Thanks Firststar it?s at 10am, don?t laugh at me but I?ve tried to imagine all possible outcomes and the questions I should be asking. Would you mind having a look and telling me what you think? they are here

I really hope you scan goes well It?s a worry financially isn?t it the thought of being on less money and how you?d cope. We are planning to move abroad in Oct/Nov anyway so it may be that I can work part time when I get there but we?ll see ? money is going to be very tight and so much is up in the air for us at the mo.

Bodkin · 08/03/2007 11:38

Hey all.

MrsMc - I am still rendered speechless by your mother! I absolutely agree with Firsty though, and think that all of the comments should be taken with the small pinch of salt they deserve

That's good that the scan is early in the morning, so you're not hanging around all day. I do hope the outcome is, at the very least, conclusive so you are not left in limbo any longer, and at the very best, positive!

How's your back Firsty, any improvement?

Hi Fettle - that's good to hear you will have such thorough care - not long to go until dating scan. Has the MS improved at all?

Well I have officially cracked open the maternity wear at last! Bump seems to have moved higher up, so can't get away with just tucking it in to my normal jeans now. Put my Mothercare jeans on yesterday and it was bliss. They are the sort with the huge stretchy panel that goes over the bump, but look like normal jeans other than that. DP eyed them enviously and asked if he could borrow them next time he was out for a big meal!!!

MrsMcJnr · 08/03/2007 11:46

Thanks Bodkin. PMSL at your DH and the mat jeans!

Hi, I know I am not meant to be here but I just wanted to pop in and wish MrsMcJnr all the very best. I will be thinking of you tomorrow, sweets!! ((hugs)) Ready x

conkertree · 08/03/2007 13:32

hi everyone - firststar and bodkin - i ahve two pairs of mat jeans - one is kind of under the bump and i really have to wear it with a belt to stop it falling down, and the other is over which is soooo much more comfortable. rather regret buying the other pair now.

fingers are crossed for you tomorrow mrsmcj

hi to everyone else too.

MrsMcJnr · 08/03/2007 15:25

Thank you all for your thoughts and wishes . If I am able to, I need to go straight from the appointment to a business lunch so I apologise now if I leave you in limbo not knowing how I got on. I promise to come on here as soon as I can and let you know what happened either way . All your support has really got me through this week and I am so incredibly grateful.

Tili · 08/03/2007 15:40

firststar Thanks, plodding along that's how I feel too, so big now, baby's movements are so strong that at time it make's me jump . 19 week today I'll be having my scan a week on Monday see if little one is okay and growing how it should, I really do think it is as I'm so big I'll have to post a pic at the week end, but also I will be finding out weather boy or girl or too much sage and onion, LOL. Been buying MAT-clothes but still finding that normal clothes are too small but MAT-clothes still to big . Still very emotional at times I knew it was coming but still was a shock, I was very emotional with my boys too but still it'll be over before I know it, hormones hay! I got some cream from the doctor as I have very bad skin seem to be working which is great. I really love food, jacket potatoes are my fav at the moment and I'm drinking loads and loads of water too, I was just over 7 and half stone before PG and at the beginning of PG I put on a few lb's but then went down to just over 7 stone due to MS and now I'm 8 and half stone, but at the end of my last PG I put on 2 and half stone, tuck me a year to lose the added lbs, still he was worth it! Cant wait to here back from MrsMc! Babymadxx

Bodkin · 09/03/2007 12:25

Hi all. Special BIG HELLO to Ready - I hope you come and say hello here more often - I do miss you. I keep a lurky eye out for you over on temp buddies, just to see how you're getting on [stalker emoticon]!

Not sure when Greedy is back - but think it is probably next week.

Haven't seem much of Chooster the last few days, is it this week she's at Centerparcs?

BabyMad - I'm with you on the "loving food" at the mo. Just can't get enough of the stuff, particularly choccy and sweet stuff that I was off for ages. But I think my main craving this pg has been for.... wait for it... cabbage!!!! Can't get enough coleslaw or sauerkraut. Poor, poor DP This baby will probably be the most flatulent baby in history!

Will keep my eyes peeled for news of MrsMc.

MrsMcJnr · 09/03/2007 12:27

Ladies, I?m sorry to bring you bad news on a Friday but DH and I have lost our precious baby we were told this morning at the scan that I?d had a complete miscarriage and that my lining was back to normal and therefore there is no need for any surgery. We took comfort from that. We were also told that my ovaries are clear and there is nothing else in the womb and therefore we should be able to conceive again.

I want to thank you all for your incredible empathy and support over the last few weeks. It has been an emotional rollercoaster and I am convinced I am only able to take this all in because of your help. I wish you all very happy, healthy pregnancies and babies and it was great being part of the fun for a while. I?ll be going back to the conception threads when I can face it so won?t be on here again, please do pop by and say hello to me if you want to and I shall be eagerly awaiting all your lovely announcements ? hopefully whilst sporting a smaller bump of my own . Really hope I?m back in the fold soon.

Firststar ? I want to say a special thank you to you for helping me with my scenarios yesterday. I took your post with me and kept my head and asked all the questions. It really did help. Thank you for being such a good pal.

MrsMcJnr.

So sorry to hear this.I hope you and your Dh take comfort in each other.
I am sure your longed for and loved baby will happen for you.

I just feel so so sad for you.

Take care of yourself and I will continue to look out for you and see how you are getting along xxx

BabyMadwithBump · 09/03/2007 12:45

Oh I'm so very very sorry MrsMc I really dont know what to say, feel so sad for you, I hope you'll be back with us very soon, thinking of you, always have! So Sorry! Babymadxxxxxxxxxx

Cyee · 09/03/2007 13:03

Crashing in to say that I was so sorry to read about your news MrsMc I've been thinking of you today and had everything crossed.

Wishing you and your DH all the very best for the coming months. Take care of yourself.

DD1ofcolandgerry · 09/03/2007 15:44

Mrsmcjnr,

I am so so sorry to hear your news. At this moment, there probably isnt much that will ease your pain, but be sure to remember that this was not your fault, nothing you did caused this, nor could it have been prevented. I found this to be of great help when I mc in Sept.

Also remember that you will probably be very fertile at this time, and many conceive quickly following miscarriage. I was pregnant within 3 months of mc after over 2 years ttc. There is always light at the end of the tunnel.

I will be thinking of you and your dh over the weekend. Take care of yourself, and looking forward to seeing you back on this side of mn with your smaller bump. I'll keep a look out for you on the other boards.

love dd1

Bodkin · 09/03/2007 15:56

MrsMcJ - what can I say. This is really sad news. But as others have said, there are positives you can take from this, and it must be something of a relief to know that you are ok physically. No doubt emotionally things will take a bit longer to heal, but you have the support of your lovely DH, your friends and family, and all of us on here, anytime you need us xxx

MrsMcJnr · 09/03/2007 16:36

Thank you all so much, I'm so glad that I found MN, I don't know what I would have done without you all.

faby · 09/03/2007 20:11

MrsM
