2nd steroid injection.
SO blood tests between 5 and 6am tomorrow and highly likely I'll be a mum of twins tomorrow morning 😲🙈

My blood pressure is settling. But my platelets are causing a concern. Dropped to 107 when tested this morning but dropping fast. If it goes below 80 it'll be a general but they're hoping it stablises
