Hope it helps you sunbathing :)

I'll go tomorrow. So fed up of these constant infections and wind pain.

Hi everyone. Just thought I'd nip in and give you all a wave - I've also started with insomnia. 5am starts - getting loads done though! Hope everyone has a tip top weekend :)

SomeSortOfDeliciousBiscuit · 14/03/2015 20:37

I would go to the walk in if it doesn't feel better tomorrow, Treacle. You know how quickly UTIs can ramp up again, if they've not completely gone with the first lot of antibiotics. They suck big time.

I have a similar, but also sort of opposite problem - I had a letter today telling me to make an appointment with my GP to get antibiotics because I have a UTI, except I have no symptoms whatsoever! I had this pretty much every time I had to give a urine sample when I was pregnant with DS.

I'm 7+3 today and starting to wibble again, even though it's not been a week since I had my early scan and saw a heartbeat and everything measuring right for dates. I've escaped hyperemesis and normal pregnancy sickness so far, and all the pregnancy symptoms I have are not the ones I'm used to having. It's weird.

Treaclepie19 · 14/03/2015 20:53

Sorry ladies. I meant to update but had the day from hell. I do have an infection still.
He's given me cefalexin which he wasn't too happy about because it can cause diarrhoea and said ill have to stop if I get it? :/
Hoping these work.

I was quite upset actually as he felt my stomach and then said "how many weeks are you?" When I told him "have you had a scan?"
Cue me being in tears thinking he can't feel anything and something is wrong.

Calmed down now. It's just been a horrible day.
Sitting in front of the TV now with sweets and DH looking after me.

I realise how moany I sound. I'm so happy to be pregnant and I don't want to seem ungrateful.

Oh Treacle, it's such a panicky time isn't it? Roll on healthy babies arriving for cuddles and we can all stop staring at our stomachs wishing we had x-Ray eyes that let us see what's going on. I hope the infection clears up super soon and that you're feeling better. Sending you hugs xx

Great news sunbathing You might not be as nervous for the next scan as this one has gone well. Do you know when the baby should move from breech?

Thanks Tori, My mw said the baby's head was at my belly button at last weeks appointment, so hopefully she gets into position!

Hope everyone had a god weekend, we're another week closer Smile

SomeSortOfDeliciousBiscuit · 15/03/2015 20:04

Glad all was well, Sunbathing.

My next scan is the 12 week one and it's not until the 15th April. I will be paying for a private one between now and then, because it's too long for me to cope with.

I actually don't know what to do. I had a bit of bloody streaked CM this morning when I went to the loo and wiped, and before that appeared, the CM was darker than usual. It wasn't a massive amount but obviously any blood is enough to cause a massive wibble. I haven't rang the EPU (they're open 24hrs) and I don't know whether I should or not. Part of me couldn't cope with finding out something bad had happened, because it's Mother's Day, if they want me to go in.
