Doesn't matter how anyone else is feeling sunbathing, if you're in pain then that's that!

I'm in pain, low down in my groin on the right.
Guessing it's just ligaments but ouch!

hey been a while since ive posted, how is everyone?

i had a bleed on sunday so got a scan tomorrow when i should be 9+3 im petrified. the bleeding stopped yesterday morning and i have been resting. not had any cramps or anything but im petrified. during mmc i was scanned at 9 weeks exactly following about a weeks worth of spotting and a light bleed the night before.

i havent had any spotting this time so hopefully be ok.

northdownmummy · 17/03/2015 08:48

Hi ladies

I'm having a horrendous day. Had a bit of blood last night and phoned the EPU where I had an early scan last week. They're happy to check me out bit today is a public holiday so I need to wait till 11 tomorrow morning.

Nausea seems less intense this morning too so of course I can't stop obsessing.

I'm in work trying to keep busy but going quietly crazy

gingerbreadmam · 17/03/2015 08:59

oh north hope u r ok. i had a bleed sunday night and epu cant scan me until tomorrow. the waiting is awful.

u have done really well to go to work. ive called in sick. petrified incase is bad news and anything happens at work (during my mmc i started haemoragging at work).

i hope u r ok. did u have cramps or anything? how far gone were u at last scan?

northdownmummy · 17/03/2015 09:02

No cramps although I've had an odd feeling like a stitch you get when running in my left side for a few days.

Was 6+5 last week, all measuring exactly on dates with a good heartbeat so I should be finding a bit of reassurance from that but....

Your right, the waiting is the worst. When is your scan?

gingerbreadmam · 17/03/2015 09:15

mines tomorrow 9.15. didnt have any pains either. well i had a feeling like trapped wind which id been trying to relieve. next thing was sat down watching tv still feeling a bit uncomfortable then felt something wet come out down there.

rushed to loo and was bright red blood and a small clot no bigger than a 10p coin. bled slightly (no gushing) through the evening but only a spot on nightime pad. had a pad on all day yesterday with nothing on it altho there was some pink when wiping in the morning. all seems to have stopped now.

really really hoping its not another mmc. i had convinved myself people dont get them two in a row. will see tomo.

Treaclepie19 · 17/03/2015 11:23

Sorry to hear about the bleeding ladies. I hope all is well tomorrow.

Busy day, it's my "12 week scan" tomorrow (13+3 tomorrow). So worried about it.

Really hope everything is ok for you both Northdownmummy and Gingerbreadmam A little bit of blood can be fine, I bled a little bit at around 6 weeks and went for a scan and all was well.

I just got my letter through about my 12w scan (although it's booked at what will be 13+2). Getting closer now as I'm 10+3 but I still can't stop worrying.

I got told by sis-in-law that I should stop being paranoid at the weekend, she meant it nicely but I really don't think people understand how hard that is unless they've been through a MC.

thank you ladies. maybe tmi but just had brown stained discharge on last loo trip so im convincing myself its over for me now.

will be glad to know either way at scan tomoro. just rubbish will then have to wait for rescan. think i will ask for them to book me straight in for erpc after redcan. i didnt cope well at all last time (was only nov /dec) and have been having counselling. seems silly to put myself through all that again.

thanks tori

Mslad · 17/03/2015 12:43

Thinking of you ginger and North I bled at 10 weeks, both red and brown, I had a scan and there were no problems. Sonogropher said it was one of those things. Plenty of ladies on my antenatal thread had bleeds too and they're still going strong so it may not be bad news. I've everything crossed for you. I know how terrifying it is.

Thinking of you North and ginger - there are plenty of reasons for bleeding early on and I hope you have some reassurance soon x

gingerbreadmam · 17/03/2015 13:02

i sincerely hope there is a reason. still have lots of symptoms. least ill know this time tomo. thank you all Thanks

northdownmummy · 17/03/2015 13:27

I've let myself get hungry this morning and have been feeling reassuringly nauseous. Nothing to do but wait and hope

thesmallbear · 17/03/2015 17:33

Fingers crossed for you north and ginger Flowers

longestlurkerever · 17/03/2015 17:44

gingerbreadmam · 17/03/2015 18:12

thank so much. will let u know tomo.

Thepurplegiraffe · 17/03/2015 20:08

Hope it goes well tomorrow Ginger, North and Treacle. I will be thinking of all of you.

cavamonster · 18/03/2015 03:55

Sorry to hear about those with the bleeding, as others have said loads of reasons why it could happen and still be completely fine but best to get it checked out.

sunbathing I think it could just be the tightening of my bump, it's either getting firmer or I am just imagining it to make myself better.

I start yoga on Saturday, has anyone else tried it during pregnancy? I'm really looking forward to it, think it's the first "normal" pregnancy thing I'll have done rather than always be wrapped in cotton wool.

Good luck to everyone having scans today
