@mrsjkerry I've just scrolled and found it it's called ravenhall

lydiangel83 · 05/08/2017 14:24

@mrsjkerry yes it was me. Ravenhall seem about the only place that do it. Haven't bought mine yet tho!

mrsjkerry · 05/08/2017 14:53

Thanks xxx only going to Spain for the weekend next week but still- anything could happen !

Ahh @MrsJ I'm very jealous. I tried to convince DH to go on a babymoon but he's being ridiculous sensible and wants to keep his work holiday time for after his paternity leave ends...

Bobbiepin · 05/08/2017 22:41

Sorry got caught up in myself, have a great trip.

ew1990 · 05/08/2017 22:44

@Bobbiepin we've both got a week off the week after next so we 'can do some work on the house' but now we wanna go to the sea 😂😂

Bobbiepin · 05/08/2017 22:48

@ew oh do it! You'll be in the house once baby comes anyway. So much harder to take a trip after. I just want to be somewhere with sunshine (although no one needs to see me in a bikini right now!)

ew1990 · 05/08/2017 22:58

It's only for a day out 😂 I painted the kitchen yesterday so think I deserve a break 😂

How's everyone been feeling today? X

ValentineFizz · 05/08/2017 23:08

Hi all, hope everyone is well....

Quick question - is anyone else finding their tolerance levels stretched to the max? My fiance was out this afternoon for a couple of beers and is now sitting on the couch next to me eating peanuts in the noisiest manner ever known to man, it is setting my teeth on edge! 😆

Bobbiepin · 05/08/2017 23:15

@ew you'd be silly not to. You definitely deserve it.

Hi Valentine, take the nuts and start throwing them at him, one by one. He'll start to realise he's being annoying! I did find my patience wore thin today in central London. I'm not good with tourists at the best of time but they really irritated me today!

TheLionQueen1 · 05/08/2017 23:21

Is he eating them as loudly as my drunken DH sitting next to me eating toast to absorb the alcohol?! In between bites of toast he is giggling, it's ridiculous.

I fully feel your pain Valentine!!

mrsjkerry · 05/08/2017 23:37

Yes I find rage comes very quickly. And I get irritated by everyone and everything!

@Bobbie husband also said about saving money and leave etc etc etc but I panicked and said I needed an adults only hotel by the beach before baby!!

@mrsjkerry I'd be going abroad if I had a passport, never been before and definitely can't afford a Holiday abroad before babies here.

Things annoy me loads, my mum was singing along to an advert the other day and I just wanted to shout shut up, then felt really guilty xx

ValentineFizz · 06/08/2017 11:02

Thank you ladies it sounds as if I am not alone! 😆

@Lion - yes exactly like that!! 😠

NC1990 · 06/08/2017 12:04

I would love a babymoon! We did have a few days away in Stirling in July but I really fancy a week in Spain! During my mat leave we need to get a new car and are hoping to move house so realistically couldn't justify the expense 😭

Is anyone else suffering from restless legs at night? It's driving me absolutely crazy. DH has been sleeping in the spare room because I'm having full-on meltdowns during the night. If it's not backache, restless legs or peeing every 30 minutes I'm being booted in the ribs (not that I mind that course!), I miss sleep!

TheLionQueen1 · 06/08/2017 12:28

Have you got a pregnancy pillow NC1990 to put between your legs for restless legs? I don't get that but do get a weird tingling in my hip which is super annoying and my pillow really helps that if I can raise my hip a bit!

The peeing is beyond annoying!!

ew1990 · 06/08/2017 15:57

Does anyone else find that there bump seems to change?

Bobbiepin · 06/08/2017 16:02

We're going to leeds for a friends wedding next weekend. I think that's as close as we'll get. It is a lovely hotel though, and DH is doing the driving so can't complain!

ew1990 · 06/08/2017 19:10

As in like changes shape? Mine seems to be smaller today.

mrsjkerry · 06/08/2017 19:21

Yes @ew. Sometimes mine seems massive and some days it seems smaller. Some days it feels firmer. And some days it feels softer. Are you taking weekly pictures? That gives me reassurance that I'm growing. Here's mine! 20 weeks vs 26!

OP posts:
ew1990 · 06/08/2017 19:31

@mrsjkerry I started taking them 3 weeks ago. It just seems smaller today, maybe she's just moved position, she's very wriggly today. In the pictures I can definitely see a difference in 2 weeks

I was 26 week yesterday I've not took this weeks one yet x

Nice bumps ladies! I can't stop eating today have had 4 slices of cake! Am also knackered and seriously wondering if too early for bed! Achey legs, back ache and constant need to pee do not make for good nights sleep!

Is anyone considering hypnobirthing lessons? A few women from pregnancy yoga (waste of time) are organising a session and I may try it out. It's quite pricy though! I haven't read much about it but anything that helps you relax must be a good thing I reckon, I'm not a very laid back person!
