Oops time for a new thread. Hope you all find it okay Grin

@lydiangel83 I'm nearly 26 weeks, it was probably 20ish weeks when it improved because I remember I first felt baby move at 18 weeks and I was sleeping in the spare room because I was so fidgety and frustrated that night so it was after 18 weeks!

@Bubbasmama2017 ^^

Also my bump shows through clothes but when I first wake up and lying down its almost flat. I'm size 12-14 so have a bit of fat over bump anyway and think that's why it looks bigger than others when I'm stood up. Anyone else get this?

mrsjkerry · 10/06/2017 10:43

Thoughts on passive smoking? We were sitting outside yesterday at a family event and all of DH's family were smoking. That's 8 people blowing smoke my way. I don't smoke and never have and am really conscious of anything that might harm little bean. DH said we were outside so it was fine. Am I, or is it he, being unreasonable?

Brens13 · 10/06/2017 10:51

My DH smokes (is currently quitting), but never does it inside or around me, but at my mw appointment my carbon monoxide was slightly high. The mw said it's not just when they're smoking, it's on their clothes and on their bodies. Told me to tell DH to always wear a coat and take it off after and wash hands before coming near me. So you are not being unreasonable.

TheLionQueen1 · 10/06/2017 17:06

MrsJ I don't think you are being unreasonable at all, I smoked still at the beginning but then quite completely, I would be really frustrated if there were that many people around me smoking, although honestly I feel in that situation the onus is down to you to remove yourself not really them if there were that many and they were already outside? It's horrible though!

I've just been on a wild shopping mission and bought my push chair, changing table and cot for nursery (already got my crib for our room but keen to start decorating the nursery!) so exciting!!

TheLionQueen1 · 10/06/2017 17:06

*quit

mrsjkerry · 10/06/2017 19:00

You do have a point @TheLionQueen1 but short of leaving the family get together and going back to the hotel my options were limited!

ew1990 · 10/06/2017 22:15

Girls I've just coughed and pissed myself! 😂 better start the pelvic floors xx

lydiangel83 · 10/06/2017 22:42

@Bubbasmama2017 I have definitely grown proper bump in last two weeks, before that it just looked like I had eaten all the pies! Enjoy it :)

@mrsjkerry it's a bit unreasonable that no one was considerate of you but I guess being in the minority you didn't have an option other than to move :-/

Squigglefish · 11/06/2017 01:01

Oh my gosh. I have to share cos I've just had a shock....I was lying in bed and felt wetness on my top!!!! I reached down and I had indeed leaked at tiny bit of clear, almost sticky stuff. I didn't expect this so soon. I quickly Googled and it's apparently normal and can happen from 14weeks, I had no idea 😮

RSKhan1 · 11/06/2017 01:08

Hiya, I'm ttc and have bought sevens seas trying for a baby supplements. Can anyone of you help
Me? When should I start taking it from?

TheLionQueen1 · 11/06/2017 09:17

RSKhan, I took them from the day I decided to start trying, then moved onto pack 2-Pregnancy, as soon as we conceived.

Squiggle Shock I've been a bit worried about my milk coming in, you hear horror stories if women walking around shops, hearing a baby cry and leaking 😂!! I bought some breast pads from a Asda weeks ago (MW advised to take on holiday just in case) they were really cheap for own brand!

RSKhan1 · 11/06/2017 09:45

But the starting day on pack is from Monday, should I follow that?
RSKhan so have you conceived already?
And how many of these packs have you used?

TheLionQueen1 · 11/06/2017 10:20

I didn't, I just started on a random day same as I do with them now. Think I did 2 packs before I conceived. Yes we have all conceived on this thread, we are all pregnant for the first time

RSKhan1 · 11/06/2017 11:38

Congratulations to all of you then! 😊
I will start it from today as well
Thanks for the help 😊

TheLionQueen1 · 11/06/2017 11:51

Good luck, hopefully see you back here soon!

Squigglefish · 11/06/2017 12:47

TheLionQueen1 I've heard those stories too! I mean, I'm only approaching 20 weeks. I think I'll have you invest in some of those because I can't be having this at work 😣 today has been fine so it must be the pressure from lying down. I thought you all deserve fair warning, it was quite a surprise!

TheLionQueen1 · 11/06/2017 13:07

I'm almost 23 weeks and no signs yet! Apparently it's often when you have had a bath/shower, had you done that before going to bed?!

Squigglefish · 11/06/2017 13:09

Yes, I'd had a bath and gone straight to bed. That's interesting!

mrsjkerry · 11/06/2017 13:21

Gosh I don't have any symptoms! 18+3 haven't felt baby or anything. No breast issues. Only problem is the sickness. Still! Vomited this morning 😏

Squigglefish · 11/06/2017 14:31

@mrsjkerry ahh, are you getting any relief at all from your sickness or is it still just as bad? :(

mrsjkerry · 11/06/2017 16:03

It's not AS bad and worse in the mornings rather than 24/7. But still a bloody pain!

ew1990 · 11/06/2017 17:23

Girls I'm sure I've just felt the first proper kick, twice in a row, was bizarre xx

Monkeypuzzle32 · 11/06/2017 17:34

wow ew1990 how many weeks are you now?

ew1990 · 11/06/2017 17:42

18+1 x

TheLionQueen1 · 11/06/2017 18:08

I first felt my little boy at 18 weeks Ew, now he doesn't stop such an odd feeling!
