Oops time for a new thread. Hope you all find it okay Grin

@lydiangel83 I'm nearly 26 weeks, it was probably 20ish weeks when it improved because I remember I first felt baby move at 18 weeks and I was sleeping in the spare room because I was so fidgety and frustrated that night so it was after 18 weeks!

@Bubbasmama2017 ^^

I've gained 15kg 😄 like 2 stone... haha

ValentineFizz · 24/06/2017 21:28

Lol at @LionQueen and @mrsjkerry! It just goes to show there's no set formula for what your body does when expecting, it really is a beautiful thing Smile

lydiangel83 · 24/06/2017 21:40

I'm currently weighing 72kg, usually 66kg and am 21 + 3 today. I feel fat all over - so much for my hopes of a tidy bump! I think you can't predict your body's reactions to pregnancy ;)

ew1990 · 24/06/2017 22:08

I weighed around 8 stone 2 before I got pregnant, currently 9 stone 6 as of last week, my oh said my bums got bigger 😂 it's gone to my bum and bump xxx

mrsjkerry · 25/06/2017 12:31

I am beginning to think this nausea will be with me throughout all my my pregnancy... nearly 21 weeks and still going!

Bubbasmama2017 · 25/06/2017 14:47

Same here 19 weeks people keep telling me it should have gone by now - not helpful! Weirdly it's not stopping me from gaining weight so I'm not going to take anything for it. I think I'm just used to throwing up all the time but every few days it gets me down Sad

ew1990 · 25/06/2017 15:11

@Bubbasmama2017 @mrsjkerry I really feel for both of you - hope it calms down soon.

I'm in agony today I feel like crying, my back and stomach are aching, kinda like period pains which I used to get on first day off period, xxx

lydiangel83 · 25/06/2017 15:19

I've had bad backache today and hadn't associated it with time of the month but I did used to get worse back pain at that time so could make sense - will check my dates.

Sorry to hear people still suffering with nausea - sounds miserable :( Flowersfor you guys x

mrsjkerry · 25/06/2017 15:28

@ew1990 I've also developed really bad back pain last few days. And I have been crying about it 😄

ew1990 · 25/06/2017 15:30

I'm walking round a shopping centre with oh and could burst into tears any minute, it's awful xxx

Victoriaaaaaaaa · 25/06/2017 15:32

I feel like such a moody cow today and just want to cry! Hormones eh

Squigglefish · 25/06/2017 16:28

Decided to watch a bit of One Born Every Minute out of curiosity. I don't know if it's made me feel better or worse haha Shock

lydiangel83 · 25/06/2017 16:48

Had anyone seen or heard of this book? Thinking of getting for MIL as a joke bday pressie but can imagine it being used against me 'oh and I even got given a book to read' type comments to her friends. Just wondered whether it was nice / funny or serious (in which case possibly better I didn't buy www.amazon.co.uk/Your-First-Grandchild-first-time-grandparents/dp/0722536984

ew1990 · 25/06/2017 17:33

@lydiangel83 if it was my MIL firsts grandchild I'd deffo get it her as a joke present!

@Squigglefish I love watching it, it terrifies me though but makes me so excited and a bit tearful every time a babies born.

My backaches gone now, had one of my turns where I sweat from head to toe and feel sick so sat down for a bit and then realised my pains had gone. I know everything's stretching out but didn't realise how it would hurt.

mrsjkerry · 25/06/2017 20:09

@ew1990 I honestly thought I'd be this beautiful glowing woman who only developed a bump and rest of my body stayed the same. I never imagined I'd get this fat so quickly and the aches and pains that come with it! Pregnancy has not been glamorous for me so far..!

Missonhartbaby · 25/06/2017 20:20

I love one born every minute! Weirdly it doesn't make me freak out! Haha. Also has any one else been having funny turns, I mean weird lightheadness and tingling feelings... I keep getting it in work to the point where I need to sit down and stop for abit. Im 23+5 btw

lydiangel83 · 25/06/2017 20:28

I feel like a right idiot - I ate some smoked trout with my breakfast earlier and totally didn't realise I couldn't eat it. Eaten quite a bit of smoked salmon too over last few months but now really worried I will get listeria :-/

Brens13 · 25/06/2017 20:48

I've eaten lots of smoked fish and have read its OK....

Brens13 · 25/06/2017 20:49

NHS website says it is fine Smile

TheLionQueen1 · 25/06/2017 21:05

Sorry to hear a lot of you still feel sick or rubbish Sad Physically I have been feeling fine but I've been a bloody emotional wreck the past two weeks! One minute I'm happy as Larry then I am suddenly overcome with a wave of really strong emotion normally intense sadness, only lasts a few minutes but it's horrible, happens when I'm out at work or anywhere and it's ridiculous. Anyone else feeling like this? I think my DH thinks I'm going mad!

lydiangel83 · 25/06/2017 21:07

@TheLionQueen1 omg so me! So bad - at work - when commuting - with DH - in laws - basically almost all the time! Feel bad as DH getting the brunt of it but no one is immune.

@Brens13 thanks that makes me feel better - hadn't checked NHS but should've done :) Ovia says no but I think American vs English viewpoint - will stick to NHS in future!

TheLionQueen1 · 25/06/2017 21:12

Glad it's not just me Lydia!! It's so odd isn't it!? It's just crazy how much your body changes and how little control you have over it when I've always felt so in control before!

Ps totally not whinging as I'm feeling very grateful that I'm feeling good otherwise, just odd!

ew1990 · 25/06/2017 21:21

We went to Blackpool zoo last week and someone asked the zoo keeper how do they know when a giraffes pregnant - my oh replied there either needing a wee or whinging 😂😂 xxx

mrsjkerry · 25/06/2017 22:04

Yes @TheLionQueen1 me too. Friday and Saturday were great days. Today I've just been a bit weepy.

lydiangel83 · 26/06/2017 01:37

@ew1990 lol I had to read your post to DH as was laughing at it and he said should add 'always hungry' to how you can tell if a giraffe is pregnant

Can't sleep :-/
