Congratulations again Broody, so glad you got the birth you wanted. 25 minutes though, that must have been intense! Hope you are home now and enjoying your gorgeous rainbow baby.

Brilliant news broody! Congratulations and enjoy all the squishy cuddles. Who does that make next?

happygojo · 26/07/2015 23:09

I really hope I am next.... I am
38 weeks tomorrow and very uncomfortable. Lots of aches and pains and ibs symptoms..., I just want her here safe now

mrsdiddlydoo · 27/07/2015 08:58

happygojo hope the next 2 weeks go quickly and you don't feel too rough. So very close but it can feel so far.

I have major scanxiety. 3 more days/sleeps until 20 week scan on Thursday. Blumming hormonal mess worrying about it. Have had a stressful weekend away at parents in law and struggled massively with a what will you be doing at Xmas conversation yesterday at breakfast. Due 17th Dec. Managed to hold in the negative words I felt like shouting out loud, but it took all my strength and looking forward to going home today.

MyNameIsSuz · 27/07/2015 09:14

congratulations broody, and good luck happy!

I'm having major scanxiety too, leaving in about 15 minutes for early scan at 7+5 after bleeding on Friday. I no longer feel very pregnant, my boobs only hurt when I prod them and I'm only feeling sick because my stomach is in knots. I'm a mess this morning! I've only known I was pregnant since last week so it's not like last time exactly, but still dreading bad news.

Marchgirl · 27/07/2015 09:35

Good luck for scans today suz and Thursday diddly. Mine is on Friday and scanxiety is already ramping up.

Really hope things happen soon happy

Hi envious, just pm'd you back.

MyNameIsSuz · 27/07/2015 15:54

Thanks everyone, I genuinely had no hope, I'm feeling much better now the shock has worn off. I had the same lady who scanned me to confirm my mc, almost cried when I saw it was her as i was instantly back there again, but she was just as lovely as before and gave me a picture to take home. Booking in tomorrow and hopefully get everything moving properly.

It looked like a fuzzy little haribo gummy bear Grin

Welcome harry, lots of people on here have had some bleeding so not always a bad sign, try and stay strong till Friday.

llama I had the exact opposite - baby is still breech and "free" as I expected despite what silly gp told me two weeks ago. MW said that if still breech at 36 weeks, I'll go for a presentation scan and then they'll perform an ECV - i didn't say I'd refuse one as my thinking is let's wait and see what baby does but as whole pregnancy it has been breech I'm thinking I may start planning in my head for a c section!

Excellent news suz

Zeuxippe · 27/07/2015 17:19

Hello everyone! Been on holiday in Italy for the last ten days and it seems like lots has happened on the thread!! Congratulations to broody and little on your new arrivals, I'm so pleased your babies are here safely Smile. Hello to all the newbies, wishing you all calm pregnancies and easy births.

Good and bad news here. Good news first, had our 16 week midwife appt today and there is a normal strong heartbeat, yay!! Bad news I've been placed at risk of redundancy at work, boo. We sort of knew it was coming but let's face it it's never ideal to be sacked just before qualifying for maternity leave... humph.

Zeuxippe · 27/07/2015 17:19

Ps also meant to say good luck to all those having scans this week x

suz glad everything was OK at your scan. Enjoy the fleeting moment of relief before the next panic

Welcome harry glad they are sending you to be checked out on Friday. Hope it all goes well for you and the bleeding has stopped now. Isn't necessary a bad thing

Going to be a long week I reckon. Good luck on Friday march

And hooray for hearing the heartbeat zeuxippe!
