gennibugs · 08/06/2015 14:37

Welcome stocking lovely to have you join us Smile

I can't stop eating today! its the only thing keeping my nausea at bay. I'm trying to be healthy but there's definitely a kit kat in the vending machine with my name on, I can sense it Grin

Amyyy27 · 08/06/2015 14:45

Ahhh stocking congratulations! Lovely to see you over here :)

Thanks ladies! Hopefully everything will be fine. Its not a definite just a maybe so fingers crossed I can get my sickness under control to help out a bit.

She also told me the only vitamin I need to be taking now is vitamin D. I have a tablet with folic acid+ vitamin D which she said is fine. Have to be honest though I'm so forgetful I'm lucky if I take 2 a week. I must start remembering them!!

stocking you reminded me we need to start a stats list! I'm happy to do it if people want to add their stats I will update.

STATS LIST

Amyyy27: Baby #1 EDD 11th November 2015

Amyyy27 · 08/06/2015 14:46

forgot everything that's usually in a stats list... very helpful!

StockingFullOfCoal · 08/06/2015 14:54

I'll do my stats:

Stocking, 28, TTC since October 2014, MC:5 weeks in Dec 2014, had a break between Jan-March, had a 57 day long cycle in April/May (Go figure?! No idea what was happening there haha!) Seems we have caught second cycle. Colour me gobsmacked. I have 2 elder DDs and a DS.

I have a surgical consult tomorrow for my impacted/disintegrating wisdom tooth, and now I can't take the lovely diazepam my lovely private dentist prescribed me for it. Sigh. It was such a lovely floaty feeling when I had my molar removed in March (and have been waiting for the NHS oral surgeon to get me in since then, gah, such a long waiting list, but 2.5k for the private oral surgeon was just too steep for my shallow pockets) I'm also not sure if it will affect the fact that I've been referred for Sedation, although I suppose I can discuss that with the surgeon tomorrow as its only a consult. It has to come out though, I'm in constant pain, abscesses, infections, and only half the tooth is actually there now... Its so grim. Its only gotten so bad due to the long waiting list.

I'm a bit twitchy today, last time we got a BFP was a Friday and early hours Tuesday morning I woke up having a MC, so I have no idea if I will sleep tonight. We've decided to book a 7 week private scan, for reassurance, and there is a history of twins on both sides...

GuybrushThreepwoodMP · 08/06/2015 15:30

stocking!!!!! So thrilled to see you here! How are you?
I'm nearly 18 weeks, sharing due date with Amyy and genni... although I might be first one to pop as I'm having twins!

Amyyy27 · 08/06/2015 15:50

GuybrushThreepwoodMP · 08/06/2015 15:50

How are things with your dh stocking? I think you were having some problems a couple of months ago- sorry if I've got that wrong.

TWINS Shock Grin !!!

My younger sisters are identical twins (I'm 10 years older than them) and every time I smell SMA formula milk it takes me back to watching my Mum make 24 bottles a day up and losing half the fridge to them Grin Obviously thats not the done thing 19 years later, but still... Its a lovely memory. Along with bouncing both of them on my knee. Narr. they're horrible little teenagers now

StockingFullOfCoal · 08/06/2015 15:56

DH & I... Well. We are getting there. I've forgiven him and he is sorry, but I still feel quite resentful. 54 years married Grandmother reassures me thats entirely normal and it will take time to heal. I wanted to continue TTC once the initial shock had worn off and everything was revealed because I didn't envision us divorcing over it. Definitely wasn't a divorceable offence but it did warrant him spending 2 months on his sisters sofa.

gennibugs · 08/06/2015 16:14

Amyyy - I think they tend to worry more about the rate the baby is growing at i.e. If it slows rather than the size of the baby. Hopefully it won't be an issue for you Smile

My stats: Romeolovesjuliet mmc Jan 15, baby 3, EDD 29th January.

Really feeling the exhaustion today - had 2 hour naps Saturday and Sunday so work was a struggle today!

Hi all,

Just dipping my toes in this thread to say a "Hello" .

Stats - Beky/36 - no children, first pregnancy EDD 1st Feb (my calc), 25th Jan (Dr).

So I'm about 7'ish weeks. Had Drs appt today and he said I will get an appt through post for midwife. Hoping I don't manage to miss appt by going on holiday to Greece on Friday for a week!. Thinking they won't get the appt sorted that quickly.

Just keeping all fingers and toes crossed for a safe 12 weeks and then 9 months.

Nice to meet you all. As a baby novice it's great to read everyone else's experiences. xx

onefootinthebed · 08/06/2015 19:14

Thanks guys but I am a moaner lately, I need to just get over myself.

Wellcome stocking

I am having baby number 2 , I have 1 ds who is nearly 3 and last year in June, October and December I had miscarriages between 6-9 weeks.

15 weeks and 2 days all going well, except for the blinking cough and cold I had.

chasingtherainbow · 08/06/2015 19:24

I'm getting movements daily now.. ? its so so nice.

Gr33dyeggs · 08/06/2015 19:54

It is isn't it chasing!?

Welcome peachybex. Just a heads up this is a thread of people pregnant after miscarriage, feel free to post here but you might also find being on a thread with others with the same due month useful.

StockingFullOfCoal · 08/06/2015 19:56

I'm absolutely exhausted, and my boobs have gone up a size already. I'm hoping these are good signs of a sticky baby.

I'm wondering when I should call my GPs about it? They're in complete disarray right now, 3 GPs have left and its staffed with locums, the place is a nightmare. I am considering jumping ship to my DHs surgery, but I have a repeat script until November and I get a tad agitated that a new GP wouldn't do it for me? Although I have been on the meds for 18 months. And having said that, my 3 solid GPs who I've known for 5 years have up and left, so either way, new GPs. Hmmm, its a tricksy one.

Amyyy27 · 08/06/2015 20:18

stocking The doctors receptionist gave me the number for local midwives as in my area the doctor won't see you as nothing they can actually do. I would ring and ask them before booking an appointment just in case :)

chasing how lovely! I think I am although they aren't very definite... or I'm just not sure.

onefootinthebed · 09/06/2015 07:49

Wow chasing how lovely. I can't wait for that.
