Last thread ended with a series of Really Good News, so let's hope this one keeps up the trend!

I did thank you, pains nowhere near as bad today. They just come and go.
The pain when I sneeze is worrying me as it's so so painful.
Thing is they couldn't see any reason for it on my scan.

I haven't tried bending over, it doesn't happen every time but most of the time.
It's over quite quickly, lingers for a minute or two.

Glad to hear it's not just me with these worrying pains!

Thank you :) I'll give it a try.

I know, I'm annoyed about having a cold too. I can deal with pregnancy illness but don't want a cold on top :p

GailLondon · 31/01/2015 18:01

just seen your scan news commander ! That's fabulous!

NOTHING happening here, 2 days overdue now. Have tried acupuncture, clary sage, pineapple, sex, and spicy thai food! (All on the same day - and still nothing! ) What else can I give a go? I'd do more walking if it wasn't raining outside all the time!

Boozle80 · 31/01/2015 19:16

I went swimming and my waters broke with Daisy... It was quite a surprise for other swimmers...

Thepurplegiraffe · 31/01/2015 19:23

Nice bout of norovirus here on top of the usual morning sickness. I have never been so sick with a bug before. I cannot keep a single thing down.

cavamonster · 31/01/2015 20:25

That sounds tough purple I have struggled enough the last week with the cold and nausea but the norovirus is awful. Hope you feel better soon.

I too have constant pains similar to period pain hoping it's fairly normal but have my 9 week scan on Wednesday so nerves are starting to build again!

boozle that must have been awkward Grin

Treaclepie19 · 31/01/2015 21:07

I know sunbathing :(
Been taking Paracetamol. Can I ask, are your pains only when you sneeze? I'm having the pains again now. Left side, low down.
Thing is I don't see any point in going back to the doctor as I've already been examined and had a scan :/

Sorry to hear you're ill purple :(
Hope it goes off soon.

gail have you tried walking up and downstairs? When I was induced with DS (different I know) they said walking up and downstairs helps get you into labour. I don't know if it actually works but I only needed the very 1st but of induction so it could be worth a try :) but holly is right baby will come when baby wants fingers crossed they just need reminding they are meant to be here now :) good luck hun Smile

I have everything crossed for friday I am now full of cold feels like even though this baby is much wanted prayed for cried over ect all I have done is complain Confused really need her here soon be nice to feel well for a bit :)

longestlurkerever · 01/02/2015 07:58

gail I was sure I would need to be induced with dd as I had no signs at all that labour was near but sge arrived at 40+4 without much prior warning.

Treaclepie19 · 01/02/2015 09:00

Thank you sunbathing :)
7 weeks today, this is where it gets scary.
Last time I miscarried at 8+3 which was also when my period would've been due had i not been pregnant. That date this time is 7+3.
Annnd breathe.

Fingers crossed for you baby :)

DoctorDonnaNoble · 01/02/2015 09:17

Hope you're holding up Treacle! I discovered my MMC at 6 +4. Today it's 7 +2. I know it could still be the same as I haven't had a scan, but it feels different this time. Having my booking in appointment on Wednesday will be a big deal - I didn't get that far last time.

Treaclepie19 · 01/02/2015 09:23

Thanks Doctor :)
Yay! Glad you got past your milestone. I have my fingers crossed for us both.

I keep saying to DH if anyone else is positive I'm thinking "why are they excited? Don't they know what will happen?"
DH is happy because he thinks seeing the heartbeat means we're much more in the clear. I think it means we just have more to lose.

DoctorDonnaNoble · 01/02/2015 09:28

I don't think we'll lose that fear though. I know that DH is still worried as well as that's why he doesn't want to tell his mum (both his parents have some serious health issues at the moment). It frustrates me that DSiL got pregnant easily (accident before their wedding) and has sailed through pregnancy. She hasn't even put on any weight (despite having a healthy sized little girl in there)!

Treaclepie19 · 01/02/2015 10:39

Yeah I know what you mean.
We have the same thing with dh's parents, he decided he would tell them though as they were so supportive last time.
My friend did a very similar thing.
frustrating isn't it?

Babytinx11 · 01/02/2015 10:46

Thinking of you treacle it's seriously scary when your round the time of your last mc just try and remember every pregnancy is different and this is a whole new start :)

worriedmum100 · 01/02/2015 18:07

Hi everyone

6+3 here. Still worrying. Scan on Wednesday which I can hardly bear to contemplate. I'm not excited about it. I don't want to do it. Those of you who have had early scans after MMC how do you even bring yourself to lie on the sonographers couch. It holds so many awful memories for me. I think particularly because my ERPC after the MMC didn't work so the last time I was scanned it was to be told that most of the sac was still in there. Had complete breakdown in the examination room. I can't shake that image.

On the positive side I'm still showing 3+ on a clear blue digital and have felt extremely tired and sick this weekend.
