Wow @Squigglefish you're very neat! I'd be very happy to parade about a spa in that, I've spread out all over hips and bum and thighs (as my mum likes to keep pointing out too!)

Ahh, the black nightie is covering it well. I love my tummy, all my weight gain is on my legs and back. Not sure if it's the added hormones bit everything has an extra wobble too 😂 never mind, our bodies are busy doing what they need to do.

I'm 13 weeks so have to keep reminding myself that no, that is not a bump I can see in the mirror, it's food. 🙊🙈

@lydiangel I've just been reading up myself, NHS website to start, a bit of mumsnet and some baby books. Tbh I have a fairly decent medical knowledge and I'm struggling to find anything pitched at the right level. Websites and books are too simple and don't give the detail I want but medical journals are a bit over my head! I think the MW will talk to us about it but not until later on. After being pregnant for what feels like ages, only having 11 weeks left feels like I should have a lot more prepared but I guess there's time. I'm doing NCT as well so hopefully that'll help.

I'm at my aunties today and she reckons I'm gunna be massive by the end. I got stuck in the bath the other night I was lay down and couldn't get myself back up 🙈🙈

Girls I've just took my weekly bump pic and I feel humongous, I don't know how I'm gunna go on for another 3 and half month!

Aww @ew its a good bump though! You don't look like you're putting on weight anywhere else which is good. Hopefully its lots of fluid and not a massive baby!

@Bobbiepin I asked midwife last week if she could tell if I was more fluid or baby and she said it's hard to tell until your a bit further on x

I didn't even know they could tell until baby is born. Although if she's gonna be big I think I'd rather not know (unless she's massive and I'll book in for a c section!!)

My biggest fear about giving birth is having to have a c section, I feel sick when I think about it, I don't know why because nothing suggests I would have to I've had this fear since I found out I was pregnant

Ooh I was thinking about @MistyBxx today (hoping if I tag her she will see this) and how her 12 weeks scan went

I think I would prefer a c section to other medical interventions. Something like forceps really scares me. The whole hospital environment doesn't freak me out but knowing the damage that forceps can do does worry me.

My 12w scan was amazing 😍😍😍 I cried again lol my lil babe was moving its little hands in front of its face and head-banging a bit lol and I swear it was opening and closing its mouth! My hubby was staring in awe 😂
They played the heartbeat out coz I was so anxious. All in all it was just fab. And here is my lil babe xxx

I can't wait for a bump! I've put on loads of weight all over. I've gone from a size 10-12 to a defo big 12 to maybe a small 14, my sides have filled out, I used to have really narrow ribs curving out to wider hips but now my sides have totally chunked out, I'm losing my shape and just generally getting big all over. I feel really uncomfortable with it coz I've always fought to keep my weight down. Sounds so selfish and fickle I know, I love being pregnant and can't wait for my baby but my weight and changing shape is just getting me down. Sounds stupid I know xxx

Aw @Misty I'm so pleased for you. I totally understand what you mean about the weight thing, its really difficult to get used to. I found it a little easier once there was a real bump, its helped my mindset go from 'I'm getting fat(ter)" to "I'm pregnant".

Evening ladies, I am new to the site, although I got my free pregnancy diary and cuddly toy in the post today an that was an unexpected delight.
I have been enjoying reading your recent posts and loving the photos your photos!
I am 7w 3days and possibly having twins.
I was wondering if there was a feed for ladies due in March? As if love to read ladies progress at a similar week as me.
I'm still getting the hang of the site so any advice or tips would be fab x
